I have a tech problem with Adobe Connect. Usually, when I click an adobe connect link, it opens a new tab and then opens that link in the Adobe Connect app. Something went wrong when my computer died in the middle of a meeting. Now whenever I open one of these links, it just opens a blank page with the text "Check our troubleshooting page for further assistance." Here's an image of the page:  The troubleshooting page just says everything works fine and doesn't help me at all. The issue seems to be with my browser, because everything works fine on a different browser on the same computer. I have cleared all my browsing data from the adobe connect website and that has done nothing. I cannot delete and reinstall the browser. I've been trying to fix this for over an hour and nothing has worked. Please help.

We are not able to use VoIP while connected to telephony conference with PGi.  IN settings, we enable the mic for participants, but it does not show up for the attendees that are not connected via phone. 

Every time I attempt to open a document on Adobe web I select my account, the document opens and then almost immediately closes and prompts me to log in again. The only way I can view my documents is by quickly downloading them. How can I fix this so I can view documents on the web?

How do I add contact names in my acrobat address book ?

i was wondering if adobe hosts can see my tabs on google chrome if i wander away from the connect window without screen sharing 

I am trying to export a list of Hosts in Adobe Connect and not having much success. Ideally, I would like the list to include the groups they are a part of, but I can't seem to get a simple list of ALL hosts to work.I am going to Reports -> System Usage -> Group Usage then selecting the system group "Meeting Hosts".The report says 52 total users, but then says the total hosts are 49. The report only lists 49 users.The system is reporting that we have used 52 host licenses (we are under a named host pricing model). I was expecting to see 52 names on the list. Any idea where the 3 phantom hosts are? How can I get a list of all 52 hosts?

I am trying to upload two zip files (created with Articulate).  I have previously uploaded these types of files with no problem.  These file uploads produce the message, Zip file contains illegal contents.  I looked at this blog to explore why: https://blogs.connectusers.com/connectsupport/content-fails-to-upload-to-connect-with-error-message-illegal-content/ Then I unzipped the file to see if any of the blocked executable extensions might be present.  I found none.  I need helpl figuring what's wrong with these files. 

I recently took over an Adobe account from another marketing employee, and therefore updated the email address for the account.  Now, I have gotten my own account using the same email address, which means that I can no longer access the old account (which I need to because I need to extract some receipts).  How can I get access to the old account?  Best, S

Hi, Im using the adobe connect API and external-auth=use when logging in a user in our system, and then passing the username in HTTP_AUTH_HEADER Sadly we have some users with non-ascii characters in their usernames (å,ä,ö) and these always get rejected. I have tried html-encoding of the username, and base64 encoding but with no luck. Anyone know if this is solvable? THey can login without problems when logging in the "normal" way via webportal.

A board member recently mentioned the possibility of using Adobe for a fund raising bike ride. Participants would sign up and  Pay a registration fee. They would need to sign a waiver to participate.  Can Connect do this seamlessly, or is there something better out there? We are a small nonprofit with limited funds.

Does Adobe Connect notify you if someone makes a screen record of a meeting?

Hi I am looking for help. I cannot find any way to email Adobe so hoping someone in the forums can.  Long story short, I went from Lightroom to ON1 and transferred over my images with edits. I have decided I want to use Lightroom again. However somehow through that process most of my photos are ruined. The edits have done something strange such as local adjustments are strong colours or max exposure. I don't know how to revert them back to how they looked before moving to ON1 (or even back to the original RAW and JPG if the edits are broken). I tried opening older Lightroom backups pre dating me using ON1 but the ruined edits are still there.  If anyone can help I would really appreciate it. I have nearly 60000 images going back to 2012.  Thanks Dan

I have just downloaded the latest application of adobe connect and the app fails to launch and provides a long coded error message. I have not able to get Elgato's Facecam to work with Connect 12.5. The error log entries below show some really weird reference to D:\Jenkins\...  directory. Adobe Support said this wasn't helpful information and they wanted to do a live test. I had to return the camera due to a deadline, so we didn't get a chance to work on it. So....  my advice. Steer clear of the Facecam for Connect. I loved the Elgato Camera Hub and look of the camera image and REALLY wanted this to work.  (It looked good in Zoom, so this is likely a Connect issue.) As you see below, the Logitech Procam C920 connects. I just dislike the way Logitech handles the camera settings (and they aren't stored IN the camera like the Elgato). I find Logitech hardware tends to be good but their software and drivers are generally wonky. Hi,I'm using the feature of Adobe Connect that lets me download a recorded meeting into ZIP format.  The ZIP file contains a bunch of files, but most interesting are the main FLV file for the video and a separate MP3 file for the audio.I want to be able to package up both the video and the audio into a single file, ideally in a form that I can convert to something I can put onto a hand held device like an iPod.Is it possible to choose a download format other than ZIP that will return, say, a single FLV file containing audio?  Or some other format?  If not, can anybody recommend a method for combining the audioless FLV with the MP3 and for converting the result into something playable on iPod devices?Cheers,scott

Seems recently participants are no longer able to change their names in the attendee's pod. They used to be able to but can no longer do it. I've looked for a setting and cannot find anything either inside the room settings or on the backend of the meeting information.

Trying to view old videos and when "play" is pressed, the entire screen blanks out, including buttons. (Example: https://share.dhs.gov/ph16bhcc0mxi from the US Customs & Border Webinars https://www.cbp.gov/trade/stakeholder-engagement/webinars) I have the same result from 3 different computers (different Windows OS).-Firefox-Chrome (incognito/normal)-Edge-Mobile (Chrome/Firefox)-Adobe Connect (PC) Nothing solves the issue.  I have tried adding modifiers to the link (GPU and launcher).

Hi,I have recently installed Adobe Connect on to one of our staff laptops. I work for a school and we have very strict permissions in effect to prevent staff installing unautorised software, so C drive is restricted. Running the application as an administrator is fine and a local (non-admin) account also works fine. When I try to run the application through a staff network account, I receive an error that says "File not found" (see attached screenshot). I believe this is down to the application trying to access a location that the account doesn't have permissions to.Other than the installation directory within AppData, which the account has full access to, does anyone know if there is another location that the application read/writes to.Thanks in advance.
