HiJust wondering does Adobe Connect recordings work across all devices - or do I need to use Adobe Media Encoder, or other software to convert the recordings?

I'm new to Connect, and was just looking at some of the reporting features available. I went to the 'Questions' part of the Reports tab for a demo meeting I had run last week, and see all of the poll questions I had run listed. When I click on 'View Answer Distribution...' for a multiple choice type poll question under 'User Responses' where it breaks down each choice and the # of people who selected that response, it also has a column that says 'Correct Answer' and all of the choices have a red X (see screenshot below). I just went back into my meeting, and looked at the poll questions to see if somewhere I had missed setting a 'correct' answer option but don't see anything. Obviously for a lot of times a poll question might not have a 'correct' answer, but in this case I actually had setup the poll questions to function as a regular multiple choice question so there was actually a true correct answer.Can anyone explain to me why this 'Correct Answer' column appears, and what it is us

Is 3mbps enough upstream bandwidth to run Adobe Connect meetings for 6 - 12 attendees w live video?

I want to buy a videcamera to import live video in my ACP sessions. Wich videocamera works great or best?

I need to setup a course in Events that has 3 sessions in it.  I would like the users that attend the first session to be enrolled automatically in sessions 2 & 3.  Is this possible?

I am starting from scratch.All my old PP presentations are 4:3 and I have to go to 16:9.So f have to decide which beamer to buy:960 : 540 od 120:7201. As I understand when these pptx are converted when uploaded to the server.Will the required bandwidth depend on my template size in PP?2. for some more smartphone dedicated tutorials with audio and only very few text I could create even a smaler template.Will that reduce the bandwith requirement?3. I work with PP2010 but is it better to use PP2013?I am afraid thad in PP2013 are more issues of incompatibility.than in PP2010.thanks a lot, adob1949

When I upload slides (either through the share pod or the adobeconnect admin page) the formatting becomes corrupted.  For example, the text no longer remains within the confines of a text box or the font changes.  How do I avoid this?Thank you.

I've set up an event and published it, but it won't allow for registrations.  The SUBMIT button is grayed out.  Thoughts?

Hi, I have a regular license of Adobe Connect Name Host 100 Participants, It's work excellent for meetings.I want to know if I buy one license of CONNECT TRAINING it's going to work in my current license of Adobe Connect , how many students can enroll my training content? need to buy more licenses? I want to use for on demand and live training. I not a big corporate company it's only myself, want to do something more professional with curriculum, enroll students.Another Question is about Adobe Presenter is this plug in for power point include in the Connect Training or have to buy apart?Another question how many disk space have in my meeting room, for recording and library?thanks for your help.

I use Adobe Connect 9.2 in MACOS X.9.3. After a couple of seconds, when I started Screensharing my sounds ended, when I get back to connect I see there is no sound sign just richt of the mic, by clicking the mic Connect is blocked. Have been experiencing computer freezing, getting kicked out of Adobe Connect session, webcam and chat box not functioning properly inside Adobe Connect. This has happened since updating my Mac to OS 10.9.3 Maverick. Is there a compatibility issue with Maverick and Adobe Connect? What advice can you offer to users running Maverick?Is there another fix besides the Safari Ad-In listed on your help page? This has not solved the problem. The audio connection during a live meeting is cutting out for 1-2 seconds every minute. I recognise that the audio does cut out but it has never been as bad as this. We record the meetings for others to listen to at a later time and it is proving quite difficult to listen back to. We connect through the IE9 browser and are using an external microphone and speaker system. Can you provide any advice as to what we can try?

That Adobe Connect Demo I attended today was a disaster.  First, no voip sound.  Then the whole thing went off-line.  Then I found out that Presenter is not Mac compatible.  Poor reflection on Adobe!

is it possible to multiple file upload for a virtual class room template. right now our customized application uploading single fie(pptx)/Zip file to a training room. we need to make it multiple upload. Is it possible?

Adobe connect slide analytic data showing slide name like breeze-slide-1 even though each slide having individual name. is there any mapping for this actual slide name?

Would the common perception amongst novice users be that if you were the HOST of a meeting and your computer shut down, the meeting closes for other participants as well?I am not sure if this ends the meeting for other participants but being the host with all other attendees as participants I thought it would?

Hi AllThis is the like after clicking the browse button i can select a document files for content upload. but after selecting document file i want to upload another or more than one document filesso after uploading a file i want to see again this option this is my requirement. so it is possible by adobe or is there any web service for that so i need help for that!!!!

I'm trying to have someone share something in the Adobe Connect room as either a Host or a Presenter. There's a particular program that they're trying to share that is only available on full screen mode on their computer. Whenever it is being shared in the Adobe room, the screen share pod is completely black, but other things that are not full screen can be shared fine. Is there any fix for this?

I found a huge security/bug issue in the Adobe Connect API/Webservice method  principal-update. I discovered that it is possible to update existing users just by using their Login ID instead of Principal ID:Say I create a user John Doe:https://connectapisite/api/xml?action=principal-update&account-id=###&type=guest&first-name=John&last-name=Doe&login=jdoe&password=asdasdasd&has-children=falseIf I try to create another user Robert Ford with the same USERNAME:https://connectapisite/api/xml?action=principal-update&account-id=###&type=guest&first-name=Robert&last-name=Ford&login=jdoe&password=asdasdfff&has-children=falseNo error will be shown, INSTEAD it will change John Doe's first name/last name to Robert's name! This is a huge serious bug.It SHOULD ONLY UPDATE users WHEN A PRINCIPAL ID IS PASSED IN. In fact, in Adobe's own documentation...it states to use a Prinicpal ID to update the user. So HOW exactly should I prevent this?

I'd like to be able to open up an app and share it for the purposes of training.
