I am having this issue as well, any tips on getting it resolved David?
I keep getting messages that my creative cloud memory is full, I have 20 G in my account and only 215 meg used??Tried deleting several files in both the active directory and the archive section and no change???
I am trying to upload 2 large files totalling 7 GB to my Adobe Cloud. I get a message that says I need to download Creative Cloud Connection to upload files larger than 1 GB. I followed the link they gave me:Adobe Creative Cloud desktop apps | Adobe Creative CloudBut there is no Creative Cloud Connection app there for download. How do I upload my large files? To explain further what I need to do, I have a colleague with a Cloud account that she shared with me. She will no longer we working with the files and would like to transfer the admin access of the files to me (total files are about 7 GB which I have zipped to two large files 1 GB and 6 GB). I am trying to upload the files to my account on the web, but that's where I'm having a problem. I thought by uploading them via the web app, the files would transfer to my account. If I can't do this, how can she transfer the ownership of the files to my account so I have full access?Thank you.
We have been syncing our files via the creative cloud for weeks and we came in this morning and everything we had been working on in two different folders on the creative cloud is gone. Need immediate assistance!
I only use one computer. The other day I moved the Creative Cloud Files (CCF) folder (about 1.1GB) from the default location to an external drive, following Adobe instructions, which I'm sure I did correctly, I used to work in IT. I copied the folder over then changed the location in the app.Sync then started behaving strangely, apparently doing file transfers, although all I'd done was copy the folder and there had been no change in contents whatsoever at that stage, and the app seemed to find the new location ok.Perhaps foolishly, I then copied a folder containing subfolders and images (about 11GB) from elsewhere into the CCF folder for backup. But after I added the new image folder it got worse. When the computer is restarted or wakes from hibernation the sync process restarts, or at least seems to lose most of the work done during the previous session. This morning, after running overnight then a brief hibernation, it went from Syncing file 377 of 1016 to Syncing file 1 of 1012. And
So often I'll be looking to access files that either I myself added or my collaborators have added.. But when I click the file itself, it keeps popping up as PAGE NOT FOUNDThis is the same if I share a link and try accessing it, or even use a different browser (safari & chrome)Please help, very annoying
Some of my files have not been syncing lately, others have no problem. The error I am getting simply says "due to server error" nothing specific. I have read that this can be caused by other collaborators running out of space. These files are stored in folders that are collaborative, however other files in these folders are syncing. I did notice that some of the collaborators, including the owner, of these files no longer have Creative Cloud accounts, not sure if this could have anything to do with it as we have had ghost collaborators there for quite some time now. Please help!
Last friday I re-organized some folders/files in a shared drive. After a while it seemed CC had some issues with syncing. Now that I've restarted after the weekend, almost all shared files have been deleted! Also online (https://assets.adobe.com/files), the files are now missing.Digging into the issue, I discovered many of the files are now in my Recycle Bin (Windows). And it seems that a many files and folders have been moved to the Recycle bin in the timespan of 2 minutes. My best guess is that the files sync mechanism has lost track when I reorganized some folders and somehow remove files/folders..As forums suggested, I've tried to log into https://assets.adobe.com/files to see If I can find deleted files, but haven't found that feature/button available. How can I recover our lost files?! I feel hesitant in restoring the files from my trash can, as I'm not the only one working in these files.
I went to retrieve files from CC and they were no longer there!!! My colleague had the same issue. I found them in my trash and I never moved them there. What happened and how do I prevent this from happening again?I work remote and this is how we share files -- they are all native files and losing them means starting all over. Help!
Our files and folders are archived randomly or go missing. This issue has been ongoing for some time now and is starting to interfere with our daily workflow, this is a very disruptive issue and we would like some help to resolve it soon.None of the team who use CC have accidentally deleted any of our files/folders. It happens outside office hours, late at night or very early in the morning. In our work place we are all on Windows 10 machines, some of the team have Macs at home that sync to our CC folder. We have lost so much time trying to fix this (ie restoring from the Archive folder) Also, it is hard to find the right type of Support to get this problem fixed, every time I go to Adobe support link it just sends me round in circles, so frustrating. Really hope you can help us?Thanks,Grahame
I check the amount of memory usage in the creative cloud directory and it indicates 214 mb, I have 20 Gb and keep getting out of memory messages. I've clear several directories out of my cloud archives and it has no effect on the memory amount.
When I save files to the Creative Cloud, they frequently end up missing or randomly sent to an archive on my desktop. I only have about 1/4 of the space used for my Cloud account. Not everything moves over, and it isn't based on size or date added. I have many, many missing files now that have vanished from the Cloud and are not in my archive. Now files that were in the archive are also missing and others have reverted back to old versions. Please let me know why this is happening and how it can be prevented.@
Hi,I am trying to add about 16 people as collaborators in several libraries. After I have added about 9 people it starts having issues accepting new collaborators. For example I'll enter the email address, click invite then the invite button stays grayed out and the new person does not appear in the list. I don't get any errors to help with this issue either.Has anyone else had this problem? Am I reaching some collaborator limit that I should be aware of?Thanks!
I can not find how to remove files from cloud.
iPhone X ISO ver 11.2: Full CC suite subscriber.2 issues/problems/questions:1- Creative Cloud app has a tab labeled 'LIGHTROOM' when chosen can have an Album added to it by taping the + icon (bottom center). Why does that album not show up (sync) with the web access of the CC. Files, Libraries and Mobile Creations are shown but not Lightroom nor the album created with the app. Seems like the cloud side of the relationship needs an update to show a Lightroom choice.2- Once an album is created on the app, photos can be added and removed. However the album itself can not be removed. An error message stating "Could not delete <name> Album?
We've experienced 1000's of files deleted as of today. I'm now restoring (syncing 22 of 2134). Help Identify the user?
Hi there Adobe - this is the 4 time this has happened, and CC has just dumped ALL of the files in my CC into the Trash!!!! It is going to take hours to restore - why does this happen and what can we do to stop this from happening. The last time this happened it was an issue that arose from you updating the platform! Please urgently advise.
my sync is working. Does anyone know what to do? When I edit a photo and go to sync it with all the other photos I want synced the same it freezes! I have turned my computer on and off, upgraded, uninstalled, reinstalled.... nothing has worked and I’m so aggravated!
Each team member shows a different amount of available CC space. Perhaps I misunderstand how this works.a) I assume there is 100GB of shared space available on CC.b) All combined synced files, between my team members, add to the deficit of file space.c) Our local file space used will potentially vary assuming we don't all keep local versions of all files living on CC.d) The amount available space should be the same for all of us at all times. These screenshots represent what each one of us is seeing at the same time today. Can someone explain?
Hi: Can someone explain to me the difference between "Files" and "Libraries" under CC Assets. I uploaded a bunch of illustrations/graphics under "Files" and organized them all into folders, all very neat and tidy and organized, but when I go into InDesign for example and look in the Library panel nothing shows (other than some random files that have somehow ended up in my "Library"). Can I not view "Files" from within programs like Indesign. If not, what is the "Files" part of Assets for.?Also, I don't seem to be able to move a folder creating under "Files" to Libraries". Any idea why not? And, I can't create a subfolder under Library...say for example I want to organize Library/Brand/Our Brand and Library/Brand/Other Brands...I can create Library/Brand and that's it. Nothing more below that. Is that all there is as far as levels that are allowed?
Hi! I have a PC with Windows 10 installed. Every time I click on "assets" tab in order to sync fonts it continues loading forever. Any tips?
I am still having this issue - Just upgraded to a 2TB cloud storage plan and trying to sync uses up all my system memory and crashes out.The Answer above is outdate for me (I'm on Desktop Creative Cloud 4.3.0.256)
My coworker and I are part of a Creative Cloud team where we have our own accounts, and I am admin. We are constantly working on the same files from start to edit to finish. At times one of us will publish something online but the other will need to make an edit to it. Is there a way that we can share publish online links/accessibility so that when the other is making edits they can update the current Publish Online link and not have to create a brand new one?[Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome][Moved from CS6 & earlier Creative Suites to Creative Cloud forum... I want to get my drawings from my mom's account to my own, and i know I could do this by changing the email. However, her account was made improperly so that her email ended with hotmai.com which does not exist. She does not remember her password either and cannot reset it because it is a fake email.
