Can I edit an Illustrator file that I have saved in Creative Cloud Files without first having to download it to my mac and then re-upload it once I'm finished editing it?
Not related to sync or other status
I activated my Typekit fonts in August 2013 and Creative Cloud syncing was working fine until just before Christmas—but now the fonts are not available anymore (See screenshot below). I sent an email to support@typekit.com and still waiting for their response. Thanks!
How do I get started? I want to save Photoshop files to Cloud Storage, What to do?
An UNABLE TO SYNC FILES error message pops up every 10 seconds and will not go away. Also, Adobe Application Manager crashes every time I open it.
I can't see files uploaded by my team. Why might this be?
When using the adobe file storage, can you open a file directly from adobe or do you have to download it first on to your computer to open it?
Hello,For some reason the Creative Cloud Desktop App isn't opening or running on my mac anymore. I tried double clicking in applications—it shows up in the toolbar for a second, then promptly shuts down. Any ideas?
HELP... what is up with your CC servers... my syncing stops every 39 seconds. I am trying to work, I have a magazine deadline, and since type kit isn't syncing all the time I am getting embed errors on my pdf, and some of my text isn't showing up right. I have signed in and out of CC. I have uninstalled and re-installed CC. I have rebooted my computer and my modem.... now the only option I have is hair pulling!!!!!
I just got a new Windows 8 computer and I can't seem to get Creative Cloud to sync. The Files menu just shows a "Coming soon..." page, but my old Windows 7 computer somehow has a synced folder in my Favorites. I don't recall having trouble setting that up - or even if I had to do any thing to set it up (it's been awhile). So is file syncing, and the synced folders currently disabled? I read that it should be in my C:\Users\me\Creative Cloud, but that folder does not exist, and is not in my Favorites like it is on my old computer.Any info would be helpful - I'd like to use this as a means of moving my Adobe files from the old machine to the new one (I haven't put them all up onto the cloud on the old machine yet).Thank you,Ernie
as of yesterday my file sync has just simply stopped syncing and is not responding to new changes to both the finder folder or the online files. there is no warning, no error message and the files tab only says "to start saving files.... copy them to the CC folder in your finder." my folder was in sync and has been syncing fine for a few weeks now after its been back up. any ideas? customer support told me syncing has been down for days but thats not the case. status.creativecloud.com says everything is good.
A day ago, my file and font sync in the Creative Cloud desktop app stoped functioning on two seperate computers saying "file and font syncing is off." I've turned it back on several times, only to have it turn itself off monments later.I am running OS X 10.9
I'm trying to log on to Adobe Cloud to download InDesign and Photoshop but it won't let me in
It looks like this error is pretty common around here. Anyway, I've encountered my Cloud Synching freezing up at about 1.35GB worth of actual content. I wouldnt mind uploading more but Im not able because of the Server Error pause. This would be very helpful in the realm of After Effects projects where my footage is bundled into one folder (though there are many sub-folders to keep things organized). I've tried deleting Preference files and installing/reinstalling with no luck. An Adobe Rep in online chat brought me here and I've checked the list of files that have odd file names and what-not. What gives, Adobe? Are there any other fixes for this and is there anyone out there that can help me work across multiple platforms?
Hi! My file storage says I'm using 1,99Gb but I have deleted all shared files online and in my folders. The error occured after two failed sync's of a 1Gb RAR-file.When viewing file space in my browser it says "This folder is empty" Creative Cloud application says "all files are synced".Running CC on MacBook Pro 15" Retina (late 2013)CC is also consuming a lot of power, (25,87 - compared to Photoshop running at 2,49)Restarting CC app, disable/enable file sync does not change the disc quota status.Tried to contact adobe via chatt but after several hours with 1 person ahead of me in que I gave up.Cannot find phone numbers for swedish support. Please help!
I subscribed to CC in July - apparantly while sync was temporarily not working - I am STILL waiting. I have contacted support chat several times and they always direct me to this forum. Could a STAFF member or someone who knows anything about this help me PLEASE! Each time I turn on Sync files, it starts, then says: Creative Cloud Server Error. If I log into CC on another computer, my files are all "empty". This defeats the whole reason for me subscribing to CC, and is extremely frustrating. Please can someone help!! Rochelle (New Zealand)
where should I write to solve this problem?

Hello,I have a "Creative Cloud Server Error" since Saturday night. Both Files and Fonts syncing are off and I can't turn them back on. Unfortunatelly I started a design using their desktop fonts and now, because I'm not able to use those fonts I'm stuck.Adobe's customer service really suck!!! I was on the phone with someone for 1 hour and 26 minutes and I got no resolution regarding my problem. He said someone will call me within the next 2 hours and now, a day later I am still waiting for a phone call from them.Yesterday afternoon (before 5pm!) I called them, and nobody answered for 25 minutes, when I lost my patience and hang up. Their chat or Twitter didn't help either.Really, Adobe??I'm very dissapointed!
Hello communityIm new to adobe's CC. I found the sync folder feature very useful, so i decided to upload a project.I placed various files from dreamweaver(.jpg, .mp4, .html, .css)in my CC folder((pic 1) they are in a subfolder). The files seem to be there(local i can use them), but when i try to use them from my other device, there are not there. On the browser interface, the html file for example, is just a picture, but it shows me not the content, it shows me the icon(pic 2). And there is another problem. I use a Laptop and a desktop. The files i place with laptop are not visible on the CC folder in the Windows Explorer and vice versa. The upload from laptop worked(showing pictures of what should be code...(pic 3 )), but the desktopfiles are not synced to cloud. When i download a file, the content is what i expect. But the integrated network drive is useless for me.I use win 8 on desktop, and win 7 on laptop.Hope someone can help me. (english is not my native language, thank you for u
This is related to my reply to post http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1280818?tstart=0 and is in response to post http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1281261?tstart=0OS: WindowsOS Version: 8 EnterpriseBrowser: ChromeBrowser Version: 29.0.1547.57mProblem: Opening the Creative Cloud app results in a hung Home, Files, and Fonts pages. Apps and Behance work properly. I was able to sync after I initially updated Creative Cloud after I was granted early access on August 8. I opened Creative Cloud on August 21 and it indicated I needed to update. I updated, but it failed. I followed instructions to install, clean using the Adobe App cleaner, renamed the OOBE directories, rebooted, and then re-installed Creative Cloud. I got the nonresponsive Home, Files, and Fonts except for the spinner in the middle. I uninstalled, cleaned, rebooted, and reinstalled to no avail. I am unable to access the fonts I was previously able to sync. My Windows 7 laptop has not needed an update since I updated it for sync on
I am having a problem for the last week with syncing my Creative Cloud files. I keep getting Server error and after I read the Forum answers to the matter and tried to go to page .... and then page.... I gave up. It is really frustrating. Does anyone know when the problem will be fixed? I was using a different cloud provider and it's somehow bothering I have to work on two services to get my files sent to my coding guys.
As a Photoshop CC only subscriber, I applied for and was granted early access to load Typekit fonts to my Desktop. Unfortunately I'm still unable to do this, being repeatedly asked to upgrade to a Portfolio plan or higher which requires additional payment. Do I have to subscribe to the full version of CC in order to qualify?
G'day people!I use Creative Cloud under a team licence and I'm trying to use Typekit for the first time. Appearently its included in our licence.I look at Creative Cloud, and under Type, all it says is "Coming Soon: etc" with a "Tell Me more" button.I thought this was available now as my manager can access them through his Creative Cloud.Any ideas why I can't?Cheers
Hi, as per title, I'm on the early adopter program for file and font sync. Since yesterday, I'm receiving the message "File Syncing Is Off" on one of my laptops with the option to Resume. I try and click on Resume, it thinks about it, starts syncing and gives the same error. I have uninstalled and resinstalled Creative Cloud Desktop but no change. My other laptop is working fine.
