.MXF to .Mp4 - Error retrieving frame **** July 2024

A common problem it seems -  I have been through all the previous posts about this issue and tried absolutely everything but nothing works. This happened to me a while back, I left it, waited for a new update and it worked. I work with .MXFs everyday with no problem, and then somehow these specific ones are a problem.

1. Using Media Encoder 24.5 (problem present on previous version)

2. Windows 10 22H2

3. I download .mxf file, put it in AME, set to conver to h.264 and I get this failed result error:

4. Should get an .Mp4 file but get this in the error log:

- Preset Used: MXF Downsize

- Audio: AAC, 320 kbps, 48 kHz, Stereo
- Bitrate: VBR, 1 pass, Target 4.00 Mbps
- Encoding Time: 00:01:54

- Audio: AAC, 320 kbps, 48 kHz, Stereo
- Bitrate: VBR, 1 pass, Target 3.20 Mbps, Max 4.00 Mbps
- Encoding Time: 00:02:42
