I am not getting any results for most of my prompts.

Buenas tardes. Estoy tratando de generar una simple variación de mi personaje, pero FireFly hizo todo menos eso, además siempre (me imagino que por su programación) incluye a personajes afroamericanos, en Estados Unidos está bien, pero en mi país, no aplica, ¿cómo se puede modificar ese comportamiento? i wrote a prompt it refused to generate it as one of the words was restricted. i tried many other prompts nothing was generated. everytime it showed me this message. one of the words is restricted

I'd like to start with my own design or picture. 

I'm trying to use Firefly to generate an image that combines two specific references:A text prompt that defines the shape (e.g., "EGG" or "EGG STUDIO")An image reference for the texture (a fried egg, with yolk and egg white)The problem is that Firefly completely fails to combine the two. I’ve tried prompts like:"fried egg yolk, egg white background","fried egg yolk typography on egg white background","typography made of fried egg yolk and egg white"I’ve tweaked every possible parameter, and even simplified the prompt (e.g., changing "egg studio" to just "egg"), but the result is nowhere near what I’m aiming for.The output either ignores the text structure or fails to capture the fried egg texture at all.Are there any known workarounds for this kind of problem? Firefly Image 4 (May 20, 2025)Brave browser :  v1.78.102Mac OS: Sequoia 15.5Submitted a reference image of several characters for examples already in the desired style.Prompt: One young black boy walks alone across a lush meadow on a bright, sunny day. Result: SEVERAL characters, most of which are deformed. Not useable without opening PS and editing out so much of the image, it doesn't even made sense to download it. Creating from scratch would be faster and produce better results. (UH OH!) My opinion about Firefly 4 follows. My frustration is evident?  Does not follow prompts. Spits out other than requested, over and over and over. The need for negative prompts is excrutiatingly still present. PLEASE DON'T ADD THIS!! I didn't ask for it. Where is it coming from? Why is it still so random? Why are the humans grotesquely deformed more often than not?  How many feet do humans have? Show me a human on earth with three feet, the third on a half-leg c

Dear Support Team,I am experiencing an issue when trying to make a payment. I have tried all the cards I have, but the system keeps showing an error that I need to contact my bank. However, I am not receiving any notifications of transaction failures in any of my banking apps.The card linked to my Adobe account is regularly charged every month without any problems. I am using the same card to attempt a payment for a credit generation, but the transaction is not going through.Could you please provide clarification and assistance in resolving this issue?Thank you in advance for your attention and support! 

I try to upload a video for compositional reference. It says that it must be between 5-10 sec long and under 200 mb. My video is under 200 mb and 8 sec long but I get a red error message that says it is under 5 sec and to try again. 

Hello !   J'étais en train de générer des vidéos avec mes crédits, et le site Adobe Firefly a planté plusieurs fois sans aucune raison évidente à ma connaissance, j'ai dû donc à chaque fois, réitérer ma génération de vidéo et à chaque fois le site a planté, je n'ai pas eu de vidéos mais par contre mes crédits ont été débité ! Je me retrouve sans crédit et sans vidéo. Y'a-t-il une possibilité de récupérer mes 3 dernières pertes de crédits (soit 3 générations de vidéo en 1080p) ?   Merci pour votre réponse 🙂   titled edited by mod

When clicking generate button the screen changes to gray and throws a 503 error. When screen turns to a smaller screen theres a loading circle. It never loads due too error.

No matter the prompt.Everytime in Google Chrome it fails to make an image. Works fine Microsoft Edge.

I'm unable to generate a video, from still images

I'm getting community guidelines alerts preventing me from using any reference image. The images are completely original art and have nothing bad or nefarious about them at all. One is simply an astronaut in a suit and I'm unable to use it as a reference. I think your automated system to check images is extremely flawed and as a paying customer it really disappoints me and discourages me from using firefly for my work. I would love to be able to do simple things that are not breaking any rules but you guys are forcing me to use other ai programs to do what u should be able to do on the app I pay good money for. I'm very discouraged that this is happening because I have lost credits as well. Your system is completely flawed. 

I used the video translate feature but it didn't lip-sync the video to the new translated audio.

Avatar beta video won't let me generate a video from my script. I have 4000 credits available. What's the problem? The error message asks that I contact support but, you make that impossible. So what am I to do? I've had a paid subscription for years and now I can't get help when there is something wrong with one of my subscription products?

Using firefly to remove objects is downright broken for darker images. First of all, the image it generates doesn't match the source in terms of brightness. It's too dark. Second, it leaves a faint trace of what was there before. What do I mean by that? Imagine you have a dark image with some neon lights. You make a selection to remove them. What you're left with is a spot that doesn't blend with the rest of image and if you look closely, you can STILL see the neon lights. Check out this image below. There used to be two neon lights. I made a rectangle to remove them. Now you can clearly see that the brightness is off and there are two lines where the neon lights used to be. In addition, if the image has any noise at all, Firely can't generate the same noise pattern. I'm using the newest version of photoshop 26.9. 

Je demande d'écrire "56 ans" en français... et il m'écrit systématiquement "56 Years" en anglais. Voilà comment perdre bêtement des crédits.Voici le prompt :Sur fond 100% noir au format paysage, écrire le texte "56 ans" tel quel EN FRANÇAIS, sous forme de nombreuses étoiles jaunes très lumineuses.

I had a bunch of previously completed prompts. They're gone now. The history and favorites are all cleared out. Where do I find them?

I am not able to use generative fill on existing images on firefly web app and adobe photoshop desk app. it was getting stuck and not generating anything.
