Bonjour,Suite à l'achat d'un nouvel ordinateur, j'ai réinstallé ADE 4.5 et remis le répertoire qui contient les livres.ADE affiche 31 livres achetés, mais n'en montre aucun. Il me demande un mot de passe, que j'ai malheureusement oublié et me dirige vers une page inexistant (404) lorsque je veux retrouver le mot de passe.Les 31 livres achetés représentent une certaine somme et je n'assume pas de les avoir perdus.Les question posée au robot du support on amenés des réponses et d'autres questions absolument débiles.Comment une sociétés comme Adobe peut se permettre ce genre de support. De plus, j'ai un compte payant à 65 € mensuel. Inadmissible. Il vaut mieux acheter un DRM Remover, celà coûtera moins chers que la perte de mes livres.

I have Adobe Digital Editions and haven't used it for a while but when I went to copy and past something it wouldn't work.  This seriously impacts the usefulness of the product.  I'm sure there's an easy solution but don't know what it is. 

Hi, I'm getting the error of reaching the max number of authorized devices, but I need to deauthorize all devices that I currently have in the system. I can't do it manually since some devices that I had authorized Adobe DRM on were performed a reset-factory on.

Hi My old computer crashed. I have a new one and have installed Digital Editions 4.5 (latest). However when I try to download books from ereolen (overdrive), to read on my Kobo,  I get the message E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER. I am unable to deactivate the Adobe ID authorization from the old computer (the hard drive is dead)I have tried erasing authorization and reauthoriziing on the new computer. I have tried completely uninstalling ADE and reinstalling. I have tried syncing my Adobe ID with the overdrive ID (even though they are the same). Same error message every time. It's incredibly frustrating. Can anyone please help?(I am also unable to download to the books directly onto my Kobo which is why I have always used ADE and then transferred the books from my computer)

Hallo, Leute, ich habe mir einen Laptop mit Zorin zugelegt; leider weigert er sich, frame.net von Microsoft zu installieren, sodass ich den ADE nicht nutzen kann. Fluchen, drohen und weinen zeigen keinerlei Wirkung. Kennt jemand das Problem und kann mir einen Tipp geben?

Transfert de livres nouvellement achetés et téléchargés sur ADE vers liseuse : correct. Transfert des anciens livres de la bibliothèque ADE : impossible.Pour info. : liseuse connectée, le clic sur Autoriser les périphériques et sur les deux autres n’a pas d’effet.Une solution ? Instalé la app Adobe Digital Edition sin problema en el PC; tampoco tengo problemas al descargar un libro y leerlo en él, pero tengo problemas al enviarlo a mi ebook reader 'Tagus' porque al abrirlo están las páginas en blanco. Mi eReader "Tagus Iris" soporta el formato DRM.No sé cuál es el problema.Muchas gracias.María Luisa.

I used to be able to find them here: https://www.adobe.com/support/digitaleditions/downloads.html  And I checked here: https://www.adobe.com/ca/solutions/ebook/digital-editions/download.html which appears to maybe be a newer version of the first site but even though it listss "download Digital Edition 3.0 here" the link just takes me to a Adobe Digital Edition Learn and Support page: https://helpx.adobe.com/support/digital-editions.html  I used to regularly use the older versions (3.0 and 2.0.1) to troubleshoot errors customers (I work at a library) had so I'm curious if this is still a possibility.  Thanks for any insights!

I have been using Digital Editions for years to read ePub books I borrow from my public library. However, within the last couple of weeks I have suddenly been unable to launch the app on my Macbook Pro (MacOS 13.2.1). When I click the icon, something flashes up on screen for a fraction of a second and then it disappears. The app does not launch. I have tried removing the app (using an app removal tool) and reinstalling the latest version from Adobe's site, and of course restarting my computer. I get the same result if I open the app itself or if I try to open an .acsm file downloaded from a library website. After the crash I get "Adobe Digital Editions quite unexpectedly" with a crash report (attached).

When I download a library book Adobe Digital Edition 4.5.2 Freezes.  I use alt+control+delete for task manager to close Adobe Digital Editton.  When I open it back up, the book is not there.I have Windows 10 laptop.Any help I would really appreciate.

Bonjour,J'essaye d'autoriser un deuxième ordinateur (portable) à ADE et de récupérer sur celui-ci la bibliothèque présente sur mon premier ordinateur.Quand je fais le processus d'autorisation sur mon portable et saisit mon ID et mot de passe Adobe j'ai en retour le message "Vous pouvez accorder une autorisation à cet ordinateur à condition de ne pas utiliser un ID Adobe déja alloué à un autre ordinateur ou périphérique mobile".Je n'y comprends rien : je croyais au contraire qu'il fallait utiliser l'l'ID Adobe pour pouvoir avoir accès à la bibliothèque...

Hello! I bought 2 books from a vendor and got 2 acsm files. So I wanted to authorize my computer. Problem is that the login on the MacOs Version takes forever and at the end it's just not successful (no error message). I tried logging in on the iOS app (login there is succesful) but my problem is to bring the acsm books to my account in the first place which is not possible via iphone app. I tried both: loggin in via Adobe ID or do a local authorization without login. On both it does not finish at any time (I've tried it for 20 hours, I think it's not gonna make it). Any fix? I read on the internet that Adobe cancel support for ADE? But how am I able to access those books without ADE then? Thanks!   

I am trying to sign into Adobe Digital Editions and I get the following error message: E_ACT_CERTIFICATE_INVALID. I can sign into my Adobe Creative Cloud console, though.

I work on lightroom classic 14.2 and I have a Problem displaying photo rating footer in grid view, neither the color label (information editable and which is very important for me) nor the rotation buttons are present. I went to the library display options management screen and at the very bottom, all checkboxes regarding the "show note footer" information were all checked. By changing the settings, I didn't notice any change. As a last resort, I closed and reopened Lightroom, but I still had the same problem. I'm convinced that this feature was still there yesterday. I don't understand.Has anyone had or is still having the same problem and were you able to resolve it?Thanks in advance.

please help me out I cannot dowload an ebook as the message seems to be solved by deauthorising the ade...however I can log in here...but not to do the deauthorisation. Typical agressive annoying and pathetic adobe issue....

Hello,I recently downloaded a book (The Lost Metal) for my Sony E-Reader. I followed the guide to set up my Adobe ID in Adobe Digital Editions, but nevertheless how i try to import the book, i always get this message: I already deleted the authotization, restarted the software, authorized again and downloaded a new version of the .acsm, but it keeps happening. Also, worth noting that the app for Sony E-Reader confirms my Adobe ID, but is not able to download the full ebook.Anyone with similiar issues?

Hi,I have changed my email and password on the Adobe Website. Then I found that my Adobe Digital Editions Desktop App is still associated with my old email address and my old password (which I no longer have)When I try and associate it with my new email and password it will not let me because I don't have the original password.I have tried deleting it and downloading it again but it is the same thingPlease helpThank you

On my PC (with a 12th gen i5!) Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.12.112 takes nine seconds to start. Maybe this doesn't seem that long, but when I'm double clicking through a list of epubs looking for a book it feels painfully slow. I have seen lots of posts here saying ADE runs slow, but for me it is only slow to start. Once it has started I find it works very well. If I run Task Manager I see ADE is not using any CPU while it's starting, and if I run it on a much slower PC it still takes the same nine seconds, So I'm guessing the cause is something like ADE attempting to communicate with some Adobe server on startup and timing out. Some form of timeout is the only explanation I can think of for the startup to be slow but not to use any CPU. Whatever the cause, does anyone know why the startup is so slow and how to fix it? For years and years I used ADE v2.0 and I sure it always used to start instantly, but then at some point in the past it suddenly started taking a
