Hi, I'm trying to import animations from Adobe Maximo to Adobe Aero, but without success, the error "RT3D Import Failed" appears. As you can see there are no special characters or spacing But when I import characters from Adobe Maximo to Adobe Aero there is no error. My PC Specs:Processador AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics 1.80 GHzRAM instalada 16,0 GB (15,4 GB utilizável)Tipo de sistema Sistema operativo de 64 bits, processador baseado em x64Edição Windows 11 HomeVersão 23H2Can you help, I'm doing important work for a school. Thanks,

Hello,I am currently teaching an introductory course on virtual reality using Adobe Aero. However, all the students in my class who have an Android smartphone are encountering a bug. When using an Anchor Image, the application never manages to recognize the image. I have tried various types of images, always following Adobe Aero's recommendations and those from the community. This issue is also reproducible on my own Android device.Thank you in advance for your help!Guillaume

Hello Adobe Aero i am facing an issue on Adobe Aero which is i need this specific document because i want to apply changes on my QR code but suddenly this document crashed and stopped working. When i click on the document its either they give me a description that someone else is using this document even though no one is and then they keep saying failed. What should i do that is the solusion to this problem. Please reply ASAP and thank you.

I've created a scene in Adobe Aero using an image anchor. However, when I open the scene, the preview image of the marker becomes a bit oversized. I recall that previously, the preview image, located above the text 'Locate this image to view the scene,' was smaller. Now it looks by default fits to the screen and not in a predifined smaller area or box.   Has there been any recent change in the size of this preview image area? Tested on Iphone 12pro max, Iphone SE 2

I design the scene with a location anchor on desktop. Then I go in situ to test it on my iphone device. Never end to load...

I'm working on a project to install objects in my city using geolocation. I'm doing it, I went with my phone and I see it (with difficulties, because I start recording and it disappears, I restart the app and sometimes it appears, it's not a very natural and fluid experience). One of the points is that only some Apple phones see it, with Android you can't see it??? The other point is that when I go back to edit the project... I get an error "the project could not be opened" what could be happening? Does anyone have any idea? Thanks a lot!

Hi, I'm having trouble recording AR experiences on mobile - this worked for me last week.As soon as you press record the app crashes completely and throws you back to your phone's homescreen.I am able to take screenshots (stills) but not video. Please could someone assist wit a work-around?

Hola, estuve probando la app y es genial pero hice la prueba de conectar mi celular con un cable USB-C a HDMI desde el cel a mi TV y cuando giro el cel y lo pongo en horizontal, la salida de video no cambia a 16:9

Hi Adobe Aero Community,  I am getting issues and strange artifacts when importing .png images with transparency into Adobe Aero (Windows - Desktop).   Here is a .png file of an arrow that I added into the application. As you can see there is a small white line that appears at the edge of the image. For some reason this issue is consistent with all images that I drag into the software. Is there something wrong with the image format I am importing? Or is there another issue I should be looking out for?  Thanks,  -Ross

hai I just bought iPad Air m2 2024 .from beginning I log in adobe aero , there no free starter assets appear on my iPad.it just loading for hour ..I've try difference account but still the same..loading..please help me resolve this problem.tqvm

I recently logged in new adobe aero and my starter assets don't work. I've tried it on a few iPads and it's the same result. I only see the icon that it's loading and after 2 hours the starter assets don't show up on the screen. I need a way to fix the problem.

Hi,I’m developing an AR experience for a project and testing location-based anchors in Bratislava. I’ve placed anchors at several locations and tested them in combination with masks, as the project is site-specific. I used various devices, but I frequently encountered either an "unable to determine device location" message or, after some time, an AR projection appearing in the wrong place. I even tested it on an iPad with LiDAR. Is there any way this can be fixed, or are location-based anchors simply not reliable in an urban setting? Many locations just didn’t work. Thank you for your response.

Hiya is there a work around for those who cannot generate links due to account restrictions? My account is linked to my university for the student discount however it now means I cannot generate links because of that. Is there any work arounds for this? If not are there other ways/applications I can use to create AR work?

I am trying to make something rotate - like a wheel… but it rotates around a grounded center point, even though I have "CENTER" as the Pivot point… it still has a blue "grounding" anchor at it's base… so what I make it spin on the z_axis… it rotates around it's bottom… not lie a wheel… I just tested again but this time I grpuped it to itself… and now it works as expected. Another test with a pre-made objects from the Abstract shapes library (the star) also yeiled the same unexpected behaviour as my imported circular image. But when I grouped that, it works.

Hi I've tried on both my mobile and my iPad however the glb are greyed out and not letting me import. I have tried to different files from different programs.

I can't create links. This error recurs from time to time, and it usually lasts all day. sad

Objects in a scene with a location anchor seem to drift around quite a bit from where you place them, even when you're just standing still looking at them Altitude only seems to change give or take 10 cm or so, but horizontal plane position can drift around up to a couple of meters from where you set the object to be ... even when you're just standing still and not moving the phone ... i.e. they move around with a mind of their own while the scene is running Hoping it's an app bug that's being worked on and not just a factor of GPS accuracy that will always be a problem

The aero project that I created doesn't open on my samsung s24+, but works well on a google pixel 9.

Is anyone else having this problem? I've constructed a simple 4 layer file in Photoshop, imported it into Aero, and it shows up flattened. When I look for the Layer Spacing controls in the Properties Panel, I don't see anything like the guy in the Using Surface Anchors video describes. I've tried to scroll down as I've seen the issue of fields appearing "below the fold" in the Aero Behaviors Panel. I've also tried tabbing from field to field just in case that reveals some "hidden field" that I'm not seeing in the UI. Is the some catch or something I'm doing wrong? Thx in advance for any help.

You can look closely at the images below to see that the model was crushed in the augmented reality environment, although when previewed in Aero everything was still ok. Does anyone have any ideas on how to use it? Thanks.

I don't have any access to benece contents

Hi I could really use some quick help. I've created an AR scene in Aero and am trying to export it as a USDZ file so that it can be opened on other devices. Every attempt gives me an "Export Failed" error, with a further message of  "Unable to read file". This is particularly confusing as I am trying to write a file, not read one. I tried exporting a scene that I made and was able to export a year ago, and got the same error. Does anyone know why this may be happening? And how I can fix it?

Hi, I have several existing links in Aero that are now not able to be updated. The only error I get is when trying to apply the changes to the experience: Unable to Update Link: Something went wrong. Your link still works, but is not updated.I have tried reinstalling, clearing out the project and trying again, and even recreating the experience. Nothing is working. I am on version 0.24.4. I cannot edit existing links or even create new ones. How can I fix this?

The proximity trigger failed to engage on multiple attempts. All other triggers seem to work fine in triggering animations like bounce or spin. It worked before just fine. Could this be network traffic, a bug in the latest build? Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Testing Geolocated Projects Remotely with GPS Spoofing I'm working on a project using a geospatial tool to create an Aero experience based at a specific location. To test and refine the project, I'd like to simulate different locations from home rather than physically going to the actual site every time I make a change. I've heard that GPS spoofing can be a solution, allowing developers to mimic different locations on their devices. However, I'm not entirely sure how to set it up correctly or if there are any potential issues I should be aware of, such as app restrictions or accuracy concerns.Has anyone here used GPS spoofing to test geolocated projects remotely? If so, what tools or methods did you find most effective ? Are there best practices to follow to avoid potential pitfalls?I'd appreciate any advice, tools, or experiences you can share!
