Ran into an apparently-corrupt file and it threw a "Frame substitution recursion attempt aborting after multiple attempts on file: [path]." Program kept running, was able to remove corrupt file from bin but playback stayed broken. Closed and restarted Premier, playback OK. System info Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.3.0.5 OS: Windows v10.0.22621, RAM: 63.83 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 16
Puedo arrastrar con el puntero, pero si presiono play, no corre la linea de tiempo. Si quiero arrastrar clips se pone todo muy lento. Con la version anterior andaba todo perfecto
When you try to open any workspace, the application crashes.
I am working on a project where no effects being used at all. Only cutting down the footage which is 29.97 fps FHD 1080p.And Premiere has crashed like 6 times within last 2 hours. It used to happen on previous versions rarely but yeah, beta is crashing way too frequently than before.
The option to select all pauses is disabled in the Transcript tab. System info Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.3.0.4 OS: Windows v10.0.22631, RAM: 47,85 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 12
Delighted to see Adobe giving audio some love in the new Premiere Beta, especially the fade handles. Please, while you're on a roll with Audio improvements, take some time to make Audio Track Name Metadata (iXML) visible on audio tracks in the timeline. This is an basic necessity and when we finally have these labels in our timeline, it is going to save us so so much time and headache. This is essential information to have at the fingertips for both video and sound editors. For a visual reference, DaVinci Resolve does this perfectly:
Hi, Every time I enhance the speech of a new clip, and I want to play it back when it's finished, it plays back in double speed. When I click the previous clip and let it play till it continues into the next one. The just enhanced clip sometimes goes back to normal speed. But sometimes it takes a couple tries. And sometimes a previously enhanced clip also plays back double speed when the one that just finished enhancing is being played back indouble speed. Anyone having the same issue? App version: Premiere pro (beta) 24.0Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11850H @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHzRAM-16,0 GB Type systeem 64-bits besturingssysteem, x64-processor
No muestra audio show names en timeline.
hey, in all my projects all my clips are automatically rotated by premiere by 180 degrees.
90% of the time I use a morph cut, even when the outgoing/incoming shots are remarkably similar, PPro just gives up, and leaves the pointless "Analyzing in background" banner there, even when PPro is doing absolutely nothing. Could Adobe please either:Fix the morph cut to make it more reliable (like in DaVinci Resolve) and faster to process (like in DaVinci Resolve, where it's pretty much instant)orGive us some kind of "Cannot create a morph cut, I'm giving up" message? This would save me having to have Windows' Task Manager open, and checking whether or not PPro is actually doing anything. I am unable to play the timeline in Premiere Pro (Beta). I have version 24.2.0.078. I have tried in multiple projects but no luck... The file will playback in Premiere Pro (just not the Beta version)... I'm on a Mac, here are my specs: MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)Memory: 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4Processor: 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9Graphics: AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB Anyone have any suggestions or also have the same issue?
Zooming and position do not work with keyframes in the latest version of BETA. Have to go back to the old premiere. If you look at the screenshot, I have 200% zoom in the beginning of the clip and 100 at the end. But the clip stays the same.
When I use the beta version (just started using beta yesterday) the imported clips come in upside down. Never have seen this before.
I use Premiere to clip episodes of a call-in show and have recently taken to using the Enhance Speech feature in the beta app. When it works? It's one of the best things ever. Especially for a show like ours where all the participants are using such varied tech dumping into the final output. But there is one recurring bug where a small clip of audio, usually from the beginning of the sequence, gets replayed repeatedly throughout the clip. It seems like making a cut right where the bugged audio occurs will force premier to rerun the effect on the two new segments and usually it doesn't come back after that although in the screen record I did for this bug report that fix didn't work!
Ever since upgrading to this Beta version of the program, I am having semi-frequent issues with inputting text in my timeline. When I attempt to edit the text of an existing Text item, I will sometimes need to select the Type Tool multiple times over, otherwise it will interpret my inputs as keyboard shortcuts instead. On occasion, even selecting Type Tool over and over will not allow me to appropriately edit/input text. I try to click on a part of the textbox with the Type Tool selected but it will not actually place the typing cursor into the box and I am unable to make any changes to it. Trying to highlight a swath of text in the box nets the same result, it is immediately deselected. I have not been able to trace a common factor that triggers this. Restarting the program seems to fix it, but I never had this issue in previous versions. App version: 24.2.0 BETA (Build 68)Platform & OS Version: Windows 11, Version 22H2 (OS Build 2262
Slide tool doesn't work at all. Clips get stuck and constantly redrawn in a weird way in timeline. You may find attached a video in which I captured the bug. System info Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.2.0.77 (Intel) OS: macOS v13.6.3, RAM: 128,00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 32
Hello everyone,I'm encountering a curious issue in Adobe Premiere Pro that I hope someone can help me with.Problem: When I use the shortcut Ctrl+A to select all my clips in the timeline and then right-click to adjust the audio gain, specifically to normalize max peak to 0 dB, I've noticed that it lowers the volume of the clips. However: If I adjust each clip individually by right-clicking and setting the normalize max peak to 0 dB, every single clip actually increases in volume.Question: Has anyone else experienced this discrepancy between batch audio gain adjustments and individual clip adjustments? Any insights into why this might be happening and how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance for your assistance!
I have footage which I know is orientated and filmed in the correct way (portrait). After the update 11.01.24 Adobe Premier Pro (Beta). My imported clips are being imported upside down in my sequence. Does anyone know how to counter this or fix this from happening?
Is the persistent problem of vertically recorded videos being imported upside down in Premiere Pro Beta due to a software bug, or is there a potential setting or workflow adjustment I might be overlooking that could resolve this issue more efficiently?
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE ENCOUNTERED THIS PROBLEM.After using the modify function and changing the color space of the files. The source files in the folders, as well as the main sequence, turned black. When playing, I only hear audio, but the video is not displayed. At the same time, everything works fine inside the nested sequence. How to solve this problem? P.S. Premier Pro 2024 lags a lot and works slowly, it is impossible to use it. And the beta version, on the contrary, works fine except for this problem, which I encountered for the first time
Hit search bin, fill in a word, hit ok, Sometime Premiere freezes, total crash, On opening Pr again, error message: Pr quite unexpectedly while project was open Reopen. W11 build 54 (and a few earlier builds).
When I go to export, either a pop up comes up about an error rendering audio or Premiere simply doesn't register that I am trying to export. The newest update has been a nightmare and has ruined many work projects for me, as well as damaging files. Does anyone have any insight or step-by-step solutions to at least export these projects so I can put them into FinalCut and get them finished?
I've been editing a sequence for a few days, and have been using morph cuts with good (but slow to render) results. Today, in both PPro public release (latest version) and beta (24.2.0x45) versions, PPro just flat out refuses to render them. No error messages or anything - it just sits there showing the "Analyzing in background" banner indefinitely. Which is really annoying because I need to cut out an awful lot of umms and errrs today, and the person in the interview does not move much, she has clearly defined features, the background is static, it's a locked-off camera, and there are no moving hands or anything similar in the shot - perfect for morph cuts. The footage is 1920x1080 25fps, in a 1920x1080 25fps timeline. My PC has a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 5950X CPU, 128GB RAM and an Nvidia RTX3090 24GB VRAM GPU, so a little morph like this should process in no time at all. There seem to be no workarounds. I will try restarting my PC, and maybe installing an older version of PPro to se
I am getting this warning pop-up as I'm using 24.2 build 71.It doesn't seem to affect the performance. My media is on an external HDD drive via USB-C; I run an app called Amphetamine to always keep the drive spinning while I'm editing.I'm running this on a Mac Mini Studio, M1 chip, 128gb Ram, Ventura 13.3.1.
After Update this past weekend. None of my videos in my library in Premier Pro Beta will play. There was an update again this morning that still didn't work
