My Creative Cloud folder says it's full even though there's 2MB file in the folder . It also gives me a CAUTION symbol and I can not add anything to my folder. Any idea why this is happening?
For a few weeks now, I have had some odd issues with the Creative Cloud application itself. A few of the issues have stopped, but the most consistent is that the application icon shows that it is syncing and it never stops. All of the applications seem to work fine. I have a MacBook Pro using Yosemite. I assume that the recent update to the operating system has much to do with the issue, but I was surprised to see that there weren't more people having the same issue. I am interested to see if anyone else has experienced the same issues?
I have several shared CC folders with a client. I can see them all when I login on the website, but can only see a few in my shared CC folder my laptop. How do i get them all to sync/show up on my laptop?
Everytime i am saving a new file at work (Mac), i.e. a picture, in my CC Folder, i see the message "unable to sync file". Update or editing existing files works fine.On my second computer in my home office (PC), everything is working correctly. I can get rid of the message by drag and drop the file manually in the web CC Browser Window, but that isnt very handy. Is there anything i can do about this issue?
hello everyone,I was wondering, is there some kind of limitation of speed of uploading the files to the Creative Cloud? it can`t have anything to do with my internet connection, because in other services like google drive or wetransfer, uploading of the same files goes much, much faster than in CC. I chose "Max" at the upload limit in the preferences of the CC app, but still it takes about 3 times longer than usual in other services. any idee why?
Due to the utter lack of response to my syncing issues with Creative Cloud Desktop, I am now forced to move all of my files back to a more reliable solution (Google Drive). I have given your company every opportunity to respond to this issue before I posted this message, but the complete dismay of this known syncing issue has left me no other choice. As a long term client of Adobe and Macromedia for over 15 years, I cannot believe that you have chosen not to respond to this issue. I felt brushed off from your live chat department, considering I spent over two hours trying to resolve the issue with them and they just kept passing me to different departments. To make matters worse, the last individual I spoke to advised that the issue would be escalated because it is a known issue and there was no resolution. I then received an email stating that my issue was resolved and therefore the case was closed. This was completely untrue. I cannot still sync fil
Can someone tell me how to share Adobe files with non-Adobe users? At the Adobe Max Conference, they mentioned that this was possible, but I'm not sure if this is something that is available now or just in the future. Thoughts, comments?Thanks,-JLUMBER
I have spent over two hours with your live chat team in which they took over my computer, deleted files from the CMD prompt and I am still receiving syncing errors using Creative Cloud. They had me, delete files, restart my computer, sign-in and out of Creative Cloud, pause syncing, change file directories and nothing work. My issue was then escalated to upper management in which I had to repeat the entire issue.I was passed around from multiple individuals in live chat and at the end, no solution was found. I have been an Adobe client for over 15 years now and I am not pleased that a resolution still has not been found. I wasted over 2 hours on live chat and then received an email stating that my case was closed because the support team found a resolution! This was completely untrue.I am asking someone from Adobe upper management to please contact me directly. I will not spend more time with your live chat team and send more log files that do no good.
I need another employee to be able to open files. I've sent him a folder, he can see the folder but cannot open the folder or files inside. How does he do this?
I like the idea of importing photos to the Creative Cloud via one device and then having them available on other devices but am I right in saying that by syncing the files, they will be copied multiple times to all my devices? My laptop only has a small hard drive and will be very quickly fill up.
HiI have a red warning triangle on the Assets heading and it tells me some files failed to sync how can i remove this, sorry if this has been asked before , new to this!!!ThanksRichard
CC on my iMac and CC on my Macbook. On my Macbook it says: "file 1 of 167 is synchronizing (3 hours left)And this notification was there also yesterday and the day before. The other problem is that the files on each computer don't synch in the cloud. It’s difficult to trust if I save a files on my iMac, I can also open it on my Macbook's cloud.Adobe, how can I solve this?
I just can't seem to be able to synch files on the upload way. It will synch down but not up.What's up?
I want to share a video file, mp4, with a client using Creative Cloud file sharing. The only option available for the client to see the file is to download it. Can it be viewed in the web browser directly, without downloading? For the moment, I only see a large frame of the file, as if it were a picture.
I'd like to know if anyone has their creative cloud storage set up this way... and if yes, how did you do it?Here's what I'm trying to do: I have all of my working documents saved to my CC cloud in order to make the files accessible to people I work with. What I did was create a folder in my "Creative Cloud Files" folder called "Working Docs". I work on my projects from this folder and it synchs to the cloud in real time. I then shared this folder as public and make sure "download" is enabled. My assumption was that if I made this top-level folder accessible and downloadable, everything within it would be downloadable. However, this does not seem to be the case. When the user opens a subfolder and drills down to an individual asset, the settings are still set to "Private". So rather than being able to download a whole folder or individual file from that top-level setting, it looks like I'm going to have to assign a share link to every individual file. This completely defeats the purpose
New to Creative Cloud. How do we share files and folder. We watched several tutorial video and they only show how to upload...not retrieve view and edit?
I have been saving my files in the same Creative Cloud folder for the past two years which have synced to the cloud with no problems. Since I started back at Uni 2 months ago anything I have saved just will not sync! Any ideas?
I have Adobe Illustrator installed at work (PC) and at home (MAC). I would like to be able to work on the same AI file from work and home.I created a file at work and saved it to the Creative Cloud folder. At home, I was able to synchronize the file folder content and work on the file. The next day at work, I created another file. This time, this file did not synchronize to the CC folder at home. The CC dashboard in Assets/Files section says all files are up to date.I disabled the CC synch on the MAC, then re-enabled it. This seems to have recreated a couple of files on the PC side. The CC folder on the MAC still does not show the new files. What am I missing here?
when i changed my Creative Cloud membership from fuld version to Education Licens . i lost 20 GB space on my cloud.. That´s a problem.
I am having issues with the Creative Cloud app this morning. The app launches, but then doesn't manage to connect/log in, and appears greyed out in my menu bar. When I click on the icon, the CC box shows, but all I get is a loading wheel going round and round. I cannot view anything. I have rebooted my Mac, shut the app down and started it again, but nothing's changed. There also doesn't appear to be any file syncing happening. I have created a new folder in my CC Files folder, and logged into my account on CC online, but this new folder doesn't show. I was thinking that there might be an issue with the service itself this morning, but the CC status shows everything running fine. Can anyone shed some lights on what is going on please? I am using a 2013 MacBook Pro running the latest version of OSX Mavericks, my CC apps are up to date, and payment was taken fine a few days ago, so this should be an issue. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.
I have gigabytes of Adobe CC files arranged in appropriate client folders in Dropbox (and mirrored on my local hard drive). It looks like if I turn File Sync on (needed to access Assets) some or all of this will be duplicated and separated from non-Adobe data in each client file.Messy, unnecessary and 100GB of bandwidth I don't want to pay for! (I'm on 4G so it's expensive.)
I'm have issues with syncing files on my mac to Adobe Creative Cloud. I don't seem to have issues syncing via drag and drop to my web browser. I keep getting this error while syncing via finder:I also have a fairly complex PSD with folders that i'm toggling on and off using Layer Comps. I don't see any difference when switching Layer Comps within Extract in the browser. I do see the changes when turning on and off the folders though.. What's the deal with that? Why does it take so long to render the PSD after I turn on a folder or switch layer comps? It takes about 30 seconds to re-render, which is crippling for our workflow. This would be an amazing tool for our developers if these 3 issues were resolved.
I have a MacBook Pro with Retina Display running OSX Yosemite version 10.10 on a 2.4 GHz processor with 16 GB RAM and Intel Iris 1536 MB. The red triangle comes up whenever I try to upload files and now is a permanent fixture on the files. I can still create new files yet I want to upload my work. How may I fix this issue. Also I would like back my old files I lost from a lapse of less than a month in my subscription.
