Creative Cloud Services

I have a user that has creative cloud installed and would like to use photoshop. When they open creative cloud the apps tab just spins. At some point it will say that it failed to load and you can click on relaunch and it does the same thing. I have tried completely removing creative cloud and reinstalling it and I still see the same issue. Any help would be much appreciated.

My son's file names:VIDEO_TS.BUPand othersVTS_01, etc.....He was a star...I got an OLD computer to auto open the CD-ROM.  HOW can I bring those files in...to make it a present video...

Hello everbody, I want to buy Adobe Creative Cloud Services for Student plan. I have a question. Can I run Adobe Creative Apps at the same time PC and MAC? Just 2 computers but same time same programs or different programs. Can I? Thanks.

When I try to open the Adobe apps I get an error message stating that the Application Manager that verifies the license is missing. I started a chat  with adobe and updated the computer to the lastes version of Windows 10, but it still did not fix the problem. Can anyone tell me what needs to be done to resolve the problem?

Every single time I use illustrator, every 5 minutes the CC Library freezes. It will show swatches, not let me click. It will resize icons within the library. I have to completely quit the app and re load and re open the libraries window, and even then it still doesnt work every time. Any work arounds? Support Chat didnt care to give any advice. 

Hello everyone, Me and my team are starting to use Creative Cloud Files so we can all access each others Master Files in case someone is not on duty. And it is very good to have the files easily accessible on everyones folders.But some of our team members have less space on their harddrive. So i was wondering:Is it possible that an specific person has it's files/folders only accessible via web. So the files won't be occupying space on their computer? Thank you very much,

Hi again.I'm working on a fresh (less than a week) install of El Capitan and a fresh install of Premiere Pro 2015.3 on a maxed-out late-2014 Retina iMac. This is the only computer I'm editing the project on, although I do also have CC installed on a MacBook Pro. Since the auto-save feature is still unreliable, I manually save my work all the time to the Creative Cloud Files/Premiere Pro/10.0 folder. Sometimes when I save I get a message saying that this file has been modified since your last save, which is annoying but I can live with it. What I can't live with are the conflicted copies of my project files that are (seemingly) randomly being created in the 10.0 folder. They say the project name, then "(Conflicted copy from Jef’s iMac on 2016-09-08)". Like I said, I'm not editing on any other computers, and this is the only iMac I have, so it shouldn't be creating conflicted copies. Long story short – I need this to stop. I tried to do follow solution. Learn what to do if the Creative Cloud desktop app won't open or shows a spinning progress wheel. (adobe.com) i do all steps but it cant open. My plans is Student plans. i just membership week ago, Program can log in All app can be used normally but today I cannot use Photoshop and other app. programs to do verifycation and i followed suddenly Programs Loading Creative Cloud loops . and I can sign in on Creative cloud app with My id but Other id can sign in on Creative cloud app on phone Dont know what to do? Yesterday I purchased a plan for photographers. I downloaded Creative Cloud, but it didn't install. I get a notification about error 206. I did: 1. Disabled the firewall 2. Disabled and removed the antivirus. 3. I tried to connect to the Internet through another access point. 4. Re-installed Windows 10!Nothing helped! I connected with support. The specialist did the same, but also without result. My internet connections are working fine, I have no viruses, I have a new Windows. All other programs are installed on my computer normally. I do not know what to do. I gave money for the product, but I can't work! My job stopped. At the same time, there is no normal Russian-speaking support. My windows won't let me switch to english interface. I just don't know what to do. Adobe, I would like to deliver a million dislikes to you! I lost money and a lot of time !!

I have synchronised a lot of my files from computer to creative cloud (30gb) but still file details shows that it takes 21gb from my comptuer disk memory. Is there a way to keep files only in cloud, not on my computer?

My office iMac has tons of space, so it's not a problem. But my home laptop isn't that spacious. Asking any long-time users, would it make sense to direct my CC storage to an external hard drive? I can leave the sync turned off until my external drive is safely connected. 

Is there limited storage in your CC libraries?

Adobe AIR apps (embedded runtime) with Animate:  I so seldom install a new certificate that I forget what I did before.  I now have the Mac Catalina problem that seems to be so common.  I have tried the readily available code additions, but I am getting nowhere.  My research indicates that the most likely issue is with the Code Signing certificate.  In trying to recall the steps I ran across the following and cannot remember how I used it. Are there any partnerships available for curriculum development to teach Adobe? I am working to develop a new online Academy and we would love to collaborate in order to teach Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro. 

I am looking for a way to store my fonts (that I have downloaded from various places) that does not take up so much room on my computer. I was wondering, if I upload fonts to Creative Cloud and then delete the original files from my computer, will the fonts remain accessible in Creative Cloud?

When I try to add comments for revisions and enter in the person's email that I want to send the revision to. It doesn't work. However if I add the email address using the drop down it does work. Why isn't typing in the email working?

I had converted a 4 page form to an electronic form and this message appeared: Cannot reflow this page because it contains interactive annotation(s). I now can't edit the form fields or make any changes. The help pages aren't helpful and I can't find in the Preferences where this might be impact on the form. Can someone help please? As usual, this has occurred when I am on a tight deadline!!
