For me the folder link now is working again but the download won't work. If you hit at Download and chose a format you will be redirected to that URL:https://scproxy-prod.adobecc.com/download?resource=https%3A%2F%2Fcc-eu1-prod.adobesc.com%2 Fapi%2Fv1%2Fassets%2F0e8d7bee-…with nor result. White screen, no file.

I've tried lots of the offered solutions, uninstalling & reinstalling, deleting OOBE files... nothing is working, please help - we have one critical font that I now cannot use at all & I'm on deadline. On reinstall, I can occassionally get the app to open but then it immediately crashes and closes.I open Typekit, syncing & resync fonts but nothing.NOTHING WORKS!Using a 64 bit PC, running Windows 7 and have full creative suite (not in the cloud) of CS6.I need a solution to this ASAP!!

I have 447.4 mb of files in storage on Draw on my iPad Air. But when I go to the Creative Cloud it is missing about a 1/4 of my files. I want to transfer them to my iPad Pro but I get an error message 'The operation cannot be completed. Cannot allocate memory.' Any ideas anyone?

I've loaded Adobe Creative Cloud and programs.Files are not updating from desktop to cloud or reverse!  I've copied and pasted files from my documents to my new cloud drive.All files are there and the cloud (top menu bar) says all is sync'd... I've tested from my laptop, all is there.I do not have syncing indicators on my documents on my hard drive.What have I done wrong... All current operating systems and programs running.ThanksMichelle

Why is this? I need to give someone a bunch of smart object assets for a PSD I recently shared with them.Also when creating a new library, it doesn't show up on my account.It just shows me the image below when I click on the side menu link "Share Link...":I need help with this ASAP as it's for a client and they don't have much time to wait! >.<This never used to happen with older versions of PS

I am uploading 1920x1080 mp4 to my CC library and they are being resized to 500x500 and thumbnails are also being removed.As you can see from the screenshots the previous videos have uploaded fine. This just started happening this week. I have also tried re-uploading a file that has already been uploaded an it is also resizing those to 500x500. I have tried both chrome and safari, uploading from Premiere and also the CC folder on my desktop. If anyone has any tip on what i'm doing wrong or if this is just a random CC glitch, please let me know.The videos with the thumbnails are 1920x1080.The videos without the thumbnail was resized to 500x500.I have tried re-uploading the previous videos and they are now being resized to 500x500.I have only used 12% of my 100gigsThanks,AJ

So I've just made a new library to use it on Photoshop CC and the new Dreamweaver CC, however the library is empty and I can't do anything. The CC icon is displayed with an exclamation mark, when I click it, the following message pops out:"To sync libraries, you need to activate Creative Cloud files sync", in my system language. When I press the "Enable" button, nothing happens.This is different from the "Can't connect to server" issue, so I couldn't fix it with the steps mentioned on other posts.

‌Video uploads to creative cloud but cannot open it? And says zero bytes

Hi,I inadvertently have two different CC accounts. One account was created when I  began using "Ideas" mobile app several years ago. I have a hundred or so drawings backed up to the cloud under this ID. I also created a profile when I bought a CC membership with Creative Suite (pre-paid for a year - in February). What I would like is to have the 1st CC folder (the one with the drawings) available when I am logged on as the 2nd user. My initial thoughts are a) cancel the membership on the 2nd account and sign up for the account on the 1st account. That would probably cost me money, but it would extend my membership by 2 months. b) Find a way to save the CC files (in their original formats, not just as jpegs) to my hard drive so I can sync them to the 2nd account.I would appreciate any feedback/advice I can get. BTW, I already tried to go through Customer Care about this issue and they were unable to assist.Thanks,Christa

Updated CC and now all my libraries are empty!

Right now I am having to go through each photo and send it to archive and then delete it from the archive. There must be a better way, but for the life of me I haven't been able to work it out!?

I had a 30 trial for InDesign. My computer crashed and now I am not able to locate files on Creative Cloud.

We are aware of an issue syncing files using some extended characters in a folder file name e.g. "ăfolder"Sync will continue to function but will continually show a syncing state. We are working on a resolution.

HelloMy CC desktop app will not open and none of my files are showing as sync with the green ticks. Any ideas?Thank you

Recently I've had files deleted from 2 different shared CC locations. None of the users deleted files. In one of the shares, I was able to recover the files out of the Archive. However in the other, the files are gone. I am the owner of the shares, so I know no one else removed them from the archive.Can someone help?

So...Even when I've logged out/quit creative cloud on my mac, the icon is still displayed in my Finder sidebar. I can't get rid of it. I can't drag it out, can't right-click-remove-from-sidebar. It's stuck.Unchecked all options in CC preferences. No dice.How do I get rid of the thing?Thanks!

Haven't seen any resolutions for this. I have an old ipad and want to transfer my adobe ideas drawings to my creative cloud or into my new adobe draw app. When I attempt to sync the files, the "sync process" just says "Awaiting Connection"I've tried everything. If I dump the app then I will not be able to download "Ideas" since it's discontinued. Any suggestions?

Hello,This is more of a feature request than a question per se, however I wasn't sure where to post a feature request so here we go:When viewing psd's online in Creative Cloud's "MyAssets", which IMO is actually one of the best features of Creative Cloud, it would be very very useful if you could expand and collapse the styles/assets/layers panel that sits on the right hand side.I don't think this would be particularly difficult to implement but it would be really useful when viewing designs on smaller (or portrait) monitors.Many thanks

Hello community!my name is Felix and I recently switched from Apple Aperture to Adobe LR. In Aperture, I uploaded my library in Flickr since it had a very easy integration and sharing features. Since Adobe is offering a cloud for Adobe LR Mobile, I'm not using Flickr anymore.Anyway, maybe someone can help me. How can I hotlink pictures I shared in the cloud? Like for embedding them in a forum or in a web page.Also, bonus question:How can I arrange the albums in the mobile version of LR? It's a huge mess now, as there are more then a hundred albums sorted by alphabet and not by date or manual sorting.Thank you so much for your helpFelix

Please bring selective sync back to creative cloud ASAP (removed Jan 21, 2016) as this is very useful when we have large commits but limited time to get specific files synced. ThanksHow to: Choose which Creative Cloud shared folders you sync

My files dont sync so that I can work on them from two different locations.  How can I fix this?

Anyone know how to resolve this issue?The folder doesn't exist on my local drive or on the web version of CC, so I seem stuck with this syncing issue...I'm on Mac OSX 10.10.5 with the latest CC.

Hi,I was struggling with space on my macbook pro. I am a design student so have lots of large size files and documents. I backed up my mac completely to a hard drive.I did not restore my macbook again but as I have gone and signed back into the creative cloud and icloud once wiping my macbook and restoring it. That a large number of files are missing from the creative cloud - practically anything that I had on there since March 2015.Now I having a complete panic because these files were extremely important. (i know i should of backed them up separately as well but I'm an idiot and didn't)I had been able to access these on my laptop all the time but now I am coming to think that they had not even been syncing to my creative cloud online.I know its probably a long shot and impossible but is there any miracle of being able to get these files back at all??
