Hello everyone, i have a person trying to publish Captivate 2 content to our internal Breeze server and she is receiving the below error. server error 500 element <File> file does not exist. Can anyone help with this issue.

Someone have the way to install breeze 5 plug-in into powerpoint 2007?

I have an MS SQL problem, I have set up Adobe Enterprise with a MS SQL 2005 database. Although ‘Connect’ recognised the SQL data source on install it now refuses to connect. The SQL log shows that a connection is being attempted every time the System Administrator username and password details are entered into the ‘Connect’ configuration, so details such as host, data source etc are right. I assume this must be an authentication problem but how do I either reset the SQL system admin details or access the database outside of the SQL management software to verify that the login details I am putting into Connect are in fact right. Any help please….

Hello, I've looked through all the documentation I could find and also searched both the knowledgebase and the forum to find answers. Does anyone have general MS SQL database file size metrics in regard to Adobe Connect Enterprise? I know it's a tough question with many answers based on how large of an install, how many users, etc. However does anyone have metrics based on what they've experienced? 2. I have seen the Adobe server requirements for a Connect install, however, what would be the server requirements for a second server used as a SQL server to support the Connect install? Regarding MS SQL server to support a Connect install, should I use the requirements for Adobe Connect as a rule of thumb or the MS SQL Server 2005 requirements instead? Thanks!

Hi, Sorry but I am confused about when I need a software license and when I don't. I would be extremely grateful if anyone would take the time to look through my questions and point me in the right direction. 1. If I use Presenter to publish a series of on-demand presentations to a web site, I guess I need a software license to design the presentation. However, do I also need a software license for each concurrent user I expect to view these on-demand presentations at any given time? The people who will watch the on-demand presentations are effectively public visitors to our web site who will simply click on a link and watch the presentation. 2. If I use Trainer (not sure if this is the correct name) to publish self-paced on-demand training courses to our web site, I guess I need a software license to design the course. I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional. Download will not complete. Says I need to download Adobe Download Manager first....Where Is IT?. I have a Breeze licenced server that I have in the past created users manually. Now I want to use the directory service integration to automatically create users from our LDAP server. When I go to the breeze console I can enter all of the LDAP settings but when I click on the 'Synchronization Settings', 'Synchronization Actions' or 'Synchronization Logs' links all I get is a page that says "For further assistance please check out the Breeze Support Center or contact Breeze Support".

Question- On the quizzes when you have a multiple choice question and you pick A and the correct answer is B.. Can you get breeze to automatically say you picked A the correct answer is B on the same screen as where the question was? Does any have a clue about the problem exhibited in this .jpg image < Breezo Notes Pane>? If this were HTML I'd suspect document language encoding, but I do not understand how the browser settings might trickle down into .swf files. This problem is exhibited for a learner in Malaysia and I've not been able to duplicate the problem here. thanks for any help

I'm having a weird issue with hyperlinks that are placed on a slide in Breeze/Presenter. The link is points to a word doc on a network drive. After I publish it, I can go to the slide and click on the link and it opens just fine. However, when anyone else opens the presentation and clicks on the link, they get the standard error message that the file cannot be found. We are publishing locally (not using Adobe Connect). I have tried putting "../" in front of the path, but get the same result.

Heres an odd one. I have a Breeze presentation which runs fine from the C drive, but when I pop the files onto our we server and try to launch the presentation from a http link the sound doesn't come through. Has anyone else come across this or am I doing something wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having a problem within Breeze when looking at quiz results under reports we are seeing that users are showing as passed based on scores but will have a status of incomplete. Has anyone come across this issue before and what was the fix?

Hello! I'm using Breeze (obviously an older version) with Linux (Kubuntu 6.06 LTS/Firefox/Flash9). Webcam and Sound are OK, but neither the file upload nor the screensharing are working. Does anyone experienced similar problems or came across a solution? Thank's for any hints! Christian

We set the field for multiple lines in a pdf form. When entering info, a scroll bar appears so they can enter multiple lines. However, the mutiple lines don't print. If we increase the field height, the scroll displays when info is typed beyond the height and we cannot turn off the scroll. Also, the field is in the middle of a form and the rest of the form needs to adjust to accommodate the number of lines entered in the expandable field. How??

The below questions was asked in the Professional section on Jan. 29th with no response. We would like to do the same thing. Can anyone help address? Here is my question, is there away to customize the verbage for the notification email so it is the defualt message. Hi, I know this is probably straightforward but I can't find the settings when I am converting to PDF. I have an A5 microsoft word document and need to convert it into an A4 PDF. Can anybody help?

I converted a word document that had some hyperlinks to a file on the server and now the hyperlink doesn't work. So I reset the link in Adobe Pro 7 and when I emailed the document, the link was broken again. Why doesn't it retain the links? Thanks for any help I can get. Lesley

Hi, is it possible to place a certificate chain somewhere, so that Adobe connect users dont have to manually install the certificates from the chain?

Our engineering firm needs Engineers to be able to sign pdf documents over their seal using a signature pad, is this possible? Most of the signature functions im finding are secure digital signatures that don't allow an actual epad signature.
