Hi. I am using adobe fire fly, its my 2nd month now. The pictures I was creating using adobe firefly can be edited and downloadable in photoshop but from past 3 days I am not be able to download it. Please resolve this issue.

I have successfully generated several videos on Firefly, utilizing two images, but it has now failed twice in a row, deducting my credits, but generating no video.

I'm following Rob DeWinters tutorial video.After saving my text as jpg and asking Firefly to display it in the generation windows, it doesnot retype the current text Firefly chose. I'm Firelfy 4. Howdo I send  you my file?

I was charged 106 approximatly for more ai credits and as far as I can tell I have not recieved them.

There needs to be a better history system in place for Firefly Boards.  It is simply unacceptable that a simple tab switch can erase hours of work with no warning. Not 1 hour, not 2 hours, but close to 6 hours spanning across 2 days. After putting together a collage with close to 120 images something happened and the window closed.  When I came back to the window there were only about 25 pictures from a much older revision.  This is so frustrating.  What would even cause this to happen? Literally nothing was saved from before yesterday. I know this is supposed to be informative for you to track down how this can happen but I think it is important not to understate just how angry I am right now. This is affecting a deadline, this is affecting my continued support of Adobe products regardless of beta-status or not. It's kind of hilarious that the bottom of this bug report has a little message letting me know when my anger fueled rant was last auto-saved

Firefly is generating the exact same images for me. Also upscale option is now missing. 

I am trying to generate a video clip showing a foreclosure sign but firefly keeps writing the sign in German or Dutch instead of in English.  Why?

Hello,I’ve been trying to apply a style reference (an image I generated in Firefly) to a custom composition image (a vertical black-and-white text/logo image I uploaded from my computer), but it does not work at all, even though I followed several official tutorials and previously had success with the same workflow.Issue:When I upload my composition image and apply a style reference, the output either:Ignores the style completely, orGenerates a default image without applying my composition at all.Details:Composition image: high-res PNG, black text on white backgroundStyle reference: colorful object generated inside FireflyTried with/without prompt, nothing helpsTested in Safari (Mac) and also in Chrome – same issueCache cleared, incognito mode tested, same resultThis seems to be a bug when combining uploaded composition images with style references. I believe Firefly struggles to interpret simple logo-type images as valid composition sources.Please let me know if there's a workaround o

My credits were deducted three times, but the generation never went through. 

Hi Team i am facing an issue while generating the output with the Premium Feature, it's takinga  long time to generate, and at the end it says Please try again Something went wrong and also its using almost 20-25 credits for not generating the output

I’m consistently receiving the same error message when attempting to upload images, regardless of which file I use. These images are fully owned, created, and controlled by me, and none of them contain any inappropriate or policy-violating content. Despite this, the system continues to reject them with the same error each time. Could you please review this issue or clarify what might be causing the rejection?Thank you for your assistance.

I have subscribed to the firefly plan but cannot access my credits in order to use the generative fill functionality.  How can I access these?

Hello , I made a payment on this plan: Adobe Firefly StandardThe money was taken from my account and the system shows me that it is with you. But your system does not show that I have an active plan and makes me buy again. Please help me. Thanks!

Every time I try to generate an image, it displays "Something went wrong, try again later." I am not impressed!

I am unable to add First and last frames to my videos, when usung the Firefly image to video . I get an error 'can't upload'. I ahve tried several images. Some were created using the Text to Image functionlaity in Firefly and others images (JPG) on my computer. Can you let me know why I cannot add the image? I need it to influence the styling of the video.  Thank you,Michaela

why am i getting this error message from yesterday

Every time I enter a prompt and generate an image, it gives me something completely different from what I asked for. It also repeats some results and uses up my credits. How can I fix this or change the settings?

completely ignored me and wrote whatever it wanted

When Writing my prompt for a video i is displaying in what I think is german.  This is being used in Chrome on Windows 11 Both upto date

Anyone else get manager error 13? I can't seem to sign up for a paid account with Adobe
