Have added Firefly standard but it won’t let me use it. 

Uploading a photo from gallery doesn't work for me and I have already paid for premium subscription 

Dear Adobe Support Team,I am writing to express my frustration with the persistent malfunction of Firefly’s vector generation feature. Despite multiple attempts using different web browsers—including Safari, Firefox, and Chrome—the tool fails to function properly when I try to create a simple vector using a reference image. Every attempt ends with the same error message:"Un problème est survenu. Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement."This issue has been ongoing, and it is preventing me from using a feature that I am actively paying for as part of my subscription. I expect a professional-grade service to be reliable, and this has been extremely disappointing and disruptive to my workflow.Please investigate this problem and provide a timeline for resolution. Additionally, I would appreciate some form of compensation or explanation for the lack of functionality in a paid product.Thank you for your attention to this matter. created the image, pushed download, indicates the the image is downloading, doesn’t download to my computer. has always worked before. 

La generazione di immagini con Gemini 3 (nano banana) su Firefly non funziona da 2 giorni. Il messaggio che esce è che troppe persone stanno generando, questo dura da due giorni, in cui per ottenere un’immagine generata bisogna fare svariati tentativi, a volte più di 10, 15 tentativi.

For some accounts that have no files, creating a Creative Cloud or Firefly project is impossible because “Your stuff” says “Your storage is full”. There are actually no files on the account that are visible to the user. If any files do exist there’s no way to view or delete them. This is observed from the Android Creative Cloud app.

Tried to generate in Nano banana but for two days it has told be *Try again, many people are trying to generate right now”. I really need this to work for my job

none of my image to videos work. i've tried many times and it says something went wrong every time.

Alles entspricht meinen Community Richtlinien!!!!1 Trotzdem werden nur wenige Videos generiert. Wie geht das???? Bitte unbedingt die Richtlinien überprüfen. So macht das Abo kein Spass und ist auch so nicht nutzbar. Danke.

I a charged 400 credits per image generation and I get an error message resulting in 400 less credits which I paid for! and NO IMAGE GENERATED WTF! it happened twice. I am owed 800

Hallo, Wenn man ein anderes Seitenverhältnis auswählt z.B. 9:16 kann man die Buttons nicht mehr benutzen also die, die normalerweise zu sehen sind im Bild. Den Stift, Download, Daumen. Die sind dann abgeschnitten oder nicht da.Bitte das entsprechend ändern. Immerhin bekommt Ihr von uns 77 € im Monat, dafür erwarte ich einen fehlerfreien Service. Danke

I need more credits on my account to complete a project. The admin has already approved the upgrade on their end, however, on my end I can’t get past a processing request screen. This pop-up has been present for nearly 24 hours at this point. Any support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.   

I am a student at UTSA and I am supposed to be able to use the service fully to complete assignments yet i cannot.

Trying to upload images to generate and the system has stopped letting me. Tried on Chrome and Safari and no luck

If I choose a new voice to read my selected text, it translates the test within the voiceover into a language other than English.

Depuis hier matin, je n'arrive plus à générer la moindre image, quel que soit le modèle utilisé (Firefly Image 3, 4, 5, Gemini 2.5 ou Gemini 3) ou l'invite choisie. J'obtiens systématiquement le message « Une erreur s'est produite. Veuillez réessayer plus tard. »Pourtant, les images sont bien générées : je les vois dans l'historique de génération. Mais lorsque j'en sélectionne une, le message « Impossible de charger l'élément depuis l'historique de génération » s'affiche. 

When I click on download on an image, the file is not saving, or it is not allowing me to save the image to a folder. How do I find the image? Where did it go? It is not in my downloads folder so I do not know if it even downloaded.

Yesterday i tried the first time to use not stock images for my graphic work for clients and instead using the AI for one picture. I wanted to have 4 women in superhero suit flying in the clouds, 2 women blonde, 1 bruinette and one dark brown haired.I had 25 credits left for Firefly and the result pictures are garbage. Either the are 3 woman all blonde or 4 woman 2 blonde 2 brown haired with deformed faces or 2 woman had 3 legs or one of the four woman had a blurry leg. And it eats all my credits for nothing. I ended up using the best and repair the deformed faces with a photoeditor.But i had similar luck with playground AI using diffusion or others. But the biggest issue is that Firefly eats the credits and the results are not usable. Is this the new AI rip off of Adobe?  

The application reports an error when generating speech from the company profile using the ElevenLabs Multilingual V2 model. "An error has occurred. Please try again later or contact support for assistance."It works fine from other accounts. Where is the problem?

What is wrong with Adobe Firefly? I used be able to tweak different style settings for my generations but now there's only the size setting. What happened? Are those settings some expensive premium stuff?
