Muting and Un-muting Issues in Adobe after Plug-in Update I experienced a lot of audio issues during a webinar today. I think it may have been caused my the add-in update, as that is the only thing I did differently and I have never experienced any of these issues before.When I call in to a webinar I always dial *96 to make sure that participants come into the room muted and then push 2 when prompted to make sure that participants cannot unmute their own lines. Today however, one of our participants came in unmuted and we heard him having a phone conversation. I had to manually mute him.Then during some videos we played, we heard background noise, but I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. I muted every single person manually in Adobe, but still heard it. One of the presenters actually started talking before I had unmuted her and we all heard her, even though it was still showing in Adobe that she was muted.Then at the end of the webinar I tried to unmute two presenters.
