Hi there. My Kobo eReader is driving me nuts! My daughter recently purchased one to get books from her library and I just can not get ADE to transfer them properly. I have done all the activation and all the process to get it to copy the book onto her device, but then the title of the book just stays black and when I click on it, it says this message:Your eReader is not authorized to read this book. This book is protected by Adobe DRM. Because you previously deauthorized your eReader, you need to reimport the book using ADE.BUT, I have done all of this and still books have a blank black picture and don't allow me to open them! No one (Kobo or ADE) seem to be able to help and I am getting frustrated. Has anyone else had this issue? 

Getting [library] error E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12. Library's Help suggests de-authorising and re-authorising computer (desktop, Windows 10). In ADE 4.5, am unable to erase authorisation of computer: get message "Unable to erase authorisation. Please try after some time". I have been downloading library e-books for years, this is the first time I've had this problem. Any suggestions? Thanks,  JS

I can't search for a specific book in a bookshelf in Digital Edition, either by title or by author. I have more than 4500 books, and it's really hard to find a book just by scrolling when you have so many. Anyone have any ideea?

Hello, I need to authorize a new computer in digital editions to be able to access the eBooks I bought a few years ago from Cisco Press. I am using DigitalEditions 4.5 on MACOS High Sierra.  When I navigate to "Help --> Authorize Computer" I cannot find CiscoPress in the list of VendorIDs. Can anyone help please? Thanks in advance Miguel 

I purchased 5 eBooks via Takealot in 2018. I've managed to download 3 of them but I encounter the following issues on the remaining 2:"The token is not available""This item was iriginally downloaded with a different user account or Adobe ID..."I've added the 2 accounts I'm aware of so I'm not sure if there's another account causing the conflict in point 2 above. The book with the token issue is linked to a purchase of 3 other books that I could successfully download. Takealot's support team can't assist me so they asked me to contact Adobe. Please urgently assist as this is so frustrating not being able to access eBooks that I purchased.

Improvvisamente ADE non si apre, anche se nella barra delle applicazioni dichiari di essere aperto. E quando lancio il libro compare questo errore: Evasione di (nome del libro) e sotto: download dei contenuti in corso. Ma alla fine il libro non si apre. L'assistenza Adobe non è stata in grado di risolvere il problema. Mi ha indicato la comunità (ottima assistenza). Qualcuno ha avuto un problema analogo e come lo ha risolto. Grazie

Not sure why but it is not possible to view 2 page spread (as books are desigend to be read, 2 pages side by side). When reading about other posts regarding this topic it seems to go way back in time. Are there any plans in to fixing this? Because, if this is your default reader for .acsm files, it truly sucks.Please please please please please please plesae please please can this be dealt with, it is impossible to read certain books like this and becomes extremely distracting. 

Hi, I have a book on my phone but it doesn't show up on my computer i Digital Editions. Bove device are authorized, and are on auto download mode. I been on the forum/common, but can't find answeer. Tryed to log the account of and on, reinstall, unauthorize the program also, but it doesn't solve the problem.  Is there another solution that works?

I downloaded a book to adobe digital editions. It was working fine for a while and now it tells me the book is "missing" and the "original document file is missing". I do not know how to get it back.

lavoro su pc con browser Window 7.Ho un account personale ADE  come amministratore ,mia moglie sullo stesso pc ha un account ADE come utente Non riesco a scaricare URlink dell'ebook su ADE mi da il messaggio :E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER, in questo momento mia moglie ha scaricato regolarmente un libro in prestito dalla biblioteca per 14 giorni ,non sarà questo il problema?Non possiamo scaricare contemporaneamente asullo stesso PC? Anche perchè il suo percorso è identico al mio Users / Sandro/ dowloads 

I have been able to download the book in the ADE app on the Ipad, however, unable to view it in the laptop. I keep getting an error message saying the Licence key is no longer valid. Can you please suggest how I can access the book on the laptop as well? Thanks

I have recently bought a new computer where i had the digital edition app on my old computer having a couple of books there. I have tried to authorize my account with my new computer, but it will not download the files, because it say there is a license error, maype because i am using a new account for my adobe, but i can not remember the old one, can you help me out? 

Ich habe den PC gewechselt. Nun kann ich die Bücher nicht mehr auf den E Reader laden. Authorisiert habe ich den neuen PC bereits. Was muss ich tun damit es wieder funktioniert.

I am aware that a single Adobe ID can only be used to authorize up to 6 computers or devices and that erasing the authorization on these computers or devices does not increase the authorizations. A reset must be requested.However, is there a limit on the number of times that a particular device can be authorized?For example, can a single device be authorized, deauthorized and then reauthorized with different Adobe IDs an unlimited number of times? Or is there a limit on the number of times a particular device to be authorized?The context here would be a company having one device (say a Nook) but its employees having individual Adobe ID accounts authorized with their local copies of ADE. Each employee could then borrow the device, authorize it with their account and transfer and eBook. When they are done, they erase the eBook they transfered and then erase the authorization with their Adobe ID. Could this be done an unlimited number of times? Or would the nth employee find that they cou

Friends,I have deactivated my Adobe digital edition and pocketbook app in order to to reactivate it in other  mobiles purchased by me but the message shown is "too much activation"  kindly help.

Habe die neue ADE Adobe Digital Edition Version 4.15 auf meinen Laptop installiert. Der Laptop erkennt den Tolino-Shine3 aber weder im ADE als Tolino noch im Explorer als Laufwerk. Andere Geräte (Mobile, Fotoapp., etc) erkennt er ohne Probleme am gleichen USB-Kabel, nur den Tolino nicht. Welche Einstellungen sind nötig, damit der Tolino als Laufwerk bzw im ADE erkannt wird? Wer hat mir einen Tipp?

I have imported an Accounting Information Systems textbook to Adobe Digital Editions. When I exited out of the textbook, after highlighting the relevant chapter, it shows up as missing. How can I keep my highlighting when the textbook shows up as "missing." Please help, thank you. 

I had an old laptop and I used an eBook from a college SAT prep course named CollegePrepGenius on that computer for a while, however that computer crashed and I was no longer able to use it. After I got a new laptop, I began having trouble accessing the eBook, I kept receiving the error E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER. After several emails back and forth between the course, they directed me to contact Adobe. I have already tried authorizing the computer with both of the emails I could have possibly used, I have deleted and redownloaded Adobe multiple times, redownloaded the ebook. I am unsure of what to do now. If anyone has any idea why I am receiving this error or how to solve it please inform me.

"Error, Content already fulfilled by another user"  Adobe Digital Editions.How do I reset My account so that im able to download my books from Booksonboard.com after changing my email address, at the moment Im getting an error "Error, Content already fulfilled by another user" which would be my old account email address.thanksMichael

Hi! I am new here and tried to download a book from the online-library. Does not work because ADE has an authorisation of my Mac on an old mailaddress. If I click help I can not delete this address because that account has been cancelled. Also impossible to add a new authorisation. Please help??

I'm trying to authorise a newly built Windows 10 PC with my Adobe ID. My login credentials (email, password) work fine for logging into the Adobe website, but are rejected by ADE with the error message "Incorrect login ID or password for the selected eBook vendor. Please try again." "Adobe ID" is selected in the eBook Vendor drop-down; I've never used any other. Adobe support were stumped and referred me here. Any help or advice welcome. TIA.
