Hi All, I recently turned on file sync in my Creative Cloud app, and like the WEB UI overall. I'm considering permanently switching to CC from Dropbox. The one thing I can't seem to find is a CC iOS application. Are we seriously expected to browse our files via mobile device on a browser? There is no app?Excerpt from Adobe Site:"Your Adobe Creative Cloud account comes with online storage so that your files are available to you anywhere and on any device or computer. You can preview many creative file types directly in a web browser on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. These file types include: PSD, AI, INDD, JPG, PDF, GIF, PNG, Photoshop Touch, Ideas, and others."Edit: I just tried using the file explorer via Safari and Chrome on my iPhone 5s and the scrolling is completely broken, I can only see the first few folders, and am unable to scroll down for the rest.
Hello,My Adobe Creative Cloud membership ended last May and I forgot to download all my files before it ends. How can I download it?
Is there a version control as well?
A folder needs to go from my creative cloud files. Local deletion is easy but how do I remove them from the CC server so that they don't get dragged back onto my PCs when CC resyncs?
I am having problems when uploading files to Creative Cloud storage. Some of the files go - some don't, and are flagged 'Unable to Sync'. I have had this problem for some time and have stopped using CC sync, but I thought I would give it another go the other day, and still no luck. The files that are reported as being a problem seem fine - no issue with the names, or anything that I can see.I spent almost an hour on the phone to technical support about this issue about a week ago and the guys I was speaking to (I kept being pushed on to someone else) didn't seem to have any idea. They just kept going through all my security questions and then put me on hold whilst they asked someone more knowledgeable. They would then come back on and pass me to someone else (more security questions) until eventually the last guy I spoke to said he didn't know the answer and an Adobe representative would contact me in 24 to 48 hours. Not a very impressive turn around for customer support - even less so
I'm a newcomer to online Adobe services, and I would like to know what is the maximum available storage for free. Thanks for your feed-back.
I am still seeing only 2 GB of storage space available to me, even though I upgraded from a trial subscription to the Photography (Photoshop/Lightroom) Creative Cloud subscription. Is this correct or should I be seeing 20 GB? If the latter, any tips on how to correct?
In Creative Cloud Files folder I've moved my working folder, and "logo" folder with several subfolders. Logo folder has sync OK, but my working folder (_PO Delovni) only two Indesign files are sync. Other subfolders with jpg, ai, tiff and pdf files not.Creative Cloud Files - _PO Delovni - Fotke (no sync) - Oglasi (no sync) - Predogledi (no sync)
Help!
Just began trying to use the cloud services that come with Adobe Premiere. Was able to sync some smaller files; a 35MB mp4 file, and a Premiere program file of 70MB. When I've tried to upload large movie files, it fails to sync after about an hour. I've read all the breakdowns on the site. I'm not using the wrong type of symbols. I've turned the sync off then on. I've even gone over this all with someone on 'chat' and they kept pointing me in directions I had already tried. Any help would be appreciated. -I'm using a Mac OSX 10.9.3. Everything is up to date. -The large mp4 files are just under 2GB. -They already worked on Dropbox but I've quickly run out of room which is why I was hoping to move to CC.Thanks,Wayne
I'm trying to upgrade to PS 2014 but CC has been stuck on sync for the last hour. I have already done Bridge and Lightroom 5 without problems.
HiIt's been a pretty stressful day today to find that all my project files in my creative cloud folder got moved to the Trash in OS X automatically for no reason. The weird thing was that I was left with all the subfolders I had created but with no files in them. I could see the files on Creative Cloud website so everything looked fine there. Frustratingly it seams impossible download folders of project files through the website. The CC App was reporting everything was up-to-date when it clearly wasn't.So the lesson I learnt today is it's not safe to store your projects on the Creative Cloud. Luckily I managed to restore my project but It has taken me the best part of a day to get everything back up and running again. When you're about to deliver the job you really don't want to switch on your computer to find that everything has gone.
I like the idea of the adobe cc file cloud. but i've had 2 complaints of clients already that it doesn't work. Blank screens, expired links & now it gives me a message certain files can't be synced... Don't make me go back to wetransfer/dropbox
Has anyone had a problem getting creative cloud to work when you have a windows user folder with '&' in it. e.g 'Rob & Mich'?
When I go to creative cloud online (view files on the web) to see my files, it takes forever to load and it finally only shows a blank page even though on my desktop version I have files and folders, which seem to be synced (All files up to date)! Browser Google Chrome, Operating System OS X 10.9.3 - Internet connection GOOD
Hi All,I browsed through previous posts before posting this, but excuse me if this has been asked already or explained on Above's website somewhere else.I'm currently using Adobe CC on a trial basis, but am considering rolling it out to my production team. I need to know how working on shared projects through the cloud works, and what the workflow will be like.I'm assuming once an Adobe CC "team" account is setup, one member would create a project file and have it saved in the "creative cloud space". All raw video files and project files would be saved to the cloud as well, and any team member could open to the project file to work on/add to the ongoing project? Can more than one member be working on a project at a time? Thanks for your help!CraigSkyline Studio
I usually use Dropbox for this purpose as it works well for sending preview links to clients - however I thought as I have far more space on CC it would be a better platform for me to do this, however the file format doesn't seem to be supported. Is There currently a way to view a full swf / flash animation via CC or is this functionality which you are planning to include in the future?thanksLinden
I'm trying to sync some projects with CC with no luck so far. It keep prompting error messages for some regular PNG and JPG files I have (More than 100 of them!). The message include a "Contact customer support" link that links to nowhere. I already have those files synced with Google Drive (Which is a free service by the way) with no problem whatsoever. Any clue of what is happening.By the way, is there a real "Contact customer support" link where I can ask to real support people directly?
Whenever i upload folders/files on cloud after some time the error comes as 'fail to sync'when you click on it, it shows some list of files which were not able to sync....why does this happen?and sometimes the folder which is already uploaded on cloud is not found when i have not even deleted it.It takes me hours to upload files/folders on cloud..ie from roughly 6 hours to 14 hours.Internet plan has 2mpbs speed.please help
Why does syncing take so long? 2GB is taking 215 hours
So I have activated CC on 2 Macs (Mac Pro and Macbook Pro Retina) about 8 months ago. On my Mac Pro everything is working fine but on my Macbook Pro i have some issues since a few months. Creative Cloud Desktop won't sync files anymore (not upload not download). I uninstalled creative cloud desktop and reïnstalled it but that didn't work either. The loading indicator keeps spinning like shown below:However it will sometimes shows that files are synced (which they are not).I even tried removing every local creative cloud file in the creative cloud folder. But that didn't work either. Can someone please help me! It is very frustrating as i will always have to login on the creative.adobe.com website to acces my files. Thanks in advance!EDIT: After a little more research i saw that the process "Core Sync" is not responding in the Activity Console. I also have some typekit fonts which should be synced but aren't. I only get this screen in de CC for Desktop
This message appears when I try to load this page: Download Center : Adobe Creative Cloud"We're working quickly to resolve the issue and we're sorry for the delay. Please check back or see our status site for updates. Also, help is available in the Creative Cloud forums."Any news about this error?
I am getting a "There was a problem syncing some files" prompt. This has been static for about 5 days. Any thoughts on what is causing this would be appreciated, thanks...
I've upgraded to the team membership from an individual membership but CC is not showing the increase in storage. It does show under my administration page that the storage is there but the app itself and web storage aren't updating. Do I need to do something to do so or will it just take time to switch over?
Hello...When i define a new graphic icon to one or more libraries, they are set to default "folder" icons after a moment. It looks like the sync process under CC is doing that, because other folders / icons outside CC-sync are not reset.Am I the only one having that problem?YoursLennart Jessen, Denmark
