 Hello Adobe Support Team,I am experiencing a recurring issue in Firefly Video where the “Regenerate” or “Generate Again” button does not appear after a video is created. The interface only shows the blue “Generate” button, which forces me to run a completely new generation and use full credits each time.Here are the details:Firefly Video does not display a Regenerate, Generate Again, or Refresh option under the video preview.The circular arrow in the toolbar is Generation History, not a regeneration tool.The expected regenerate option never appears after rendering completes.This prevents refinement without spending additional credits, which appears to be a UI bug or missing feature.What I expect:A visible “Regenerate” or “Generate Again” button after the video finishes rendering, allowing me to rerun the same prompt without creating a brand new generation.What actually happens:Only the main “Generate” button is available, which always uses full credits and produces an entirely ne

Ich kann für das erste Frame kein Bild von meinem Computer hochladen. ich kann zwar die Datei auswählen und auf Öffnen klicken, aber es passiert nichts auch wenn ich ein Biod aus dem Adobe Cloud Speicher auswähle wird dieses nicht als erster Frame festgelegt. 

Weder Bild noch Video kann erstellt werden.

Hello!I’ve been testing NanoBanana / Adobe Firefly for cinematic image generation, and I noticed an issue related to aspect ratios.Whenever I request an ultrawide 21:9 (2.39:1) format, Firefly always outputs the image in 16:9, even if I explicitly specify the exact aspect ratio or provide a 21:9 storyboard as a reference.I have tried:“strict 21:9” promptsspecifying exact pixel resolutions (e.g., 2560×1100, 3440×1440)uploading a 21:9 storyboard and asking Firefly to preserve the framecanvas expansion prompts“do not crop / do not convert to 16:9” instructionsIn every case, the model still generates an image in 16:9.My question is:Is Firefly currently unable to render true 21:9 ultrawide images due to model constraints, or is this behavior a bug?If it’s a limitation, is native 21:9 support planned for future updates?Ultrawide formats are essential for cinematic workflows, so any clarification would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

Bonjour,  J'ai un abonnement Creative Cloud Pro et je dispose de crédits disponibles, mais impossible d'utiliser Firefly depuis desktop. J'ai testé sur différents navigateurs, mais le problème reste le même : Une fois que j'arrive sur l'outil, j'ai une pop up qui m'avertit que chaque génération d'effet sonore coûte 10 crédits et de vérifier sur mon compte si je souhaite m'asurer que j'en ai.Or j'en ai 4000 à dispo... Donc j'essaie de cliquer sur le CTA "Get Started" et rien ne se passe, je ne peux pas commencer à utiliser l'outil.  Quelle est la solution ?  Par avance merci pour votre aide,  Cordialement,  Cindy

Since November 20, 2025, the Nano Banana Pro model is no longer generating images within the Adobe Firefly canvas. When I attempt to generate content using this model, I receive the error message "We're experiencing problems generating content right now. After subscribing you guys just took away my credits.  I tried on laptop, phone but tried to create video from photos , and generating video... option never finished. Waited 30 minutes multiple times to generate.. never happened. It only took away my credits

All of a sudden I can't click the generate button when trying to genrate a video in Adobe Firefly.The generate button is greyed out. Any idea why? And how to get this fixed?Thanks!

Last week it worked ok on photoshop beta, this week says i have no credits and i am paying £8:30 per month. Can you please get this fixed

Every tutorial I see on Adobe Firefly shows an extensive options menu on the left, but mine looks really simple (see screenshot) with no options

I have a client who is a recognized comic artist. Her work is well known. Firefly is preventing me from using one of her pieces to animate, I'm asuming because it is copywritten material.
