There is no section that shows your monthly limit for Adobe Firefly. Is this a bug or feature request, I'm not sure.

Hello, i started a image to video creation in firefly but it has stopped around 75% and has not moved for the past 1 hour. all the other videos are ok, i also cant create any new ones as this one is still creating.

How many credits are cut to make a 5 second video

Hola.

Even though I keep entering the same prompt, I cannot get the same impressive brush strokes as before. What is the reason for this? My friend always enters the same prompt and gets the same brush strokes and texture every time. I got it at first, but it broke after a while. No matter what I did, I couldn't get the effect I wanted. How can I solve this?

When I use the "first frame and last frame' functionality, the platforme retirns a "Something went wrong. Try again later" error. I am unable to generate conent that way.

When I created image-to-vide the faces of all characters were deformed. I couldn't find the place for Negative prompts. Could you help me, please?1. firefly.adobe.com2. web platform-Google Chrome3. I try to create the again but the same problem. Deformed faces. I didn't find the option for negative prompts.4. The normal characters' faces.

I run into this Something went wrong error all the time (video creation) makes it almost impossiable to use firelfy with the pro subscription. Solution?

Dear Support Team,I am writing to report an issue with my Adobe Firefly generation credits. My generation credits suddenly decreased by 700 points when my browser froze during image generation attempts. These credits were consumed despite no images being successfully generated.I would appreciate if you could review this situation and consider restoring the credits.Thank you for your assistance.Best regards,

I see this message too often without any reason: One or more images were removed because they violate our User Guidelines

In the "My Account" menu on the top right, I used to be able to see how many monthly credits I had remaining. That is gone now. Is this a bug or are you no longer showing how many credits I have?

The generated image is based on a reference that clearly shows the face, forehead, and hair. However, no matter how many times I generate it, the top of the head is always missing. I keep getting the same issue with every generation, even after clicking 'unlike' and providing feedback multiple times.

Hello, the image at the end of the video I created by uploading two images is corrupted. How can I make a correction about this?

I am unable to unlike an image in my Adobe Favorites by clicking the star icon after navigating to the image generation page. The star is not a dark color - wich means it is not even seleted. So cant unselect it

Full error: Something went wrongThis image produced an error. Please try again. Prompt:A red haired steampunk woman holding a gun as she sneaks along a dark alleyway. I tried multiple times, and it happened each time. This is my first time using Firefly, so I haven't seen it working.

I recently purchased an annual subscription to Adobe Firefly, but my account still appears as a free account. As a result, I am unable to access premium features despite having an active subscription.
