Video Artifact Issue with "Match Source - Adaptive Low Bitrate" in Media Encoder

Hello everyone,

I have an export issue with Media Encoder (and Premiere has the same problem). When I select the "Match Source - Adaptive Low Bitrate" export preset, artifacts appear in the movements of the subject being filmed. The problem does not occur if I set VBR 2-pass or CBR. I have also tried disabling the Mercury GPU Acceleration, but the only result was a longer export time. I have a Mac Studio M2 with 64 GB of RAM. I tried the "Match Source - Adaptive Low Bitrate" preset on a Mac Mini M1 and a 2018 MacBook Pro i5, and this problem did not occur. How can I fix it? All Adobe apps are updated to the latest version. Using VBR 2-pass or CBR is not an option as it doubles the export times, and since I have many videos, I cannot afford this in terms of machine usage.
