Ever since I updated to CC14 (InDesign, PhotoShop, etc.) files synching to the cloud has been crazy. For the longest time they would not synch at all, so I removed all files and uploaded them again (which took a long time). This worked fine for two days. Now, as I start my morning, I see that in my CC folder each file lists that it has a conflicted copy on my Mac. If I click on the little cloud icon at the top of the screen I see the yellow exclamation mark stating that some files failed to synch. If you click the Learn More button it takes you to a page showing the the cloud is working properly. Well what good is that when the cloud clearly isn't working properly.I am so tired of the files not synching. Does anyone have any idea how to stop the conflicts and make it all work perfectly like it used to before CC14?Thanksdeb
I can use Creative Cloud but can't link to libraries, keep getting message "There was a problem with your account. Please log into Creative Cloud online to check your account. "??
The progress bar gets almost all the way to the end and then stops while the wheel keeps spinning. Eventually the progress bars completes and about 30 seconds later, I'll get a message saying that the sync failed. Is anyone else having this problem? Is it something I'm doing? Is there a "traffic jam" problem to the cloud right now?
how can i get a file on my computer to my phone thru creative cloud??
The mac synced and deleted all mobile collections and all photos. Anyway to recover. These were all of our newborn photos from our recent baby's birth....

I have multiple project folders within my Creative Cloud Assets. Most projects are old and there hasn't been any changes to files in a while. Another designer here is working on files hosted in a new shared project folder. When I checked to see if the files synced ok so that I could begin working on them I noticed that the file sync said that 6000+ files were trying to sync. It looks like all my files are trying to sync for some reason. This is preventing the files I need to work on from being synced quickly. It says it will take 22 hours to complete the sync, but I'm worried something still won't be right tomorrow. I got on the web view of my assets and checked off a couple older project folders and clicked "Leave Folder", but it looks like it's still trying to sync them on my computer. Any idea why this is happening? How can i prevent Creative Cloud rom syncing those older folders/files that should already be synced? Thanks for any help.
I have created libraries with files from illustrator and photoshop. I want to share the libraries with colleagues, and clicked on 'share link'. It opened 'my assets' in the browser, but I get a message saying the library cant be found. So, how do I sync the libraries on my desktop to My Assets? I thought it would be automatic. The library panel in photoshop says syncing is up to date, so not sure why its not appearing.Your assistance would be appreciated, thanks! I'm using the latest Adobe photoshop cc and Illustrator cc, on a macbook.
Any help would be awesome!
This morning I had two dozen images in my creative cloud library viewable on by phone apps and main PC apps. Now the library is empty everywhere I look.what happened?
All of my photos have been deleted from my library and cannot be found on the cloud. What happened and how can I reverse that?
I use cc on two seperate computers but recently I have noticed that not all my files are syncing. This is very frustrating. Can someone please shed some light?
Is there a way to make the folders stand out a bit more from the actual files? I like having a visual representation, but at times I spend too much time trying to find a folder.Creative Cloud for iOS
Hi Community! My team has been trying to use Adobe CC libraries to share and collaborate assets. So far sharing smart objects, brushes, etc has gone well. However we ran into an issue today where we were testing out layer styles. Everyone collaborating in the CCL folder can see the layer styles, but only some people can get them to apply to their fonts, shapes etc. The rest of the team can't apply them to anything. We are all on Macs, and though not everyone on the team has their PS completely up to date ( 2 or 3 people are an update or 2 behind atm) there has been no connection between that ( ie: people running the latest PS can't get it to work, and people running an update or 2 behind are having it work just fine). We are all running the same OS X as well I believe, Yosemite 10.10.5.I have been sitting online waiting to chat to a help person, but it's been a little over 30 minutes and no one has popped in to talk to me yet so I figure I'd see if anyone in the community could help whi
I signed out of my creative cloud desktop app and now I am able to import fonts from incoming documents. Anybody now how to reactivate active file syncing?
Hello,I'm on Yosemite 10.10.3Adobe Application Manager keeps crashing every time I tell the service to log me out of other machines due to too many activations. I've been doing this for years without any problem, but suddenly I am unable. The message I get is as follows:Process: PDApp [11486]Path: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/*/PDApp.app/Contents/MacOS/PDAppIdentifier: com.adobe.PDAppVersion: 9.0.0.183 (9.0.0.183)Code Type: X86 (Native)Parent Process: ??? I've been fighting this for a couple of days now. Creative Cloud holds more files than my C: Drive is in size. For some reason, all the sudden, CC is trying to move the files from my E: drive to my user profile on my C: drive. I actually found 3 directories where CC started copying files over. I am trying to figure out why this is going on, all the sudden. I have told the application to put the files in E:, and that has worked for months. Now, all the sudden, it only downloads them to C:. I am getting really frustrated, since I can't sync my files anymore.I have not seen Adobe release a product without a major bug in a long time. This is getting ridiculous.
I am using my company account in office and home. When i am creating or modify the file in office there is no problem. But in home, creative suite just download the files from server. Can not sync the files what i made in home PC. download ok, but no upload. And there is no explanation for error, it says just, couldnt sync. Please help
Just re-installed Creative Cloud Desktop to try to fix a syncing issue and it deleted all my personal files stored in my local creative cloud folder. As many of these files had not synced, I have now lost them.Adobe support not sympathetic. This is so annoying. Uninstalling a piece of software should never delete user files.Really hacked off.
My colleagues and I have arrived at work today to find that ALL our files have been moved to the trash. This is a nightmare. There are thousands of files which would be impossible to move back to the right place manually. I have found some old posts regarding this but not an answer on how to get them back to the Cloud. How successful is restoring the Archive? We are worried that if this goes wrong that there's a possibility our files will be lost. Any help would be much appreciated.
For (ridiculous) security reasons at work I can't use the creative cloud app on the desktop. Is there a way to access the Market categories online, like Vector Shapes and Patters? Thanks
Hi I'm working on two diffents mac's, one at work and one at home - with a creative cloud membership. On both computers, the Files and Fonts does not connected/sync. Annyway, I can't use the fonts on either of the mashines. The CC app is open, and therefor should work with e.g. the fonts I allready synced to my computer . Apparently I can solve this by quiting the Creative Cloud and restart, but I hope this could be solved somehow. Anyone have an idea or a way forward? Jørgen
I changed the name of my CC file. When I signed in today the storage had exceeded my 20GB. I found I now had duplicate files. What happen and how do i get rid of the second set of files?
When I was importing files from my SD card to Lightroom, it was set to "add" instead of "copy," and I deleted the source files. It did, though, sync the files to Creative Cloud during the import process. I can see the pictures on the CC web and on the mobile Lightroom app, but I cannot see them in my desktop LR. Is it possible to restore the files "down" to my desktop from the Creative Cloud sync'd copies?
How do I get Creative Cloud Sync back on my Mac to download the programs I just bought? My Creative Cloud Sync just quit working when it was updating my Photoshop. I also do not want to overwright my existing programs but I wasn't given an option to say I don't want it to overwrite
