I'm having trouble downloading my past generation. The totol is around 7000 images. I've successfully higlighted them all and clicked Download, but it always returns and error. I do get a .zip file but it only contains between 50 and 200 pictures. Is there a more reliable way to D/L all my past images, as I've had a disk faliure and need to recover them.   Thanks a million, Tito   title changed by mod  

Hello, I would like to animate two images (1080 x 1350px) I created in PS CC using them as the starting frame and end frame. But Firefly does not except my images - it fails to generate:"Unable to loadWe cannot process this prompt because the reference imagedoes not comply with our usage guidelines. I have provided a reference image and style image of my character. When I ask Firefly to generate more versions of the character, it is cropping part of the head and the body, despite that not being the case in the reference or style images. No matter how I ask Firefly not to do this, it continue created versions where part of the head and body are cropped, making them unuseable. I try asking it to zoom out, nope, keeps generate more or less the same image with the cropping over part of the head and body. It is infurating and makes the product complete unusable. It is pity because I like some of the designs, but can't use them because I only have part of the image. Seriously why doesn't Firefly follow the prompts?

I uploaded a still of a kayak on water to turn into a video.I have several times, in increasing exasperation, told Firefly to ONLY make the water ripple slightly and NOT to move the kayak, the kayaker, the man, or anything else in the frame. It started out madly animating the camera, and when I told it to keep the frame static it won't stop adding mad animations to the kayaker, inserting a man's arms in the front of the frame paddling - every time, I tell it DON'T MOVE THE KAYAK, DON'T MOVE THE MAN. DON'T ADD A MAN BEHIND THE CAMERA PADDLING. But it won't listen. I'm 8 prompts in and writing prompts now like GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL IMAGE. DO NOT MOVE THE KAYAKS. DO NOT MOVE THE KAYAKS. I have been try to create a video where two cars crash into each other. The phisics are really bad on the crashes. cars merge into each other, ot just keep moving while crashing. I have spend all of my credits trying to create one video without any luck.  Attahed is one of the samples

I have run out of my 1000 credits, and FireFly has started generating very simple images that do not align with what I ask for. I have ordered a subscription (Standard One) with 2000 extra credits. They appeared in my account , but nothing has changed. Adobe still generates images that look simple, not following my instructions (I choose "ART," and it generates something based on stock images, I guess). No credits are being used. What is going on?

In the "buy Adobe Firefly Standard" and "buy Adobe Firefly Pro" sections of the Firefly web page, where is the monthly/annual choice, it says "Annulla" (that means "Cancel") instead of "Annuale" (that means "Annual")

I have tried with all kinds of diferent images and I get the same result: "We can't process this prompt because the reference image doesn't meet our User Guidelines." I havent been able to generate not one video from an image and I own all the rights to the images used.
