Hi All,  I'm hoping that someone can help! my ADE on my computer was authorised using my Adobe ID, and when I tried opening a book purchased via google play books I recieved this error   I suspected that it was because my adobe ID and my Google ID do not have the same email address and my ADE was only authorised with my adobe ID. So I de-authorised my computer and tried authorising using my google account but I keep recieving this error: Any ideas?

Hello everyone, I'm facing an issue transferring an .epub book to my Kobo Clara e-reader :1) I bought the book on a website, downloaded the .ascm file and added it to Adobe Digital Editions on my computer.2) It's perfectly readable on ADE, but I need it on my e-reader.3) I transfered it to my e-reader, which is connected with my Adobe Digital Editions ID.4) When I used the e-reader, the book didn't even have a cover, the thumbnail was only a white page with the title of the book. When I try opening it, it's just a blank page and it's over, the book is marked "finished". I used the exact same procedure for another book and it worked fine, so I don't understand why it isn't now. Do somebody know how to fix this issue ? Best regards

Hallo,seit einigen Wochen komme ich nicht mehr in mein Adobe DRM Digital Konto. Wenn ich versuche, ein Buch zu öffnen kommen die Meldungen, die ich als Anlage sende. Ich habe inzwischen alle meine Konten (von denen ich wusste) gelöscht. Allerdings habe ich jetzt gelesen, dass ich nicht nur löschen, sondern auch hätte deaktivieren müssen. Leider habe ich keine Ahnung, wie ich das hätte anstellen sollen.In einigen Adobe Hilfeseiten habe ich gefunden, dass das Konto zu resetten ist, allerdings nur über den Kundendienst. Dafür finde ich aber weder einen Link noch eine Telefonnummer.Kann mir einer helfen ?Im voraus besten Dank und viele Grüsse 

Bought a new computer. Was using ADE 3.0, which is not available anymore. It needs a Microsoft program that is not available anymore. I installed ADE 4.5.12.112. I authorized my computer. I then downloaded a book from Overdrive. I cannot copy it to ADE.

Bonjour,Je viens de télécharger ADE sur mon PC mais au lieu d'avoir les onglets ci-dessousj'ai ceux-ciet je ne peux rien faire. Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider? 

Ho installato ID digital editions sul mio computer con il mio ID. Adesso dovrei rimuovere l'autorizzazione perchè ho problemi con un e-book che ho comprato ma mi quando provo ad inserire la mia password per rimuovere l'autorizzazione mi segnala che la password non è corretta mentre io sono sicura che lo è. Ho provato anche a modificare la password ed inserire la nuova ma nulla, non mi consente di farlo. Come faccio ad eliminare l'autorizzazione e ad inserire i miei dati ID?Grazie

I downloaded the Adobe Digital Editions application and book just fine on my Windows 10 laptop. Works great.The problem comes when I try to read the book on another device. I download, install, and authorize the app on a Surface Pro 4 and an android phone, in neither case does the book populate. I moved the *.acsm and pdf to the Surface and it populates, but when I try to open it I get W_ADEPT CORE_WRONG_DEVICE.On the file that does work it says viewing on a single device (copy/print on any), but I can't see how to disable it on the laptop and put it on my Surface, if that's the issue.I've never used Adobe Digital Editions before and I uninstalled/reinstalled ADE from the Surface, same problem.

Als ich den provider Cablecom gewechselt habe, hat dieser mir mein Hispeed Mailkonto sofort gelöscht. Das Problem ist nun, dass ich alle Ebooks unter diesem Konto angelegt hatte und diese deshalb nicht mehr öffnen und lesen kann. Kann mir da jemand helfen? 

I am trying to deauthorise my ADE account used to access some old books but it says my password is wrong.Adobe support says log in to accounts.adobe.com with the credentials and reset. But this does not work. It looks like the ADE account that uses the same email is different.Can anyone help please? I cannot find the answer on the Adobe support pages.

I have a problem, which a lot of people described since Sep. 2015 and which was not solved up to now.Independently if it's a PDF or epub at any page of a printed document an area of 1 to 2 cm at the right side as well as at the bottom is cut off.This is independent, if I use a HW printer or a PDF printer (e. g. Microsoft print to PDF or PDF24). There little differences depending on the page size of the original document and the printed page size. The best seems to be Letter format for printing with the smallest missing printing areas. But in general the problem exist with every combination.As I found in other discussions the problem appeared with Windows 10. I am also using the newest Windows 10 version.So I have following questions:- does anybody know conditions under which this behavior doesn't happen?- is there any workaround known?- when will Adobe offer a solution for this issue? (is there any public roadmap for open issues existing?)

I have tried everything I can find on the internet to fix the issue.  The issue:  I borrow a book from the library.  I download it, but ADE will not open the book.  If I can actually get the book into ADE the program freezes.  I reopen and the book is gone.  Anyone know what is going on with ADE?  Or a better way to get library books onto my Kobo?TIA for any tips/advice/help.

Hi guysI am not a person wo knows a lot about computers, so bear with me :-). Apparantly I have 2 IDs, one probably created with another Email address a long time ago. Now I wanted to re-read an old book again and wanted to download it into my DE library from the place I bought it from and was told, that that E-Lic was already fulfilled by another user. There is no one else in my household using DE so it is me :-). Now my first question is:How can I find out what my other ID is if I don't even remember what Email I might have used?How can I combine the two IDs so I have access to all the books? Appreciate all help on this, thank you!

Hi,I try several times authorizing my Kobo Clara HD, with different pc and different versions of Adobe Digital Editions(4.5 and 3.0). After I load the ebook, kobo show this message "Your eReader is not authorized to open this book". The Kobo Clara seems authorized by looking into settings.I also try a factory reset.Kobo or ADE needs an update? 

How do I open an acsm file? After installing the Digital Editions Download app (MacOS), I encounter a pop-up error message that simply says "Unable to Download"Further, it states:"Error getting License. License ServerCommunication Problem:ELLIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_AN-OTHER_USER" I am the only user on this new machine that never had Adobe Digital Editions installed before. Anyone can help with this error message? Hello! I have read "all" the gazillion posts and pleas for help on this well known and fun error, and have tried to fix it based on the ideas provided, but no luck so far. I have reinstalled, uninstallled, installed version 3, uninstalled and installed version 4.5 and latest patch. I have uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled and tried again. I have checked that I have the latest from windows update. All to no avail. It used to work fine, I could open / download based on the acsm from my library. I have done so many times during the last year. And then one day it stopped working, and you get this dialogue each time you attempt to open a borrowed title: > Connection Error detected.> Digital Editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet.  I also tried to re-borrow a title I previously borrewed, and tried to open it now - same error. (I have not tried the certificate thing t

My digital editions library appears blank. I've tried deauthorizing I've tried reloading ivevtrued an older version of digital editions can anyone help? Thanks

Good morning,I have tried using Adobe Digital Editions 3.0, 4.5, and 4.5.11, authorizing my computer with and without an Adobe ID, and deleting the registry key. None of these methods change the outcome of getting an E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TOO_SHORT error message when trying to download a book. Adobe "help" desk just sends me to this forum and refuses to provide any solutions as "ADE has been discontinued."

I followed the steps to sideload ePUBS from my local libraries to my Nook via Adobe Digital Editions. The app is authorized and the eBook shows up fine. However, when I plug my Nook into my computer, my computer recognizes the device but ADE does not. I've tried restarting, downloading an older version of ADE, and still the Nook device does not show up on the sidebar.  Any help appreciated.
