We need a report that includes user, product and storage usage in one report. Today I need to generate 2 reports and combine them to get an overview for all users within my company...I can't be the only one who needs this type of report. The value of this is time and control.
There needs to be a tool to migrate Product Profiles and Group Asignments to new Products as old Products expire. Currently it is a manual process and we have several hundred Product Profiles that need to be recreated.
The packaging process for macOS Sysadmins to make Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop available to non-administrative users is absolutely horrible! It makes absolutely zero sense to login to the Admin Console to configure an installer, so we can then download a downloader (that's not signed or notarized by the way) that downloads a Bundle Package (a method that Apple have discouraged for years). Then, using an MDM - in my case JAMF - to deploy the package requires zipping the PKG so it can be deployed to endpoints, but every time, something goes wrong with the ZIP/UNZIP process, so it breaks. There are several best-practices being ignored. i.e. - Configuration via Apple Configuration Profiles or even MCX instead of customising the package every time- The Download Helper is not signed or Notarized, requiring either disabling GateKeeper or removing the com.apple.quarantine X Attribute from the downloaded .app- Providing Bundle Packages instead of Flat Packagesor- Put the software into the Ma
Currently you only have 2 options within the Adobe Admin Console: 1. Block all add-ons for all users. 2. Allow all add-ons for all users. We believe this lacks the necessary access controls, espcially within education tenancies, and needs to be developed to allow System Admins to select which add-ons are available to which group of users. We currently want allow Google Drive and OneDrive for all users, as we already use Google Classroom and MS Teams. However, we cannot do this without allowing other storage, AI related, and other add-ons which wouldn't be suitable for schools and espcially learners. Enhanced controls should be developed so we can restrict all add-ons until they're reviewed, and make available for a specified target of users.
I want to be able to upload to Frame.IO without any of my collaborators or team members knowing. And then trigger a notification later in time when I want them to be able to view the new uploads, and possibly be able to schedule the time of when that notification will go out. Multiple reasons for this: For instance, if I am editing overnight and I don't want the notification of the new upload to be missed when they wake up in the morning. Or if I am editing on the weekend I don't want the other people involved to see the notification until business hours on Monday. If they get it Saturday they might forget about it when they are back in the office. The other reason: I am uploading tests for the sake of comparison viewing with existing edits, I don't want to overload the team members/ collaborators with notifications so that they will then miss the actual notification when it is time for them to review. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!
According to the FAQs here, "The Azure Sync can only provide user management for the primary Admin Console in a primary-trustee Admin Console relationship. Any trustee Admin Consoles can take advantage of single sign-on with the federated directory but must use a separate form of user management (such as CSV manual upload, User Sync Tool, or User Management API.)" This idea is to expand the Azure AD sync cababilites to include trustee admin consoles. The current offering requires organizations to maintain additional code, processes, and/or jobs to sync users to the trustee consoles. It would be nice to be able to do everything within Adobe Cloud and Azure AD.
نحن خبراء معتمدين من أدوبي ومستخدمين عبر منذ أكثر من عقد ولا نرى من أدوبي اهتمام باللغة العربية!متى سيتم دعم اللغة العربية بالشكل الكامل؟!
It would add to the usabiity of the files within the Library if each group could be filtered and sorted.
Why is it only possible to uninstall adobe apps via the adobe cc app? In order to uninstall from a laptop that is no longer in use, it first launched the adobe cc app, had to log in, needed a verification code to my mobile, then I had to update the adobe cc app and only then could I uninstall adobe products from my computer. (After I had to stop the automatic updates for every app ... nice!)A normal windows uninstall would have taken a few minutes, but the adobe cc app uninstall took more than half an hour, and by the way, adobe has nothing to do with me wanting to get one of their products off my computer. And no, I don't care about all the software bs, like all other programs, I should be able to uninstall it easily in windows settings. Thanks.
Hey, i don't want to "hide" CC, I want to close it when I'm not using an adobe app, don't need another process consuming resources from my computer just because...
The new Lightroom needs a print module like Lightroom Classic has. Makes zero sense that there is no print module, that is the purpose of Lightroom. Some people do actually have printers the last time I checked. Unfortunately, I won't be using Lightroom, although I like some of its handling features, it is worthless to me without a print module. Now if Lightroom Classic goes away, Houston, we have a problem!
Moving font management away from fonts.adobe.com and on to Creative Cloud makes sense, however, I'd love to see a few improvements to make things smoother. There are missing organisational elements that existed on the website, and there is an oportunity to add other quality-of-life features to better assist font management:Previously, we were able to favourite fonts under the font management section of the website before removing. I would love to see this feature return under Creative Cloud. Sometimes, when removing fonts, I like to be able to favourite a certain font so I can easily find it again later (or to tell future self that I have previously used this as I am sifting through new fonts).Right now, to remove fonts, we need to tap the kebab/dot menu button icon and select 'Remove font'. Multiple taps here are ok when removing the occasional font, however, I usually only use this management tool when I am removing batches of fonts. I'd love to have a 'Select …' type button tha
Would love the ability to color-code Libraries in Libraries Window, like it's possible with layers, so they would be organised better.
Would love to be able to archive old libraries I don't use anymore, but might need one day, so they won't clutter my Libraries library. Alternative solution would be the ability to move libraries to folders, so I could name one "archive" and add all the old libraries there.
My account got moved and my files were left behind, long story short: I need to download every file individually which takes hours of time. Every cloud service has an option to download folders, I don't understand why Creative Cloud doesn't have that option. Please add an option to download folders.
It would be helpful to allow for the downloading of MSP files, or some type of patch update that administrators could use to patch software such as Photoshop without having to re-package the entire application. This would allow for the easy implementation of security updates without having to force the user community to re-download the entire application.
Here is a suggestion for future updates of InDesign. Make it possible to open and edit PDFs with InDesign. That would sure save a lot of headaches and frustration. I know you can save them as Word docs and edit them there, but Word is Word, if you know what I mean. And editing in Acrobat is anything but a user-friendly experience. I realize there are third-party apps, but it seems logical to have this feature available with InDesign.
Why can't I close the creative cloud? If I hit x it's still open, if I quit through the menu it's still running in task manager, if I quit in task manager there are 8 other Adobe things running. I just want to be able to close the creative cloud window and actually quit and stop the processes. I'm currently using Photoshop and I don't have the Creative Cloud app open at all. I shouldn't need to quit, end task, etc. and still have the app running for some reason. I constantly have to turn off the automatic updates as well.
We should be able to pause downloads. My internet is not the best and it would be nice to pause downloads instead of canceling them.
Hello,I use a dual "monitor" setup (I say "monitor" because the second display is a display tablet that I can draw directly on) .... sometimes, depending on the project/app, I will move the active workspace to my main monitor. This then presents the issue of dialogue boxes (like saving, filters, options, etc.) opening on the other screen - this is across all Adobe apps.I'd like to suggest an option for an adjustable preference, perhaps under workspace or interface, whereby the user can perhaps choose between fixed or relative position (relative to the active window) for dialog popup boxes. It would be an immensely useful feature that would add a ton of streamlining and timesaving value, yet would most likely be simple and practical to code and implement in a future suite update.Thank you.
an application that automatically labels photos and videos is essential to achieve better organization and search of files
Could you change the name of this to "Adobe account access" rather than just "account access", much easier to find it quickly if its got "adobe" in the title.
Nowadays, more and more camera manufacturers such as Canon and Sony have supported HEIF format photos, and there is no doubt that this format will have wider application in the future. If I turn on the RAW+HEIF format on the camera, LR will import the same photo repeatedly during processing, which is obviously unnecessary. In preferences, LR has the option to enable/disable "Treat JPEG files next to raw files as separate photos". Is it possible to add an option to "Treat HEIF files next to raw files as separate photos"?Note: HEIF photos have multiple extension such as ".heif", ".heic", ".HIF". Check Wikipedia for details.
Can we assign products to multiple groups at the same time?I have 44 groups (School\Teachers, k-6\School\students, 7-12\school\students). I have go assign each product to each group one at a time. What if I had 50 or 100. Assigning a product to multiple groups at the same time would save so much time.
