What do you do when you have the "Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries" error and you follow all the suggestions on this page What to do when the Creative Cloud Libraries panel doesn't load and it still does not work? To be specific, there are some days, such as yesterday and last Friday, where doing this list—the whole list—did solve my problem and libraries started working again in my programs. But there are other days, like today, where doing the whole list still does not fix the problem and my programs maintain the "Something went wrong" error. I noticed that Adobe finally moved the web version of libraries here Adobe Creative Cloud , and I seriously suspect that was about when my trouble started. Please help. TIA.

Hi, I have a photography plan subscription with 20 GB of cloud storage. Currently, Creative Cloud shows my storage as full (20 GB) although I have no files in:Document CloudLightroom libraryCreative CloudFurthermore, there are no files in my local Creative Cloud folder and Creative Cloud's syncing is paused. Please advise. Thanks a lot!

What really gets me with working with Creative Cloud storage is that I have no idea of how the uploads are going. On iOS, when I upload a File it will show up there once it’s done but I ha Eno idea on the progress and how many files are being uploaded.On OSX it’s the same thing. I can see the sync arrows but have no idea of the progress.I assumed progress bars were on the first line of design but looks like Adobe doesn’t thinks so. Also, please display the upload speed Along with the total number of files and the name of the current on being uploaded. It should be there already.

using the cc app the photo files do not have exif data

Hello,we have a collection of hundreds of photos for one of our customers and we would like to share them on cloud.Given the high number of photos, it's important to be able to filter them with already assigned tags (keywords in bridge).We tried to sync a local folder with the asset files, but the tags are not displayed and are not used by the search.Is there a way to share a photo collection online with a tag search function?thank youMariano De Ambrosis

Hi people,Title says it all.Reinstalled Windows and have 100 GB of files in the Cloud.Those exact same 100 GB of files are on my HD.But when I install CC on my new Windows installation and login, it starts downloading that 100 GB.Not so happy with that since I have a slow connection in my student house 🙂Can't I tell CC that the files are already here on my HD?Thanks a million,Joseph

I sync my files on 2 macs. Multiple times when I try to reorganize the files on one mac, using finder, it causes issues during sync with the other mac.  Some folders that were moved get moved but also have a duplicate stay in the same spot, some get moved completely, some folders are duplicated but have the files in them divided up to the old and new locations.This happened about a month ago and I ended up turning off sync on my laptop.  Now I've turned it back on and it says it has 16,000 files to sync and will take 20+ hours.  I try leaving my computer on overnight to sync, using Amphetamine to make sure the computer stays on, but it shows the same number and time come morning.How do I fix this without losing files? How do I prevent it from happening next time?

I'm working on 2 computers: PC and MAC. I've created a shared folder on PC but when I work on MAC AdobeCC don't synchronises the folder! and no warning message, nothing. I have only the folder but is empty!!! and if I try to put new files on MAC folder they are synchronise n CC! incredible! but not in reverse way! somebody has a same problem???? please help me, no way to work well

Help! All of my archived/deleted files have disappeared! Everything in my main level ("Your Work") folder still exists, but nothing in my archive/deleted folder. I don't see anything in "Cloud Documents" tab, either.I always kept items in the Archived folder that I was not immediately using but planned to refer to in the future. I kept them there for years, so why would they have disappeared now? And more importantly, how can I get them back? Thanks for your help!

Can't copy text to the clipboard in Adobe Creative Cloud from Extract tab. The button Copy Text does nothing. Tried from different browsers on different PCs. Same with copy CSS button.

Has anyone tried sending a link to a shared folder containing mp4 files and found that clients using iPhones or iPads can see thumbnails of the individual files but can't actually play the video previews? My clients were loving the ease with which they could sign off work from wherever they were using their Apple devices but now no one can see their graphics. Very annoying !!J

После выключения/включения любого из слоев файла .psd пропадают все слои. Выключаю любой слой снова - слои появляются, через 2-3 секунды снова пропадают. И так пока не обновишь страницу, ничего не видно. После обновления страницы снова любое действие со слоями приводит к выключению всех слоев. Пробовал на браузерах Google, Mozilla, Opera - везде результат один и тот же - не могу работать со слоями.Как это исправить?

Hello all. I have the Adobe Photography Plan (20GB) and mostly use Lightroom Classic CC. I was recently notified that I am out of cloud storage. I realized that all of my photos that I was taking with my iPhone were being synced to my Adobe cloud storage. I turned this off for the future, but I still need to clear out storage space in my Adobe cloud. When I go to delete a photo, that scary box comes up that says it will be deleted on all my Synced devices. I'm pretty sure the photos are all on my computer/phone (I also use Apple photos and have iCloud storage), but I'm afraid that since they are "synced devices", that they will be deleted! Help!

HiSomehow one of my InDesign CC libraries has been deleted. When I try to recover the elements from my deleted section in from the Adobe CC library admin page it doesn't say where to fint the recovered files. It just says that the selected file has been recovered. Does anyone know where to find the recovered files. Or even better, is there a way to recover the whole library that was deleted?Hoping for help/Jesper

I'm 6 days into my first yearly subscription and I can't for the life of me get creative cloud libraries to work, It worked fine the first time i had the app open but the next day nothing,  I've spent the last two work days slowly following all the 'how to fix it' suggestions (uninstall/reinstall, sign out or in while doing it, all the tips on the 'Creative Cloud Libraries panel doesn't load in desktop products' page)  i could find but mostly keep getting sent back to the same creative cloud libraries panel doesn't load help page.What the heck am I meant to do to fix this? this problem solving for something I've only just bought is starting to drain me mentally

version 14.0.42.14Windows 10IphoneI am unable to view cloud documents in mobile app, when I am in the web browser I can only see the file in the synced folder and not in the cloud documents folder. The documents show as being in the cloud documents folder when saved as .xd in cloud documents on the desktop app. I have creative cloud, mobile XD app and desktop XD app all linked through same account. I am getting nowhere with the help docs or forum discussions, I have spent a great deal of time on this now. I have sent messages to the Adobe Staff however haven't as yet heard anything back at all. Please help.

Ex: When I choose to share a document, let's say from within XD, it eventually ends up in the Cloud documents under Files, however there are no content in the files. When I open the XD document from the clouds document section I only get a blank document. There's just a white square. What's the purpose of shared cloud documents when the files are not there?!

I´m trying to delete some photos from my cloud storage. I just receive the message Can´t delete - Unexpected response: 500I´m running on PC, and I have tried both Firefox and Chrome with the same result.

HiI have tried to figure it out by myself but didn't work. Maybe someone here has some idea?Every completed file I save into my CC folder which is constantly synchronised. It's great. But after deleting them from CC folder on my PC they disappear from cloud too. Is there any way to stop it? Hoe to keep files on cloud without keeping them on PC as well?I am considering switching synchronisation off and doing manual upload to the cloud but it's the last option to use. Maybe I could move uploaded files to different location on the cloud or whatever else to keep images only there?Thank you for any help.Kind regards.

My wife and I have separate profiles on the computer, but we both use my CC account. Can we sync our CC Files into the same folder on the computer (on a larger media HDD for instance) or do we need to store them separately in our C:\Users[username] folders? Would prefer former since it's a larger, multi-TB HDD with the C drive being a smaller SSD.

Hello,I am having the issue with my CC Libraries. I can see all my colors, text and shared graphics but when I try to drag a graphic out of the box to use it I see a error message that reads the following:Either the file does not exist, you do not have permission, or the file may be in use by another application.I share this particular library with a couple of people in my company but I've never come across this issue. I am using the latest CC InDesign program. Funny thing, there are some of the graphics from the CC library that are already placed on some of my spreads and they're fine to manipulate and then there are a couple that show up as missing links? This is happening in several of my InDesign files. Not just one project. Any advice? Has anyone else had this issue before?Oh and I have both exited the InDesign program and turned it back on as well as signed out and back into my CC account.[Moved... HiI am trying to activate the file syncing for the creative cloud, but it's not working and and only shows me a cryptic error dialog:"Retry" and "Restore" fail and only return the same dialog. So far only "Turn File Sync Off" is the working option, but of course that is disabling it. I didn't change any of the settings after installation and i already re-installed CC twice. These are the default settings:What can i do?
