How do I transfer book from Phone ADE to PC

1)   Intento llevar a cabo la conversión de un libro y aparece el siguiente error:E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12   2)  Si pretendo abrir alguno de los que ya tengo en Digital Editions, aparece el siguiente mensaje:NO SE PUEDE ABRIR, LA CLAVE DE LICENCIA ESTA DAÑADA.

Hello, I have Adobe installed on an AWS Workspace in order to read some manuals.At first, we were able to read the manuals without a problem.Now, when we attempt to open the manuals, we receive the following message:message: Authorization NeededThis computer is not authorized to open the manal because this item is authorized to a vendor ID.To authorize your computer to open this item, enter your login ID and password associated with this item and click on the authorization button. Where do I get the information needed to fill in what is being requested?    

 I can’t open this item to read it and my computer is authorised. What do I do?  This is the error message it gives. The item/ebook I want to open is in ePub format not pdf.

Hi. I have cancelled one of my IDs in Adobe. Now, I want to download book from an online library to my tolino reader with my other ID, but I cannot, because the authorization of mi cancelled ID seems to be still activated. How can I cancel this authorization, or can you do this for me?

I keep getting this error when i try to open a book i downloaded in acsm format. Computer is authorized in my name. What can i do?

Adobe Digital Editions is presently not allowing me to access a book I have checked out of a local library. When investigating the issue it seems that I need to authorize my account, however, Digital Editions is already authorized to an account under an old e-mail that I no longer have access to (systemchalk@shaw.ca). When inquiring about the issue I was advised that there is no systemchalk@shaw.ca account. When attempting to erase the authorization for the @10982627.ca account, it requests a password which is being declined (either due to the account not existing or me not knowing the password and not being able to reset it due to no longer having access to the address).I would like to enable Digital Editions to use this, the appropriate Adobe account. A secondary concern would be the removal of the old account and/or its consolidation into the e-mail address I have proper access to.(Note: I was asked to re-post this by support. The situation has not changed since the original posting

This is the message i get when I try to authorise my kobo reader, since 1 year it work no problem, but I had to reset the Kobo and since I am not able to reautorise anymore. I tried to delete the "activate.dat" file and it still doesn't work. Dear Adobe on your web site it says : if your receive this message contact us.It as been several hours that I am trying to get help and they all send me to this community, and of what I read it looks like their is no help at all. Hope I will receive an answer to solve my problem.  Donna

Bonjour,j’essaye de lire un livre numérique avec ADE, mais l’identifiant (...@gmail.com) associé à ce livre ne fonctionne pas : une fenêtre s’ouvre indiquant que l’autorisation est en cours, mais elle n’arrête pas de « mouliner » même passé un délai de une ou deux heures.Je ne rencontre pas ce problème avec les livres associés à d’autre ID (emails de type ...@orange.fr ou ...@laposte.net).Merci d'avance à qui pourra m'aider. Jean-Claude Vignoli

Hi, After contacting support I was advised to come here (don't even get me started on how ridiculous that is). I have had ADE authorized for two accounts: Account A and Account B. I have 3 books: Book 1, Book 2 and Book 3 When I purchased Book 1, I authorized it with Account A.When I purchased Books 2 and Book 3, I authorized them with Account B In between then and now, I no longer have access to Account B and have reinstalled my OS several times (generating new User ID's in ADE). I was able to re-authorize Book 1 with Account A, but Book 2 and Book 3 give an error: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER I had asked support to reset the authorization on Book 2 and Book 3 because I no longer have access to Account B but they told me to come to the forums for help so a specialist can help me here. While I hope this is the case, I have to admit that the handling of my issue is so far below my expectations I am actually shocked I was directed t

I am trying to access my business 1220 ebook which I am on at least once a day but all of a sudden yesterday a square popped up saying I needed to authorize my ID and that my computer is not authorized to open the ebook which makes no sense because I have had no troubles with it so far. It is asking me for an adobe ID and password but I don't think I have ever done that before because when I try putting all the ones that might be it in it doesn't work and I have no idea what to do. I attached below a picture of what happens when I try to log in.

I try to install DigitalEditions with installer (on my Wondos 10 laptop) .Ik have an Adobe account. I use that same account (username and password) to use installer.exe. But every time it says: wrong username of password. What do I do wrong?

I changed computer and tried to use my books from my ADE library. Does not work as ADE 4.5 does not open. I changed to 3.0 and I could reald books that I had already in my library but cannot upload any new. It gives me error message that check activation. What activation I need to do?

This is ridiculous. Why can't you write a piece of software that doesn't 1) randomly de-authorize my Kobo reader 2) randomly crash, then when I restart it shows an empty library (rebooting the entire system seems to fix this, for now) 3) screw up when two separate Win 10 users on one machine try and use it for separate libraries and readers?It's 2020, can you write software that doesn't act like it was written in someone's basement. I'm really, really, tired of years of this nonsense. Once again I'm trying to load a library book to my Kobo, and first you tell me my reader's not authorized (it was 2 days ago) and when I try to reload the book into ADE, my library disappears first, and then the book. 

Hello, I have had access to my books since august, and i tried logging onto a book today although all my books have a message saying that its missing and when i try to open it is says that the original file is missing. Can someone please help.Kind regards,Maya

my problem is that I downloaded the app with another username which I provided to buy the book and downloaded my university book there on my mac but I wanted to have my book on my iphone as well. I downloaded the app I can’t log in with the same username as I bought the book and downloaded on my laptop, It says There is no username or email such as that. It is so frustrating that I can not find the solution almost 2 hrs and customer service is a complicated process here. I have exam and not able to use my laptop. Someone should help

I am unable to utilize .acsm files to download EPUBS using the Adobe Digital Reader. I am specifically getting a "Error getting license. License server communication problem: E_adept_document_type_unknown." Please help

I recently downloaded an epub to Adobe Digital Editions on my laptop. But when I open Adobe Digital Editions on my android phone, the epub is not there. This has happened several times in the past.

When I try to download a book from the public library I get the error code : check activation on my screen : Adobe Digital Editions. What do I have to do? It's the first time that I use Adobe Digital Aditions. Would it help to uninstall the programm and to install it again?email : voor.annie@gmail.com 

Sir  While trying to activate the Adobe digital edition,I see the message" too many activations." Despite deactivating one device,the same message is displayed. Kindly help
