Hello,I'm on Yosemite 10.10.3Adobe Application Manager keeps crashing every time I tell the service to log me out of other machines due to too many activations. I've been doing this for years without any problem, but suddenly I am unable. The message I get is as follows:Process: PDApp [11486]Path: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/*/PDApp.app/Contents/MacOS/PDAppIdentifier: com.adobe.PDAppVersion: 9.0.0.183 (9.0.0.183)Code Type: X86 (Native)Parent Process: ??? I've been fighting this for a couple of days now. Creative Cloud holds more files than my C: Drive is in size. For some reason, all the sudden, CC is trying to move the files from my E: drive to my user profile on my C: drive. I actually found 3 directories where CC started copying files over. I am trying to figure out why this is going on, all the sudden. I have told the application to put the files in E:, and that has worked for months. Now, all the sudden, it only downloads them to C:. I am getting really frustrated, since I can't sync my files anymore.I have not seen Adobe release a product without a major bug in a long time. This is getting ridiculous.
I am using my company account in office and home. When i am creating or modify the file in office there is no problem. But in home, creative suite just download the files from server. Can not sync the files what i made in home PC. download ok, but no upload. And there is no explanation for error, it says just, couldnt sync. Please help
Just re-installed Creative Cloud Desktop to try to fix a syncing issue and it deleted all my personal files stored in my local creative cloud folder. As many of these files had not synced, I have now lost them.Adobe support not sympathetic. This is so annoying. Uninstalling a piece of software should never delete user files.Really hacked off.
My colleagues and I have arrived at work today to find that ALL our files have been moved to the trash. This is a nightmare. There are thousands of files which would be impossible to move back to the right place manually. I have found some old posts regarding this but not an answer on how to get them back to the Cloud. How successful is restoring the Archive? We are worried that if this goes wrong that there's a possibility our files will be lost. Any help would be much appreciated.
For (ridiculous) security reasons at work I can't use the creative cloud app on the desktop. Is there a way to access the Market categories online, like Vector Shapes and Patters? Thanks
Hi I'm working on two diffents mac's, one at work and one at home - with a creative cloud membership. On both computers, the Files and Fonts does not connected/sync. Annyway, I can't use the fonts on either of the mashines. The CC app is open, and therefor should work with e.g. the fonts I allready synced to my computer . Apparently I can solve this by quiting the Creative Cloud and restart, but I hope this could be solved somehow. Anyone have an idea or a way forward? Jørgen
I changed the name of my CC file. When I signed in today the storage had exceeded my 20GB. I found I now had duplicate files. What happen and how do i get rid of the second set of files?
When I was importing files from my SD card to Lightroom, it was set to "add" instead of "copy," and I deleted the source files. It did, though, sync the files to Creative Cloud during the import process. I can see the pictures on the CC web and on the mobile Lightroom app, but I cannot see them in my desktop LR. Is it possible to restore the files "down" to my desktop from the Creative Cloud sync'd copies?
How do I get Creative Cloud Sync back on my Mac to download the programs I just bought? My Creative Cloud Sync just quit working when it was updating my Photoshop. I also do not want to overwright my existing programs but I wasn't given an option to say I don't want it to overwrite
Why... Why oh why do you chose to stop half way adobe... Like seriously...You can only selectively sync files that are shared with you??? Really??? Why only files that are shared with me? That is so stupid... Why can I not choose whatever files I want? I am on a different computer for work and I thought this is cool I can use all my tools and just sign in... What the creative cloud is really for... But this is a work computer at a office that I do not own... So I want to save my project files to the cloud for back up... But I don't want to download any of the files that are in my cloud... Like this should really be possible but because for no reason you decided to make it not possible and super annoying... When will this be fixed and update to work like all other cloud file sharing services...Also you should really make that a manageable from the preferences section within the creative cloud... That way I can choose with files are sunk before they are sunk...ugh... adobe...How to: Choo
Hey,I've been having this problem for a long long time. Would love some help. I have my most used catalog stored in the Creative Cloud folder so I can also access it from my laptop when needed. Occasionally it works perfectly but these days, more often than not, I get the message "unable to sync due to server error". The difficult thing is that there is no consistency to the issue making it very hard to diagnose the cause. I never run the catalog on both computers at the same time. I always allow one to sync before opening the other. There is also no issue with the naming of the files. Looking at the current occurance it seems to only be smart previews that are not syncing. I discarded all of the smart previews in the catalog and built them again to see if that would work. I've also tried logging in and out of CC. I have deleted the program and reinstalled it before but I don't see the point of doing it again. Perhaps if I were to delete the program and reinstall it the syncing would w
Hola. Gracias
This might sound like a really silly question to some but I am still not clear about how one gets their photos into CC. I am being forced to move from Adobe Revel. I have a Photoshop CC package. I have downloaded my Revel photos from Revel file onto a hard drive owned by me. I have installed Lightroom, and imported these photos into LR, however I am unsure how these photos will be stored from here on. I want the photos to be accessible from all my platforms (ie PC, iphone and iPad), so having imported these into LR on my PC how do I get to see the same photos on my other devices. I would really appreciate some clarification please. The tutorials I have found tell you all the wonderful things that the Adobe suite will enable you to do, but it does not always explain clearly HOW to do it. Revel did exactly what I wanted, so how can I do exactly the same thing with CC.
It's possible to share a sub-folder? I tried inviting collaborators but the whole folder was shared.
I'm hoping someone else has experienced this same issue and can help. I recently updated my OS to El Capitan and since the update, my Typekit hasn't been working. On my browser everything seems to appear to work, I sync fonts, and it says they're synced. However once I jump into InDesign I can't find any of my Typekit fonts. They're not available on my list of fonts, and when open up a document including Typekit fonts and the "Missing Font" panel pops up, it shows the Typekit as being off in the upper right corner(see attached), even though my browser is saying everything's working fine. I've also made sure that I'm staying under my font sync limit under my account info. I'm not attributing this to my El Capitan udpate necessarily but that's the only thing that's changed since the issue began. Per similar Adobe discussions I've read, I also tried signing out, quitting CC, and then opening up and logging back in to no avail. Does anyone have any insight?
I have a movie made with premiere pro that is 375 mb. I am trying to move it to my Creative Cloud files. It will not sync to the cloud.
How do I share a folder in creative cloud, I know how to share individual files..
I use 2 iMacs in different locations. Does using "File sync" automatically save files such as "Actions" & "Droplets" that I have set up in Photoshop? If they have been created on one computer but are not showing up on the second computer how do I retrieve them?
I got an "out of storage" message when syncing less than half the allowed 20GB. I finally figured out that this was because of the apparently undocumented Archive "feature." This was only after moving all my local files out of the local sync folder, to find out what was using the space online. (Now, of course, I have to upload 8.5GB again.)Since the online version does not show the size of folders, is there any way to get an overview of what space is used online? In other words, is there somehow I could have easily seen that, hey, there's this thing called the Archive that you've never heard of or done anything with, and it's hogging all your space online? And is there any explanation anywhere of what is automatically archived, and why?
Why do I have restart filesync now and then?? When I use Dropbox filesync and start it, it works always, I never have to restart it. Can´t Adobe make a proper service or what is the problem??
new to creative cloud, i haven't figured out why our mac and pc will not sync our creative cloud account. if i organize some folders on my pc, the mac will not show the changes. any ideas why?
Fonts are synced in my creative cloud desktop app but aren't loading into my program or showing up in the app. Also, can't "turn on" typekit to sync fonts (attached is a screen shot). I think that might be the problem but I don't know why it won't let me click to "on". Any help is appreciated!!
We use type kit fonts for our customer websites. Pageviews are no problem, but what will happen when we won`t use the adobe cloud any more?I don`t find anything about that in the licenc agreement.
SO, I have searched high and low as to what's going on, but I cannot get my files and fonts to load.I have tried to locate this file: library/preferences/com.adobe.accmac.plistbut I do not have that file on my mac..Someone, please help.
