Wrong filenaming for .srt in windows. filename.mp4.srt instead of filename.srt

When exporting subtitles as an .srt sidecar file Premiere pro/mediaencoder gives the .srt the wrong filename.

If the movie is called "filename.mp4" the srt file is named  "filename.mp4.srt" instead of  "filename.srt"
