Creative Cloud Services

Hi All, I recently had to restore all my CC files to my external hard drive I have been using for the past few years with no problems. All 300GB synced and are showing in the folders. However, for nearly 3 days there syncing circle has been spinning with the message Synced Files: 35 of 35. It seems to be the same 4 folders that keep re-syncing as these are the only ones where the dates keep updating. All other folders have the date from a few days ago. I have tried all I know! From re-naming/removing those folders to changing the core sync folder name (that worked in the past for me once). Plus deleting some files from that folder as per a forum post. ANY help or advice would be massively appreciated! Have tried 3 different people from the online chat with no luck. Machine Info: Brand New MacBook Pro running the latest software.Regards, Chris.

On 5/4/2020, I discovered that I had lost files from many folders on Creative Cloud. By 5/5 many of these files had been restored. However, I am still discovering files that are missing. Is there some way to restore those as well? Thanks,  Jason

We are using AEM 6.4 .May I know where we need to verify session time out time ? Some time session stale related issues we are facing in IE11. Some times we are unable to reproduce.    Thank you Advance.

So, I have literally tenth of tousands of files in the deleted files of my creative cloud storage, taking up all the space (they where created by a blender autosave function I think). Problem is, due to the cheer amount of files, I cannot get rid of them, because if I try to remove many at once the webpage just become irresponsive and useless. There is also no "delete all" button for some reason (thx adobe I guess, looked it up there used to be one in the past but it got removed) so I'm kinda stuck with those files. Any suggestion to get rid of them ? Ty for your potential help !

HiI recently installed CC on my new laptop and everything synced fine, but after a few weeks it then stopped syncing and is stuck on "synced files: 1 of 1318 files"I have tried pausing & resuming sync, quitting and reopening CC, restarting my PC, doing a system restore on my PC, uninstalling and reinstalling CC, quitting CC and then deleting the .db files then reopening, repairing the program via windows installer, and signing out and back into CC. Nothing works, it appears to just be stuck and now isn't syncing at all. Help.

Greetings, This is a subject that has been around for many years. Some have suggested different solutions but these do not help. I havent seen one response from an Adobe Support techician/engineer that has made sense or has worked.Please Adobe can we get a solution, listen to your users this issue is extremely frustrating, I have a new Dell G5 laptop with an Intel i7 CPU, 16Gb Memory, SSD running Windows 10 PRO 1909."Core Sync.exe" will use up all the CPU cycles for 30 to 35 minutes at startup. During this time the laptop is barely usable. After a few hours the "Core Sync.exe" will kick off again, causing the same situation as at start-up. I am having trouble working with CC Libraries.I open InDesign on my Macbook Pro and add a graphic to the CC library, use it in a document and save my InDesign file to my CC Files directory.This is fine.I then open the file on my PC and it tells me I have loads of missing links etc.  all due to graphics used from my CC Library.I open my CC Library and I can see my graphics that I added but can't add them into an existing file, getting the following message:"Either the file does not exist, you do not have permission, or the file may be in use by another application"My Macbook is off.Additionally, when I add a graphic in InDesign from an open document on my PC to my CC Library, I can't then drag it back into the same open document I added it from.The same error comes up.I CAN however add that graphic from the CC Library if I try it on my Macbook Pro.There is one key difference between my PC and Macbook Pro.I am at work, my PC is connected to the College network via ethernet (all CC L

   Recently following an update to my CC app, my shared folder disappeared. It contained 8GBs of assets and I am curious to what happened. I created another folder for the shared service and started the sync, but nothing is syncing. It did copy my directory over, but none of the actual assets. It constantly says that it is syncing, but never syncs anything. I have located my files via the browser, but can only download them one at a time. Where did my files go? I also cannot change anything in my preferences. I have tried the following in order:Double checked to make sure that I have Sync turned on.Signed out and back in. For some reason i have several files that are not syncing in my creative cloud folder. I am nowhere near capacity. The files arent big. Some are word docs, some are PDF's. It is random what syncs and what doesnt sync. I have logged out, logged back in. Restarted my computer. Turned off sync, turned back on, but nothing works. Any suggestions?

I'm suddenly unable to see my Creative Cloud files in my Windows Folders. When I click on Creative Cloud Files, all I see is a shortcut that opens a new tab to my cloud files in my browser. Any ideas how to fix this? I've "repaired" Creative Cloud on my computer. Also, it won't let me uninstall CC to reinstall it. It says I have apps that need to use it. And I found a whole folder I was working on in the Deleted tab when I was viewing my files in my browser. I've had this over a year and never had any issues before.

Hi I have 79 GB of documents that I have removed from Adobe Cloud. As you can understand there is 1000's of files but it seems when I want to delete the files permanently I most choose one file at a time. Is there anyway that I can select all the files to be deleted instead checking one file at a time? Thanks for any anwers /Paul

Hello all,I'm looking at switching to a macbook pro - I currently use a windows laptop. Can I transfer my adobe photoshop and lightroom packages from a pc to a macbook pro? Would there be any problems with this in terms of licensing or can I simple close my phothop and lightroom on my old windows pc and just load them up again on my new macbook? I'm not very tech savvy so these kind of things confuse me. Thanks

I am new to CC and Lightroom and didn't understand the diffrence between classic and CC. I started using Lightroom CC and just in 2 days shooting I have used half my cloud storage. I find it frustrating that they give you no control over this. I have now uninstalled Lightroom CC but it didn't free up the cloud space. I have several local NAS devices and do not need any cloud storage but thought it might be useful for current projects when dealing with clients and maybe a bit easier than configuring my NAS for cloud access. So... 1) How can I clean up the cloud storage? 2) Having switched to classic how can I use the cloud to only show what I want on it? 3) How do you control usage for other apps I use, i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects. 

Hola Comunidad,  Necesito su ayuda antes de entrar en deseperación. Estoy teniendo problemas con todas las apps de Adobe CC. A continuación les dejo una imagen del mensaje que me sale al inicial cada aplicación (la foto es de Illustrator pero me pasa con todas las demás apps):  Estuve buscando en el foro a ver si encontraba la solución, pero no tuve suerte. Espero que alguno me pueda ayudar por que realmente estoy por entrar en crisis, ya no se más que hacer. PD: Ya desinstale todos los programas y los volví a instalar, cerre sesión en Creative Cloud Desktop App, reinicié mi computadora y volvi a iniciar sesión nuevamente, también use el Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.  Espero que alguien me pueda ayudar...Desde ya muchas gracias! 

Hola, me he descargado el aplicativo y cuando inserto una imagen pudeo verlo en la capa en la seccion de capas pero no puedo visualizarlo en el área de trabajo. alguien me puede ayudar

I get "Folder in Use by another program" error when trying to deleting a folder in Windows 10.  I now figured out that the issue is with AdobeCollabSync.exe program.  Whenever i view or open a pdf folder, this program takes over and doesn't releases it. So the folder becomes locked up.  I have to go into the system process and kill this program to release the folder.   Is there a fix for this?

Hi, I have just purchased and installed Creative Cloud. I need photoshop and illustrator, and I am running Mac OS 10.10. I cannot update from this as i use Logic Pro 9 . After using a trial version of creative cloud and realising that you can't access older versions, I purhcased creative cloud, and to my frustration with it i'm still encountering the same problem.  Any help with this would be greatly appreciated as I am struggling to contact someone from Adobe and this is needed for a project due this week.Many thanks See Below; 

Hi,  Ok, so I've spent 2 days trying everything to figure out this really uhhhh, what should be simple thing.  I've created a PDF with some compressed video footage, which I have successfully embedded via Rich Media feature and link to computer file. (as I can't seem to link to URL file - as Adobe states you can as well...?)  So - when I send the PDF with my embedded videos to my husband - he doesn't get the videos in the PDF. Is that because it's linked to my computer file? Probably, so questions are:How can I link to a URL file? OR How can i succesfully do this? Get the reciever of my PDF to see my embedded videos. Thanks, Katie 

Hello,We purchased a new cpu and transferred everything correctly but at least half of my fonts a missing.Does anyone know how to restore fonts for Adobe CS5 on a pc?Thanks! 

I have never used Creative Cloud's storage, and probably never will. I have no files in the folder, and it is thus, irrelevant.   It appeared 2 days ago in file explorer, under /C:/users/ME... and it added a shortcut to itself in the favourites section in file explorer.   I deleted the favourite, and the folder, but the next day, when I turned on my laptop, both had appeared again. Same thing again today.   Is there a way to permanently remove the folder, or at least stop the favourites shortcut from re-appearing?
