Creative Cloud Services

I have Adobe Creative Cloud on my laptop. It is currently using 50% of my battery charge. I tried to update Adobe Creative Cloud and uninstall Adobe photoshop but have not been able to because Adobe Creative Cloud is not loading. I am unable to uninstall Creative Cloud because I still have Creative Cloud applications installed on my computer that require it. I am assuming that it is the Adobe photoshop that requires the Creative Cloud. Does anyone have any suggestions?

All I'm getting are error messages tonight when I'm trying to open a pdf. Are servers down???

I have Adobe 5 files on a CD. I believe these files were created (circa 2000) I am now running Windows 10 and encountering errors and cannot open the files. Any suggestions please to help me access these files???

When I click on my social network icon "instagram" in my adobe portfolio, it opens two windows at the same time that go to the same place. How can I fix it, I don't see any place where the problem is. 

Hello, I cannot find an approriate forum for this topic. Just recently (past month) I have been getting this ACSService.exe - Application Error notification window.Text in the window: The instruction at 0x6200389e referenced memory at0x0218097c.  The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program If I click OK, I get follow up boxes, all identical, about a dozen of them then it goes away until restart. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I am using Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Reader and Adobe Experience Manager - Forms. When I am working in AEM the program just shuts down without warning and I loose the document I was working on. Has anyone come accross this? Is it a known error? is it to do with a program conflict?Thanks Di

Bonjour,Je vous contacte ici car j'ai un problème avec le règlement de ma formule creative cloud avec toutes les applications pour étudiants.  Je règle un montant d'environ 19€ tous les mois avec mon compte pay pal mais je ne peux plus utiliser les applications telles que Première Pro, Photoshop, etc., alors que le montant se débite chaque mois vers Adobe.  Ce mois-ci, je n'ai pas eu de reçu de paiement via ma boite mail. Que dois-je faire ?  Lorsque j'essaie d'obtenir de l'aide via mon compte, Adobe me dit que je dois contacter l'administrateur.

I am a student and I have subscribed the student adobe account. I have inserted my student e-mail (the institution e-mail), but I have forgot to put it right: instead of "...@my.ipleiria.pt", I have put "...@ipleiria.pt". I have tried to fix this but the website keeps telling me that "...@my.ipleiria.pt" has already been inserted. After this, I have had several issues, because I couldn't access my adobe account or change to another e-mail. After trying a lot, it was allowed to change my e-mail through Chrome, and this time I have changed it into a Gmail account. My problem is that I can't change it back to "...@my.ipleiria.pt", because it keeps telling me that that e-mail has already been inserted and now I am afraid of loosing my student discount because Gmail it is not an academic institution :). Can somebody help me with this? Thank you, in advance.

Old files that I deleted months ago keep coming back mysteriously. I've deleted them at least five times now, and I can't figure out what keeps bringing them back. I am part of a team that uses Creative Cloud, and this phenomena has been affecting our entire team cloud.We all use one root folder that has been shared amongst the entire team so we all have access to the files we create.

Hi everyone,I have a problem with the library in all apps.The panel has no elements. If I go over it with the mouse it changes state, as if the elements were present but invisible. If I add an element in the library it's work (checked from the creative cloud app). I've already reinstalled everything several times. I reset with the cleaner tool. I have manafged to embed a spark page in portfolio, but not a spark post. I get the error message "this story hasn't been told yet...."I'm new to both portfolio and spark, both seem quite restrictive but spark posts offer more design flexibility which is why I want to embed a post rather than a page. Just got back my Macbook Pro 16 today and reinstalled Adobe CC. It's still stuck at 100% on Core Sync. A little bit of backstory, this happened numerous times in the past, and I would pause syncing and let it run over night. Usually it would resolve itself. Last week while I was working with clients, Core Sync shot up on my Macbook Pro 16 and not long after my computer started getting hot. So hot to the point where the machine stopped charging and auto shutdown. After grabbing a coffee and coming back after it cooled down, I turned it on again and finished up my work within the next hour and put the machine into sleep mode. The following day, the machine would not turn on at all. Bring it into the Apple store, the Genius concluded that the logic board had short circuited and fried. I ended up sending it in for a logic board replacement which I just got back today. This template from Adobe Spark is wrong and horrible. It is very offensive to lots of people from diverse countries who suffered from World War II. Please review the pictures and symbols before templates are confirmed and shared around the world since it is very basic and well-known mocking gesture toward the victims of the war. It really doesn't make sense that this stupid template is appearing as a premium template. According to CNN, "The Rising Sun flag is akin to a symbol of the devil to Asians and Koreans, just like how the swa***** is a symbol of Naz*** which reminds Europeans of invasion and horror."

Hi, I'm currently able to share CC Libraries, and I seem able to share individual Cloud Documents, but neither through the app nor through the web do I have the option to share a whole CC Document Folder, which is currently essential to my work.  I've tried a few things to get this right:  1. I've updated CC;2. I've paused syncing then restarted it (restarting CC between each one);3. I've checked my permissions and settings;4. I've restarted my computer;5. I've updated all CC apps as well as CC itself;6. I've also tried creating folders from within the CC app itself as well as from within Photoshop or XD when saving a document; None of the above have helped to give me the option to share a CC Document Folder. If anyone could help me resolve this, that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance, Alain PS – Screenshot of options available when selection a folder include only Rename, Duplicate, Move, Delete, Add as Shortcut, Open on W

How frequently does the Adobe CC app (or your other apps that require a connection) 'listen' for an internet connection? I'm working on the UX for a similar app, and I think we need to have a 'listener' built in...but I don't know how frequently it should check for a connection, and our devs don't know either. Thanks!

Does anyone know if the Adobe Spark pages are accessible to a screen reader? If not, is there a way to place a setting so a screen reader can read the slides?  Thank you. 

Hello, is it possible to change the standard annual plan to a student one? It's about a student discount.

I have my photoshop set to save files every 10 minutes and when I switch to another file I always save, but when I opened my mac today everything from the last two months is gone. There is nothing in my temporyfiles or in my cloud.  It is a mystery, but not a good one!
