While scaling vector shape there will be no issues on proportion with holding shift key, but when scaling raster images along with shapes the proportion is not maintained with or without holding shift key. (Video attached for reference with & without holding shift)

In the latest version of Illustrator Beta, it continuously displays a message about updating links, even whenall of them have been modified and properly relinked.Even after relinking all the images, the message still appears. 

With the most recent upgrades, I'm getting the following error on launch:Error in /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Startup Scripts CC/Adobe Photoshop/photoshop_v2025.jsxLine 2798: {No matching closing brace found ----MacOs 15.3.2

Illustrator 29.6 57  - When using the perspective grid. Pressing the  escape key (win 11), like you do to end a pen drawn segment, will hide the grid. Would be cool if the Esc keu did not hide the perspective grid. Perhaps a buried setting somewhere would rememdy this?

today at 7 of april 2025, I have an issue where my ilustrator constantly reboots and refresh all linked pictures of file and designs. doesn't matter if they are pngs or jpegs, they end up bugging, and rebooting the links over and ver again, making my screen get spammed with the same notification about pictures linked to file have been modified and updated, over and over again without any chance to stop it no matter if I click yes or no to the notification. help

Al iniciar Illustrator Beta me aparece una ventana con este mensaje:Error en /Library/Application Support/Línea 2798: {No se encontró ninguna llave de cierre coincidente Después de dar click en "Aceptar" a los pocos segundos vuelve a aparecer.

Select + Shift is not scaling the image proportionally - please fix this asappp

Bonjour,Je viens de constater après la dernière mise à jour d'Illustrator Bêta 29.5, sur MAC Sequoïa 15.3.2 un problème avec les raccourcis homothétiques pour les objets.Habituellement, quand j'utilise la touche Maj + option ou Maj pour réduire ou agrandir mes objets, ils changent de forme homothétiquement mais depuis la mise à jour, ça écrase mes objets et impossible de trouver un autre raccourcis.Bonne journée à vous,Cordialement.  

Seit heute, 28.03.2025 geht die Skalierung plötzlich nicht mehr ordentlich (trotz Umschalttaste gehalten) ohne zu Verzerren. Ich nutze die aktuelle Version Illustrator 2025 (Beta).

Illustrator beta programme does not make proportional when enlarging/reducing with shift key. I wonder what is the reason?

Holding down SHIFT while resizing objects doesn't keep the proportions of the object.Noticed in Illustrator Beta.

I am attempting to scale a group in Illustrator Beta, I can uniform scale single objects and text boxes etc. just fine, but holding shift when scaling a group of shapes or more than one shape does not scale it in uniform. I have been using the scale menu to do it manually in the meantime but this is a tedious pain. I am operating in Adobe Illustrator 2025 (Beta) on Edition Windows 11 HomeVersion 24H2OS build 26100.3476On ASUS ProArt with an ARM processor, which is why I have to use beta. 

The latest update of Illustrator Beta 2025 is failing to proportionally resize bitmap images. Holding shift and dragging a corner of the image has no effect whatsoever and the image rescales freely.  Im using MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1 Illustrator Beta 29.5 52

Proportional scale doesn't seem to be working either with or without holding shift key. With the free transform tool, it is possible to select to constrain proportions, but when using the regular select tool there doesn't seem to be any constraining of proportions, whether holding the shift key or not holding it. I've hunted through settings for anything that could be affecting it, I've reset preferences and restarted, but nothing seems to work.

Doesnt seem that constrain porpotions by holding the shift key (or Alt key) is working in this 29.5 52 (64-bit) windows version.

When I copy and paste an object in Illustrator, the pasted object is no longer selected. Previously, the pasted object remained selected, allowing for immediate manipulation. This change disrupts workflow efficiency.

Hello!I'm not sure if it's a bug or some new (?) preference than got switched on/off by accident but when I paste objects they're not selected. It's infuriating and slows my work significantly. I tried googling but nothing came up.  I use 29.5 35 on win 11

Hi,  The previous keyboard shortcut/command to hold 'Shift' when selecting the corner of the bounding box for scaling an object to keep the artwork the same/not be stretched or squished, it no longer seems to work - is there any way to fix this, to get the feature back? Thanks

Version of the app: Beta-I am experiencing an issue in Adobe Illustrator where pasted objects are no longer automatically selected after copying. Could you please advise on how to restore this behavior?Thank you for your assistance.Best regards,L

when I select things it will unselect itself , not move, or just all over not functiopn properly. I dont have magnet or any other 3rd party management. It happened after an update.
