I already blocked as below url.Sync/Store/Share Core Creative Cloudhttps://creative.adobe.com/api/assetshttps://creative.adobe.com/api/collectionshptts://creative.adobe.com/api/shareBut one of user create file on C:\Users\Administrator\Creative Cloud Files it is sync with web cloud and another pc.I saw  sync on or off function in set up tap.but I want block sync for all users as administrator.

When trying to Collaborate a Library, I keep getting an error message "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again." I have quite and restarted Photoshop, restarted my MacbookPro, tried Chrome and Safari and still get this message. Is there something wrong with the Creative Cloud service? Is anyone else having this issue?

When I first installed Creative Cloud and use the file syncing, I had a green check next to my files, or blue arrows when they were uploading. Now I have nothing, but the files still sync. The files just don't have the icons next to them.I'm running the latest version of the desktop app (2.2.0.129) and Mac OS X 10.11.

Hallo,mich nervt etwas, daß CC immer den Ordner "CC Files" in der Seitenleiste anlegt. Wenn ich ihn dort manuell entferne, ist er spätestens nach einem update wieder da. Kann man das nicht permanent unterbinden? Ich nutze die Dateisynchronisierung nicht und daher stört mich der Ordner eher.Danke für Eure Hilfe!Markus

My CC desktop app is endlessly syncing on my Mac. The files sync normally but the app syncs forever and never reaches the green checkmark/sync complete stage like normal. I had a discussion via DM on Twitter with an Adobe support agent about this earlier today. He suggested i should post a thread here. In an attempt to create more storage on my creative cloud I permanently deleted the archive and then 'removed' several files from the folders without moving them to archive first. Now I'm still out of storage, but can't 'permanently delete.' What should I do?

I was writing a screenplay and was saving the master file on CC. However, my 13" MacBook Pro was having frequent crashes due to kernel panic attacks. I proceeded to continue writing my script in my Mac in Safe Mode, since the computer wouldn't start the normal way. Just as I was finishing my script, the computer stopped working altogether and I was forced to purchase a new hard drive, and reinstall my OS X Yosemite. When I searched my CC files folders, it was completely empty. What happened ?

I have run an update of my Adobe CC (InDesign, AI and Photoshop) which also included file sync. However due to some issues I have lost a couple of folders with InDesign, AI and PDF files that were stored on CC. How can I recover them?

Hi,I've installed LR(CC) and PS(CC) to my desktop.  My android table picks up the synch just fine.I then installed both of these programs on my Windows 10 laptop.  How do I get the synch to work? I'd like to be able to freely move back and forth with editing between my desktop and laptop.Any ideas?Thanks, Eric

‌Thanks to the search function there, I can find a specific asset, in psdx format, using the Creative Cloud App for iPad. Fine. But then I can't do anything with it: when selected, the Share function simply does not react. And there's no way I can open that asset directly from within Photoshop Touch, as there is no Search function there.

Hi,I know not why.... When I synchronize a folder, I get a lot of old pictures that I thought were delete.  I just want the new pictures to be synchronized and the old one to be deleted.  I am not seeing how I can do that when I choose synchronize my folder.Is it possible to do this?  To choose synchronize my folder, then delete my old pictures and also import the new ones?Thanks,

Hi, I hope someone can help.I'm trying to use CC to deliver a DCP of a short film. CC will sync everything except the 5.3GB video mxf!Can someone tell me if this is a limitation of CC?I've seen in the FAQs that the exclamation mark will appear on large files while copying to the folder but the symbol stays there once copying is complete and all the other files have already synced up (including the 500MB audio mxf).Any help would be great!Cheers,Kim.

is it possible to receive an email notification whenever a team member edits a shared file?

Hi everybody, I've got a little problem with File Uploading to Creative Cloud. I've tried upload a Photoshop File with 6,8MB size and I've got 2 feedback messages: 1º: Everything is OK, is a MacOS notification:2º: ERROR! Navigate within Creative Cloud Web Platform they send me a error message: "Wow, an error occurred while processing. Maybe some of the functionality is disabled." (spanish version)Anyone knows what can it be? I have to send the PSD Extract to a Front-End Developer and I'm feel in a big trouble. Thanks!!Karen Sátiro

Hi,Is there a way to lock original CC Library files?If I were to make a library file and share it with some co-workers so they could have it but not allow them to delete or edit the main/original file. This would allow them to take the file and change it how ever they want but keep MY file untouched.Any other thoughts  or work arounds would be helpful. Thanks

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious but I can't find a definite answer in the FAQ or instructions.I'm just starting a video project and have people shooting footage for in in seven cities in five countries (plus my own here).  Each is only doing a few shots but need to get them to me.I'd like to use CC for them to upload their shots but only one of them has his own Creative Cloud subscription (the others only shoot and don't edit so have no need for themselves).Is this possible in CC?  I know I can share files with non-subscribers and that I can collaborate with people who have their own account...but can I add a non-subscriber to the collaboration list so they can upload?  I have no problem if they see other stuff or not...but it would be great to receive my footage this way.  I'd really rather use CC than Dropbox.Thanks in advance!Bob

I work on my photos using a PC and using PSCS6 although I do have PSCC.  I want to send photos to my ipad and thought I could do that using PSCS6 and sending them to CC, the Creative Cloud.  Do I have to use PSCC instead?

I have been using Creative Cloud Assets for sharing files with my clients for a few weeks, and it was working great. I'm simply making my file public, and sending the link to the client. All of a sudden my client is getting a message saying the link she received has expired, even though I just put it up there for her. What I click on it it works. Does anyone what's going on, and how I can fix it?

So I have a personal CC account.  I also work on projects at school.  The school is using the CC versions, but their IT has it set up so there is no CC address you can sync with. Is there any way to share my project so I can work on it in both places?  I can't just move the hard drive because I'm also going back and forth between Mac and PC.

I am currently running Windows 10, with CC uninstalled from my PC. For some odd reason, the "CC Files" tab is still found in my File Explorer sidebar. What bothers me most is that the system knows the folder is unavailable, as the icon has been removed.Could someone please tell me how I can remove this? I have used Adobe CC Cleaner tool, but nothing was changed. As I have stated, CC is entirely uninstalled from this PC.
