Digital Editions

I have been trying to print pages from a book I purchased. I have worked with the publisher, and they said it should print on letter size and be full size. When I try to print letter-size, my pages are missing the bottom 2 inches of text. I have tried reducing the image to print the full page to account for possible border problems. This still removed the bottom 2 inches of text. I am looking for ideas on how to get the full page to print.

Hi there,should the Adobe User ID assigned to one person or is it possible to user one ID for a team?How is this in case of using an PDF that I'm using in Adobe Digital Editions? Could I share this PDF with my colleagues in the same team or is this prohibited? Thanks for help!

Instalei hoje o ADE e não consigo Autorizar o meu equipamento. Estou a usar o Android e diz sempre palavra pass incorreta ou login ID. Entrei no Adobe com a minha conta google, já alterei a pass, já tentei entrar com o ID google, com o IDAdobe e dá sempre o mesmo erro.  O Centro de Ajuda, não ajudou nada e mandou-me para aqui. Comprei um livro e é impossível de o ler.Obrigada

I installed ADE a few years ago and used it many times, however over the course of the last 18 months, I have moved house 3 times and also had my pc hard drive updated to SSD.Now my ADE wont upload any books - Error! Check ActivationADE states my pc is already authorisedI've updated to the latest ADE I've tried to deactivate my licence and it won recognise my password - how do I get round this issue? Many thanks

Hi, In a course, I had to buy a book and use Digital Editions to read it.. However, it is extremely difficult to read and highlight in the book, as the program crashes every single time and does not save my highlights on the different pages - so I have to highlight it all over again. I can see this is a general problem with version 4.5, so I figured I should try downloading version 3.0. However, I am unable to do so. The link provided for download do just not work. Can you please help out with this?

Hi,Is ADE version 4.5.1 compliant and supported with Windows 10 v1909?We are upgrading our devices from Win7 to Windows 10 and checking compliance for all of our apps.upgrading 30,000 machines.Version 4.5.1 is already packaged and if compliant we wont have to package a newer version

I installed version 4.511 and tried to read a book. None of the navigation controls work. I am stuck on the first page. I can't use the mouse or keyboard or the menu items to advance through the book. Adobe Customer Support is also useless here--they have no support, and they simply shunted me over here, where there is no support.

Hi, Is it ppossible to add another email account to my adobde digitial editions? I have one email under my company email to read the books authorised under that account. And another to read the books under my personal email. Is it possible to switch between 2 accoutns on the same device? How do I do it? Also, is it possible to combine both email accounts into one? Thank you!

 I  need Adobe to remove the authorization on my Digital Edition so that I can add the e-book that I bought.  I uploaded it on my old computer and now bought a new computer. I followed the information provided for me on Adobe support. Now when I want to load the file on my old and new computer it says that is uploaded or added in the library, but both libraries do not have the book. 

I am trying to find the user manual for Adobe Digital Editions 4.0. It is supposed to be here "Getting Started with Adobe Digital Editions 4.0" according to an Adobe Employee post back in 2018. I get an error 404 page not found now.  Where can I get the user manual now?

My document is not opening, says CONNECTION ERROR DETECTED, because of my internet connection ! But my internet is working great and it's really urgent to open that acsm doc. Please help asap.

 I have succesfuly authorized my Adobe ID on MAC , but it has occoured this error when I have added Epub book into library . I have copied from android the file epub , what other file has required for a correct uploading and reading of the epub with DRM via ADE ?

Je suis incapable d'ouvrir un fichir acsm sur ma liseuse malgré que l'autorisation soit effectuée. Le fichier ouvre sur mon ordinateur, je peux le transférer sur la Kobo Clara, mais je suis incapable de l'ouvrir sur ma Kobo. Il me dise que je n'ai pas l'autorisation. 

I can download my books to digital editions but am not able to download from digital editions to nook e-reader, error messate E-10-write.  Failed to write to destination file.  I downloaded some of the books then it just stopped working.  Please help 

I installed Adobe digital editions on my iPad and tried downloading ebooks to the app but after downloading some ebooks the words error licensing keeps popping up and isn't allowing me to download any more books. I've tried deauthorizing Adobe then authorizing again that didn't work I deleted the app and reinstalled and that didn't work either. I even restarted my iPad and made sure it was up to date but nothing worked. Anyone have any ideas of how I can fix this issue?

We are aware that individuals may install Adobe Digital Editions for free. However, we need to know whether the license terms allow tech support staff to mass install ADE in student computer labs. Please clarify those license terms.

I have a new laptop and I installed adobe digital editons to it. On the old laptop I de-authorized the computer to adobe digital editions, and authorized the new laptop. I still get the message copy not allowed when I want to transfer the book I have dowloaded on ADI to my Kobo E-reader.  What to do?

Each time I download an ebook, it comes out in acsm file and I cannot open it with the adobe digital edition app (4.5) on my laptop. Can anyone help please?
