Creative Cloud Services

I am getting a an error that my Libraries won't sync. I have clicked on therefresh arrows, signed out of Adobe, signed back in, rebooted, etc. I can't clear this error. What is the problem? I am on Mac OS Ventura 13.5.2

Hey folks, is it possible to swap profiles within the same account without having to sign in and out? I'm having to sign out and back in to access different software multiple times a day and it's not fun! Is there a way to create a feature request if this isn't a thing?

Hello, To start, I was born with a genetic disability called SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy). It's affecting the motor neurons—nerve cells that control voluntary muscle movement and my muscles become weaker and weaker with age, till I won't be able to move at all. Since I can't do much, I was thinking of trying a freelance job as a graphic designer, but for that I need softwares. Since in my opinion, Adobe have the best tools for designers of all kind, I wanted to purchase their product, but here comes a problem if I can call it like that... Because I have been in a wheelchair since I was born, I don't have much money and Adobe products are quite expensive for me... So I thought that since I have heard a lot of good words about Adobe itself, I will try my luck and write. Maybe naive, but my question is, that maybe Adobe could make a little gift and help me to start my very first job in my life as a graphic designer by gifting access to your awesome software? Don't kno

Bonjour,W10 Pro 64Cela fait 2 jours que j'ai la synchronisation qui se met en erreur sur un dossier qui n'existe plus. J'ai testé en grande partie les solutions de Adobe, dont de supprimer définitivement tous les fichiers dans "Supprimés" sur le web et rien n'y fait.C'est un dossier supprimé que je ne retrouve nulle part. Je ne vais pas supprimer Creative Cloud car ça supprime les logiciels installés.Merci de vos réponses.

I have accidentally created a full Portfolio in the wrong Adobe account whcih does not have a subscription. Rather than start all over again, is it possibel to transfer it to the correct Adobe account?

My library sync on 3 different accounts in the office has the same issue that can not connect to the server for the past 2 -3 months.

We have two users on site that have been using Macs for years who are going to be switching to PC as they need access to PC software regardless and the majority of the other software is now cross platform. This prevents the problems associated with using Parallels on modern Macs. Some historic documents and fonts may only be usable on the Mac so they may on occasion need to do edits on the Mac but will be using the PC as their primary machine. Both Mac and PC will be on the same desk at the same site.  Creative Cloud can be installed on two computers if only one person is accessing it.  I want to clarify if this is within the guidelines as Adobe seem to be forensically checking how businesses use licenses. Despite having as many licenses as users and each user being the only person using the computers that they are associated with Adobe have twice contacted us implying that we have more people using accounts than are allowed.  If Adobe sees the same accoun

I deleted all the files from my Adobe Creative Cloud, but it still shows that I'm using 12GB. Where do I find these files? I've checked all the Adobe apps I have (LR and PS).

Hello,In order to make some space for other apps, i decided to uninstall with creative cloud's uninstall button "premiere pro", "adobe audition" etc... for a total of a bit more than 13GoBut by going in my stockage parameters, i see that none of the space i deleted is gone, even if i don't see anymore the names of the applications. I am actually with 36Go of application, with 17Go that don't belong to any of the application in the list. It seems that my PC forgot the way through to the applications.exe, but didn't delete themHow can i delete them properly ?

Al entrar a Creative Cloud no carga, se queda en la pantalla de inicializando indefinidamente hasta que aparece otro cartel avisando de que tarda mucho y reinicie el equipo, no importa cuántas veces lo haga que sigue pasando lo mismo, al intentar reparar la aplicación e intentar conectar con el servidor se queda en un 2% he probado de todo.  

When my M1 Max Macbook Pro (macOS 12.6.1) awoke from sleeping, the Creative Cloud Desktop app reported failure (presumably during an update). The error message says that it must be uninstalled and that every CC app must be uninstalled and reinstalled. This will be a fairly monumental task: there are keyboard shortcuts, preferences, custom workspaces and extensions for 6-8 apps that must all be reconstructed. In my creative cloud, it shows the creative cloud files syncing is up to date and I even get the green tick beside the files I dropped through my Macbook. However, my new files never show up and only those old deleted files showing in my creative cloud. 

Hello I mostly use Creative Cloud for Lightroom, with my photography. My cloud storage of 20GB in Creative Cloud is full, but I do not wish to upgrade for now.How can I remove data in order to freshen up the GB?And also, where exactly can I find the Lightroom library, in order to remove a selection of RAW files? Thanks so much in advance!

Maintenant, que j'ai changé d'établissement, on vient de me donner accès à une licence adobe (avec l'adresse mail de ma nouvelle école, etc...). Je me suis donc connecté à ce nouveau compte Créative Cloud afin d'avoir accès à InDesign. Je me rends alors compte que je n'ai plus accès à aucun logiciel de la suite, de plus l'interface en arrière-plan m'affiche des travaux réalisés avec le compte de mon ancienne école (celui où je n'ai plus de licence)Lorsque je clique sur "se connecter avec un autre compte", le logiciel s'éteint ne me laissant pas me connecter avec le compte de ma nouvelle école.  J'ai essayé plusieurs techniques mais en vain comme :- redémarrer mon PC-mon PC est bien connecté à internet-nettoyer mon ordinateur-désinstaller tous mes logiciels (y compris le creative cloud)-essayer de supprimer mon anc

Despite signing up for several Adobe MAX sessions, I cannot find how to access any of them.I know they will be available after the event as most of them UK time, were too late at night for me.Try as I might, I could not see any links to the sessions. I'm sure this is obvious, but not to me.Heeeeeelp.

I freak out on adobe fonts not loading and I can not work in many hours because Creative cloud sucks. Every day the same problems. You never fix it and I will not go thru your stupid workarounds that take hours and dont really work. I pay alot every month to have these services and you ignore fixing it! Very fed up

I have subscribe for creative cloud since last month and everytime i open my creative cloud app it shows a notification that I may have a limited access only and it directed me to download access repair tool but everytime i do that it find 0 host but then after restarting the notification is still there and the repair tool won't just fix the problem

A cabo de instalar Adobe Creative Cloud en mi computadora y por alguna razon me sale el error Error de acceso limitado en la aplicación de escritorio de Creative Cloud...  Ya intenté borrar todo e instalarlo de nuevo pensando que era un problema de una mala instalación. Pero por más que borre todo o instale todo, reinicié mi ordenador, etc. Me sigue saliendo este mensaje.  ¿Alguién sabe cómo solucionarlo?  Pd: No sé si tenga algo que ver que mi Licencia es de 3 meses de prueba gratis ya que compré un Monitor que venía con esta promoción.  

I am also having frustrations editing my portfolio site.  Hopefully this thread is still active for some... I would like to have a collections page as the home, with 4 categories and no menu. Then each collection would then have another level of thumbnails for each project, clicking through to level 3 being project detail.  Already created collection pages, and partitioned out the pages per collection. but now my site looks like this:dyer.design Is what I want possible using Adobe portfolio?  Thanks for any advice,-David
