Bonjour, à travers un projet pour mon école je dois utiliser la fonction 3D dans photoshop mais rien de marche. Après avoir suivi plusieurs tutos rien n'y fait pourtant tous mes pilotes sont à jour et compatible, mon processeur est activé.Si quelqu'un aurait une solution je vous remercie
I recently did the update to both Illustrator and Photoshop and now my shortcut key for Close (Ctl+W) is not working. Anyone else having this issue or know of a way to solve this issue? It's driving me insane. Thanks!
Hi, I am trying to move Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects from within Adobe creative cloud to my computer desktop. I previously had these apps on desktop, however, since updating them to the most current 2024 version they have not been transfered over to my desktop. I tried to drag and drop, but it didn't work, and I couldn't find the setting to move them onto my desktop. What should I do to fix this?
I have attempted to reset my password many times for the past few days, everytime I do so, I get a notification saying:"Please wait as we work to fix this problem, then try again. If the problem persists, contact customer service." Ive tried getting help from the virtual assistant many times, but it keeps sending me the same articles that are of no help. How might I speak to a real human about this?
What's the reason behind not providing the date a product was last used in the admin console? Obviously this date is in the Adobe system because of the license check that happens each use. This function is essential for us to curate license assignment properly. Removing licenses that are assigned but not needed. It "feels" like the reason to withhold this information is to sustain license bloat/cost rather than partnering with the customer for fair allocation methods that benefit both parties.I see at least one other person posted on this in 2023, any potential this may happen?
I started the free trial on Creative Cloud with a payment card that had almost no money. When I finished the free trial, I did not renew or pay any amount, considering that there was no money on the payment card. Now he told me that my plan was suspended.. My question here is if I saved money on the card. Will the money be automatically withdrawn and the comment canceled or what?
Hallo, ich wollte heute Loightroom updaten, weil mir gerschrieben wurde, dass es nicht aktuell ist. Update ging nicht, ich wollte es dann deinstallieren und wieder installieren doch dann war es wieder vorbei und ich bekam die Fehlermeldung: Ich kann es auch nicht manuell deinstallieren bei Windows -. diese komischen "Schatten"-datein werden zwar angezeigt aber lassen sich nicht deinstallieren. Wenn ich auf Laufwerk C gehe, sind sie weg.
I hate your products, your aggresive policy, I can not even uninstall your Creative Cloud. It always says it needs to UPDATE, it can not uninstall after update since there are still applications that need Adobe CLoud.. NOT TRUE. There are NONE, I tried everything, I am professional in IT and I CAN NOT GET RID of your software. UNBELIEVABLE how bad your software is nowadays. I HATE ADOBE and will NOT INSTALL YOUR PRODUCTS ANYMORE ANYWHERE p.s. I tried to post this with "rude words" - nice that you dedicated your programmers to FORCE your customers to "behave" ... instead of creating a GOOD SOFTWARE and NOBODY WOULD BE COMPLAINING
I try to uninstall CC on my mac but I cannot. I already uninstall all the program but still got this pop up . Help
Nothing like getting on the forum to resolve a problem to find the whole community has experienced the issue (cc missing/repair over and over) and all Adobe does is bury the problem by auto choosing "solutions" on threads to make it look like stuff is resolved when its not. disgraceful, oh how the mighty fall your crumby doodling software shouldnt be interacting with my firewall, stay in your lane

I used to work with Lightroom and Photoshop on my McBook Pro. Then I bought a desktop PC and installed the softwares on the new PC since I am allowed to install them in two computers with my plan. I have been using Lightroom and Photoshop on my new desktop without problems for a while and then I realized that my creative cloud says "no apps installed", so I cannot get any updates for my softwares. But I can still open and use Lightroom and Photoshop. I looked up FAQ and found the suggestion saying that I should close the creative cloud, remove some records in the credential manager in the setting and then try to log in again. I have done that but still it didn´t help. Any idea to fix it?
I'm not sure why this is happening. I recently built a new computer, AMD Ryzen 9 3900x with 64 mb ram and Radeon 5700xt. I have been using Chrome just fine. Then I install Adobe CC and Photoshop. I start having issues with Chrome. The browser will work just fine, then crash. Upon trying to reopen it, it freezes immediately. I uninstall Chrome, reinstall, no luck. Uninstall, delete the Google folder and reinstall, it might work for a day or two but will freeze again and I have to go through all that over again, and it doesn't always work and I end up having to use Edge. Since the timing correlated with the installation of Adobe, I uninstalled Photoshop. It didn't help. I unisntalled Adobe CC. Now it works perfectly. Has anyone had this issue?
Users assigned with Adobe Creative Cloud-All apps license via the Adobe Admin Console are all self-managing that they personally download the apps they need using the Creative Cloud app. Would it be possible that IT admin be able to enforce the required software update using Adobe Admin Console as well? Seeing that these licenses are purchased and assigned by the company, we should have full control on how updates are delivered. And no, creating a package and distributing All Apps via this method is not possible as the package alone is more than 20GB which is the limit of most MDM.
Last week I had to delete Creative cloud on my work laptop because of background processes.I run performance software and need all available resources for it.There is no point in these services running as wifi is turned off and I am not actively using the software.I have made another profile on my MBP for this purpose.If I reinstall CC on the other profile, will these processes still run in background on new profile?

Je suis sur tous les forums depuis plusieurs jours et je ne trouve aucune solution, j'ai renommé le dossier OOBE en OPM, cela en a créé un nouveau mais sans succès. Je l'ai renommé ensuite en opm.db.old et de même cela a créé un nouveau dossier mais sans succès.S'il vous plait que faut-il faire ?
Hi Adobe Collegues, I am running on Windows 10 and desperately trying to to update Creative Cloud. No matter what I do I keep receiving Error 202. The issue is definitely not "because there is no space on the disk" and tried reinstalling the app and still receiving it. I've called Support numerous times before and eventually a temp fix would be found. However I'm very tired of getting Error 202 and need this fixed permanently. Can anyone help with any tips and tricks on how to resolve this issue? Thanks so much.
Adobe creative cloud is not working on my mac air m2, that is, my photoshop, illustrator programs are not connecting to the cloud storage, when I enter my creative cloud program, my program does not update, it does not want to update at all, if anyone knows, please help
App updates via Creative Cloud desktop take endless and – what’s even worse – strangle the internet connection in our office to zero. The app itself launches very, very slowly. Version 6.1.0.587 on M1-/M2-Macs with Sonoma 14.4 Besides, it would be great if one could kill the bloated home screen in favour of just the apps view (as it used to be) …
I believe having a Per-Device License for a Multi-Session Virtual Machine that doesn't rely on SSO would be a great thing to have. As organizations migrate to the cloud or are in a hybrid state, trying to determine the appropriate SSO options (OIDC/SAML) when intially setting things up is a bit of an obstacle because there are so many unknowns. When adding differnt layers of complexity such as roaming profiles that are stored using FSLogix and a host pool with varying numbers of VM's users are required to log into the Adobe products every time they log into them. Additionally, our students have their SSO licensing associated to their Google student ID but log into the VM with their Entra ID.
When I open the Creative Cloud Desktop app and select "Stock and Marketplace" and then click "Libraries", I see several free libraries such as "Faces", "Neon Icon Set", etc. Can I use their graphics in comercial designs for free?
One of the significant roles of an administrator is a assess license appropriateness and assign/remove accordingly. There is no ability to check user activity in relation to their allocated licences which makes it extremely difficult to review and validate whether the licenses assigned to them are being utilised. Even more so when you have come in post and these are already existing assignments. You are essentially relying on the user to be truthful on whether they are using it, which is not good for a business setup. And before anyone mentions data privacy, this an internal business commercial arrangment, not customer data!
