It would be extremely useful to have the ability to easily transfer ownership of an adobe CC Library or asset between users. Right now the process is impossible to figure out, let alone follow and is very frustrating. For larger companies, a team member may create a library, share it with their team members, but then eventually move on to another role or leave the company. Right now, there is no way to change the ownership of that library to another team member. It would be great to have this feature because it would save time and frustration and help keep all libraries and assets properly organized. Sharing settings and edits should be more easily accessible this way as well.
Can the data available for the Audit Logs be increased from 90 days to 365 days?
I do tech for a school, I'm aware that adobe doesn't give 2 hoots about schools... but this idea where i can only log into 2 devices and run mutliple school labs is mentally inept. I am not running around 50+ machines to find out which one I forgot to log out on... why is there not a central location for users to sign out like pretty much EVERY OTHER CLOUD BASE PRODUCT? even hulu and netflix have options...
Currently the application does not support the Hebrew language,And since it's not really a browser - it doesn't have an automatic translation option,So it's very disruptive to the work flow
As an IT professional who deploys Adobe Creative Cloud to users on Windows devices I'd like the Auto-Update setting in the Profile to actually enable the Auto-Update feature in the Creative Cloud Desktop App without requiring each individual end user to enable it manually themselves. This would help us ensure all Adobe apps installed on end user devices are up to date and are not reliant on the end users enabling auto updates themselves or manually updating the apps.
Coming up on 25 years of Adobe Photoshop (and other Adobe products) use as a professional, so here's what I'd like to see. A version of Creative Cloud made for people who need to get work done with the product. Current CC is a massive, ad-filled mess. It's cluttered and full of stuff that most users don't need and get in the way. It insults you when you try to close it. When CC first launched, it was a small program that kept your apps up to date and launched them. That was perfect. The current CC is so appalling I have terminated my subscription after many, many years. I would consider re-joining if a professional version of CC were available. A pro version of CC:Slim, lightweight app-launcher/updater/installer*Optional* tab/s to show Cloud Files/Fonts/Stock etc. (As a digital painter I don't need any of these and never wish to see them)No ads/offers/giant bannersNo extra background servicesRight-click tray icon to quietly and immed
It would be helpful if there were an alert on updates in Creative Cloud when the update is only compatible on systems with the most up-to-date hardware or drivers. For example, if the update requires a GPU with DirectX 12, and my GPU is only capable of DirectX 11, it would be helpful to know that so I wouldn't waste time downloading it, troubleshooting why it doesn't work, and then having to revert to a previous version when I figure out that it's not compatible with my graphics card.
Merci d'avence.Emilien
Given we now work 'Hybrid' - 3 days at the office and 2 days at home - I have to use an iMac at home, an iMac at the office, and a MacBook for on the go and client presentations. I should be able to have all 3 using Adobe Cloud without the hassle of signing out, reselecting which one to activate, then signing in to keep the 'up to 2 computers' rule limit as it currently is.Adobe should be changing with changing times.
After talking to a agent finding how to find the plugin/extension for Frame.io, by going on Windows-> Review with Frame.io. This is a outdated info. To help others and not to confuse, please change it.
When going to "Stock and Marketplace" -> "Plug-ins" -> "Manage Plugins" there is a list of installed UXP-Plugins, but there is no Version Number available. Please show the Version-Number of the Plugin, the same way as it is shown for the ApplicationsDiscussed allready here:https://community.adobe.com/t5/exchange-ideas/bug-creative-cloud-5-10-command-line-tool-does-not-show-full-version-number-of-uxp-plugin/idi-p/13623272#M4623
Would be nice if we were able to choose where Adobe stores files, and not just forcing users to use the synced folder of CCD. As an admin, I got a request to configure all Adobe apps to use local folder by default, and only selected users to use the cloud synced folders (data protection stuff). There is no way to configure this.
It would be really nice to copy an object and then paste it wherever you want by clicking in place.
it would be really nice to be able to select an object and add an even outline to it. we should also be able to choose whether the outline goes around the selection or inside it. This drawing tool would really help.
Hello everyone,I hope this post finds you well. I am in urgent need of assistance with a critical issue I am facing regarding my Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise School package. In addition to the access problem, which I previously mentioned, I want to highlight the significant impact it is having on my education.Due to the ongoing issues with the Adobe Creative Cloud, I am regrettably forced to take a month off from my classes, which will result in me missing two one-month classes, equivalent to six credits. This setback is particularly detrimental to my education in 3D animation, as practice is crucial for maintaining muscle memory and skill development in this field.I am reaching out to this community in the hope that someone can help me find a swift resolution to this problem. It is vital that I regain access to the Adobe Creative Cloud apps promptly, enabling me to continue my studies uninterrupted and maintain the progress I have made thus far.If anyone has any insights, advice, o
From my Adobe online account, I should be able to access the billing information of my company to view or edit it if need be. The current process where even customer service cannot help and I'm forced to email an Adobe employee and wait for them to loop in Billing is WILD. Please fire whoever decided to setup the billing process that way.
My suggestion is to add an option where these recent files can be cleared on Creative Cloud desktop, similar to how they can be in Photoshop.
Adobe - please can you at least add an option to 'Don't Show This Again' to the incessant 'Save to Creative Cloud' dialogue box that reappears every time an app is updated - and today seems to appear EVERY time I go to save a file. I'm simply not interested in saving my files to the cloud thankk you very much and the repeated appearances of that dialoguie box is a completely unneccasary impediment to my work flow. Thanks
Hello, wish that there is an option to remove protos or even completelly turn off recent photos in CC dektop app. I opened it and for some reason i was shown images from 2021 which i edited on my iPhone in Lightroom. Even though i deleted those photos, now i am having bunch of white thumbnails from photos i don't even know where the are and i cannot remove them.Best regards
Adobe Team - please make Premiere Rush available for Samsung S22 users! Ridiculous that "the device isn't compatible with this version"
I am absolutely sure I want to quit — every single time.
Our Information Governance group needs to be ability to review filenames of data stored in creative cloud in order to make an assessment of that information. Currently, the only way for an admin to see that information is to deactivate each user, which is absolute not feasible.
In business/enterprise environments with large Creative Cloud deployments, currently if a user logs in to a Windows PC they are presented with the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app's login box, even if they don't need to use Adobe products in their current login session. We enquired with Adobe support and were told that the Creative Cloud desktop app currently does not offer single sign-on (e.g. similar to what is possible to configure for Microsoft Office) and they suggested we posted the idea here. Please update the Creative Cloud Windows desktop app to allow enterprise IT admins to configure it (via group policy and/or MDM) to silently sign Windows users in to Creative Cloud if Federated ID has been configured on the Adobe tenant for the currently logged in Windows user.
For example, what do I do if I fill the 100gb cloud?Download the files individually, when the most practical thing to do would be to download all the files into one folder.
let me close creative cloud
