When I upload a high resolution PDF to Creative Cloud Files, the color looks off.Low resolution versions look fine.Is anyone else experiencing this?Robert
I came into work today to find that CC was syncing all 35000 of our files to my local CC Files folder. Upon further investigation, I realized that CC had actually added my files to "Trash" and was now replacing them from the cloud. My problem with all this is that I had no idea this would happen and did plan to spend 3 hours this morning waiting for CC to bring down my files. I also have no idea why this happened, so I cannot predict when this will happen again and mess up my work flow. Thanks for any explanations on why this happened.
The turn projectparfait to creative cloud is wrong because, on the https://creative.adobe.com/file it`s not work! I have 2 js issues(errors)Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'get' of undefined LayerModel.js:1Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 410 (Gone) https://creative.adobe.com/api/profile?_=1411980675363and on the https://projectparfait.adobe.com all working fine as always.I think it is because you minify scripts. Please resolve this problem, because on 30 september projectparfait more not work.
I can't turn my file sync on? I go to preferences and turn it on but it does not stay on? What can I do to fix this?
I am in a test mode of creative cloud (windows). On my first Pc everything runs fine, but on my second one (with same Adobe-ID) there is no synchronization of my files. When I open the cloud in the web portal, all my files (made on the first PC) are there. I have copied some local files on the second PC into the creative cloud desktop folder and I have turned on the synchronization in the settings of creative cloud. But nothing happens no files are uploaded or downloaded. What did I wrong? When try to find any help on the support pages i'm running in circles without any result.
What options do I have to upgrade my storage plan once I reach my limit?
I've recently been asked by a new client to use CC to collaborate on a project. We used to use Dropbox (successfully for a year without issues) but someone decided CC was "better". After having used CC on my MacBook Pro with 10.8.5 for one week, of which the first 4 days were fine, now "some files failed to sync". I've searched this forum and the help topics, none of my filenames are too long, neither do they contain illegal characters. It was all working fine until yesterday. Now some (not all) of the files that were syncing will not. CC gives no clue as to why not. Having read the forum I tried to uninstall and re-install, but all this did was erase my local copies, which were the most up-to-date! I would have lost an entire day's work had I not had a Time Machine backup. Other CC users take note! The other guys on the project need access to the files, but now it just turns off syncing altogether after a failed attempt. I will probably have to use Dropbox for now, and the project team'
hi,the CC application failed to synchronize two PSDs of mine to the cloud. with 600mb they're quite heavy so i am not looking forward to uploading them again from scratch (made a backup copy today just to be sure). my cloud space is at 5gb at the moment. so i have no problems with space.the cc app said that it was a server problem with the firsr psd. the second one just had the comment "sync. for file "xyz" not possible". what can i do now?
HI I have updated my photoshop as prompted in my creative cloud desktop app but now my files no longer sync. I just have the spinning wheel of doom on my mac when I navigate to files on the creative cloud desktop app. I have checked the settings and I am signed in and I have even tried uploading and downloading within the preferences. Can you help please?

Hi anybodyI am waiting for the functionality to download a hole folder (with files/a project) at once from my cloud space (not only single files!) without syncronizing with desktop cloud - like I can do e.g. via a ZIP-file with dropbox. Anyone an idea? Are Adobe plannig to modify the functionality?Matt
Hi,I have a Mac at home and a PC at the office. Both are running Creative Cloud's software and have Adobe's Softwares installed under the same user id.The softwares (Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator) works just fine. But the Creative Cloud Folder (for syncing) only shows up at the PC.I'm currently working on my Mac, and have no access to the Creative Cloud Folder.I have already looked into > Mac HD> Users> My user to check if only the shortcut was gone, not the folder. But the folder is gone. And, when I click "Start Syncing" in the "Assets" it always "blinks first" then does nothing. When I click it for the second time, there's the spinning wheel but in the end nothing happens. It should probably be important to notice that my Adobe id was "email A" and I recently changed it to "email B".Thank you,Clarice
Bonjour,J'active la synchro dans les préférences, mais dés que je ferme la fenêtre la synchro se remet sur OFF.Merci d'avance d'une solution.
Hello. I'd like to know the best way to create a web gallery to send to people so they can view the pictures of their kids playing soccer, and download what they want.I see that there is a way to export to a web gallery in LR. Is that the best way?I generally don't use LR, and I've used pass before and really would like to know if Adobe offers something similar. Thanks!Jim
I thought I would try out the new market today and chose a file to download. It gave me an error saying I need to turn on File Syncing. I have tried to do this in the Preferences pane of the Creative Cloud desktop app and on the Files pane of the app (choose Assets in the main navigation and then Files, and press the big blue Start Syncing button). A little spinning wheel animation shows for a while and then the pane returns to that same state with the big "Start Syncing" button at the bottom.Whatever I do, File Syncing is still turned off if I click on the little gear icon in the app. I tried selecting a custom folder to sync to, but that didn't help.I'm not getting any error message at all, and I can see the Market item if I look at creative.adobe.com/files, but I can't find any way to bring the item onto my computer or use it.I am able to use Typekit without any problems.Any help would be great! I have no idea what I've doing wrong. This is on an iMac, OS 10.9.4, everything up
when I turn synch ON, and ask to synch the blue wheel spins and spins. I tried putting the corm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/CoreSync/options.tix
I use two computers: one at home and one at work. I save my work to the cloud at home, but when I get to work and the files sync it is not there. I had expected my work mac to talk to the cloud and sync any new files. I don't seem to have the problem at home. I have no idea how to approach the problem. Any input gratefully received.
Hi,I'm having two issues that may, or may not be related.First - Every time I turn on File Sync in the preferences it keeps turning off. Also, I don't see a CC folder on my HD.Second - After setting up Lightroom Mobile my Collections are not syncing, even though I have Sync turned on in LR. Was curious if this is related to the other file sync issue.I have the current desktop version of CC and followed the online tutorials in the Help section, but still not able to get File Sync to stay on.Am I missing an app or a setting somewhere? Thanks!
I click on the Start Syncing in the desktop app and all I get is the loading icon and then it goes back to the desktop app. I check file syncing in the preferences but when I go back and look at it later it has been checked to the off position. I can view my files on my creative cloud account from my browser I just can't get it to sync with my computer.thanksMike Mazzo
How do I share a file in my CC personal folder with an email link to three other people to view?Thank you.
Just testing file sync for first time on macos and its not creating the sync folder or showing it in the finder.Syncing seems just to be toggled on and off again without nothing happening.Any tips appreciated.
I have Creative Cloud membership and I'm working a new MacBook Pro running Mavericks. The Creative Cloud desktop application is installed. All CC applications sync and update normally, TypeKit fonts sync without issue, and I can access the Market without issue. However, when I attempt to activate file sync, I either see the spinning Ajax loader, or the screen simply flashes and nothing occurs. I have drilled down into the preferences to activate file sync, and activated manually there. However, when I navigate to the Finder, there is still no folder present, and re-opening the preferences in the Creative Cloud application reveals that file sync shows as "Off" again. I can log into the website and upload files without problem, but this is a substandard solution. Please advise what could be preventing file sync from operating via the desktop. Thanks in advance!
When i open my desk CC application, there is no "files" option. So i can not synchronized my files and use the "market".Any idea ?
I want to be able to open up a file (from an app or mobile website) to show a customer, then be able to send it to them. So add a 'Email this file to Client' link that opens up an email with file attached. Is this possible in any of the Adobe Creative Cloud Applications?
