Hello, I moved my CC destination folder from my external HDD to my local laptop drive because I was originally having lots of sync issues and thought if I put the folder back on my local drive it might help. Now that I have changed the location, I keep getting the above error. I can literally see the space of my hard drive go all the way down (seems like it begins to sync) it gets to the end and then the error above pops up and I continue without syncing and my HDD space goes back up again. Does anyone know the reason for this?

I have just set up creative cloud storage and have a few folders. I have shared one folder with an individual but they can se the contents of all the others! Please see the attached image - they can also see the contents of the 'Logos' folder. Why would this be?Thank you in advance

My team wants to use CC Libraries to put Illustrator assets on. However, we do not want any one person to be the "Owner" of the assets. A few reason why we don't want that. If they left the company, then we would have to transfer ownership, as I have read in other posts.  This seems like a work around than a true solution. Another concern would be all the files that were linked to the original owner's library would have to relink, which when you use a certain asset a few hundred times, this would be very time-consuming...So, what I am wondering if there is a way you can have library assets not owned by anyone person but more centralized in a team ownership? Meaning, as employees come and go, the assets stay in the same place. Assets that are "owned" by the team, not an individual.If this is not a function yet, then I hope it gets released soon.Please advise on what we should do.Thanks!-JR

Hello, everybody, i am currently having the problem that i am told that i have used the full 100GB of my cloud storage and therefore no more data can be synchronized. However, my local mirror of the CC data is only occupied to 30GB. So I wanted to look online where the remaining 70GB are occupied. But I couldn't find a menu item in the app or on the website that shows me the exact allocation and distribution of the memory. Since I work a lot across devices, I would be grateful for any help and tips! Thanks in advance!

Hi, I recently started to look into presets on My Exchange and found some interesting ones. Unfortunatly I cannot find a way to install the extensions on my Mac. The syncing is not working, I tried to install the zxp files with not success. Tried Anastasiy’s Extension Manager which does not see lightroom, ZxpInstaller, ExManCmd but even if it installs, it will not show in Lightroom and just copy the zxp file in another place. (~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Extension Manager CC/EM Store) Also the syncing is working an my other non-catalina laptop. One of the presets I'm trying to install is https://exchange.adobe.com/creativecloud.details.101269.imagepunk-cool-streets-preset.html I tried all the catalina fixes and everything on this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-common-addon-installation-issues.html I also uninstalled completelly and reinstalled everything like suggested here: https://h

I am a user of the CS6 Production Suite.  I am sinply trying to copy a movie created on a Blue Ray Disc and burn it to a blank Blue Ray Disc.  But there are no instructions available on how to define the source document as an existing disc (as opposed to a file created in Premere, for exacmple).  I do not intend to ever get into the CC subscriber mess, and will stick w/my CS6 programs until they stop working completely.  Any help out-there on definiung the source doc in the Encour  CS6 set-up menu?  Thanks

I can’t open the backup catalog file, it says to me that it is in the wrong format. If I don’t open it, I’ll lose all my work in 2 or 3 months, which is unacceptable. I saved all catalog backups to a separate hard drive and not one opens now. in the last successful session, the program crashed and I had to close it and now the catalog does not open. In the last month, the program began to work more slowly, I don’t understand why I pay money ?? This is not a decent quality

We ran into an issue where my entire folder of creative files,which are intentionally backed up into the Asset cloud (or whatever we're calling it, since adobe has libraries, cloud storage, and creative cloud; talk about a huge marketing FUBAR). downloaded in it's entirety to a coworkers computer, whom's account was added as a collaborator (invited under the 'can edit' protocol). There was no visually apparent way within the Creative Cloud program or on the Asset web page to select whether or not to sync that entire folder to her computer. The only solution was to remove her from the shared folder and delete everything off the hard drive so as to regain control of the hard drive (which was maxed out becuase of the download). Is there not a way to NOT have the entire shared, not owned folder downloaded to your device? If not, that's a complete blunder on Adobe's part (unsurprisingly, these days).

I realize Microsoft is parterning with Adobe, but it's also no secret that Microsoft has been working to increase their presence in intranets.  Whether it's SharePoint Online or SharePoint Hubs, it appears Microsoft is working to take over market share from companies using already using AEM (6.3) to configure their intranets.  Is this a fair assumption and if so, how's this considered a partnership?

Hello,I keep getting an 'unable to synch' for a folder that I've deleted on Creative Cloud. I've emptied the trash on my mac. When I go to the CC web files, the deleted files is empty. I've signed out and back in. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

Hi.  Got an issue with a file that won't sync.  Shooting 4k, nothing ususal with that I need to share a file and it won't sync.  Anyone else had this?  Message says the file is too large.  I have 1tb storage so a little confused.

The characters |,", ?, <, >, /, \, *, and : cannot be used in folder names.However looking at the folder, it doesn't appear any of these characters are being used? I've had this happen for a few folders. Any ideas ?

Help. Going a bit bananas. I am diving back into my old photography hobby more seriously and need help selecting the best Adobe program to use. Last week, I used Lightroom CC to import >60,000 images into a consolidated directory. I chose to copy each original into a new location (networked drive) and, in so doing, de-duped many thousands of images. Images previsouly spread across iCloud, Google Photos, DropBox etc are now consolidated into this single Lightroom originals folder. This equates to ~400GB. There is another ~700GB of video to be imported, although this may contain significant duplication. Next comes the digitization of 10 years worth of slides and negatives (which, of course, has zero meta-data).  Before I embark on that endeavor, I want to have my photography collection management strategy dialed in. Lightroom CC is steadily working to cloud sync. Process is very slow, but steady. Additionally, my network drive is backed-up to cloud (Backblaze), so

Hello, I couldn't access my creative cloud files on the web. Someone from Adobe can help me out, please? I noticed this error started occurring last week. Also, there are some files that wouldn't sync to my Adobe Creative Cloud; It gets a check on my desktop but I couldn't access them on CC on my phone (iOS). And btw, I'm online when this happens, so it's not because I'm "offline" like the error says. (Error in the error message, too.) 

Hello, i have to restart my system at least two times a day because my Creative Cloud App stopps syncing. This affects Creative Cloud Files as well as Fonts from fonts.adobe.com and it’s a massive problem because it interrupts my whole workflow. I’ve tried to restart the app but that won’t solve the problem. The system is a mid 2015 MacBook Pro and macOS 10.14.5. All Adobe Apps have the latest version. 

When sharing files through the Adobe Cloud feature, there is not an option to select all files for download, so they have to download them individually. That's quite cumbersome for photos and videos.

Hi! I'm using the creative cloud folder on finder to store all my work files. I know it synchs because I can see and preview my .ai files on the creative cloud app for the iPad and iPhone. The MacBook app says it's "up to date" but shows no files.  I've tried to fix this with the support in the adobe chat but nothing seems to work. Anyone with the same problem that can help? Thanks.

Hey, i got a problem. I don't know why but i was working on illustrator and it was impossible to save the project. Because CLoud was with Error 184... i have lost everything... Already i can save project, so what can i do ?thank's
