Digital Editions

I got all of my hardware " "Authorized"....HP laptop, Samsung tablet, LG Android Phone.  I can download a book to my laptop, but ADE is not simulataneously downloading it to my tablet or phone. Any solutions?

This is really annoying me.  I cant download any books from my local library and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling  ADE.  The only thing that might be relevant is I've changed ISP's but my old email addy is good for the next 12 months so am not even sure if changing ISP's could be a factor.

I am unable to deauthorize Apdobi Degital Aditions applicaton because I can’t remember password. I have tried going back to main adobi site and putting in a new password but new password is not recognized by ADE as well. Please is there anyone out there that can help? Millie 

i have tried over several months to try and get this to work at first everything was fine when i downloaded version 4.5 but now it won't open. i have tried different versions of it 2.0 /3.0/ 4.0  but none of them work i can not get it to open so i can't access by books from the library. i have tried several different fixes i have seen on here but nothing seems to be working. any help would be nice.

HelloI have just installed ADE on my computer and completed authorization for my computer.I then connected my ICARUS ereader to my computer and it appears in my ADE library. I authorized my ereader succesfully. I can drag my ebook to my ereader. Only when i open the ebook on the ereader, it appears as a blank document. Anybody experience with this? 

I have an Apple MacBook Air 2014 and I can not download Adobe Digital Edition. I have purchased an e book and I can not read it now. Where can I download it? My app store says it is not available and the main webpage refers to the app store.

I borrow books from the library and copy to my e-book reader, which is an iRiver Story. It has always workt well, but after a break for about one year, it doesn`t any more. Somebody told me that there is a file protect (DRM) installed in the system, and that would not support my reader. Adobe was said to support only iRiver Cover Story and iRiver Story HD, but not iRiver Story which is my reader.Anybody out there to tell me the truth?Håkan

When will the download issue be fixed?

After having to replace, then reset, a Nook device, I'm receiving a "too many authorizations" error (likely due to the replacements/resets of the Nook and my Kobo devices) and cannot get it reauthed either through the ADE app or through the device itself. Customer chat sent me here, so is there any way I can get my auths reset?  Thanks in advance!

Hello,I am switching to ADE on my iPhone and iPad due to Bluefire reader shutting down. I am having trouble finding where the expiration date is shown in the iOS app. This is in important since, as a bookseller, I read a lot of digital advance copies via Edelweiss and Netgalley. These all have varying expiration dates - some before the release date, some on the release date, and some after. All help topics I find say there is a banner on the book's cover with the "days left" shown, but these help topics seem to be specific to versions for Windows and Mac, not mobile devices. Any suggestions are appreciated. (and if this isn't information available in the iOS app, perhaps the Adobe developers could add that?)

I purchased a digital editions book and opened it on one of my computers, but I'd like to read it on another one. I authorized the first computer without a username.  I erased my authorization from the first computer and deleted the book from my library so I could try to open it on the second computer, but now I can't open it on either one.  I get an error message that says, "Unable to download. Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER."  How do I get the book back?  Unfortunately, in trying to transfer from one computer to another, I removed it from my library, so now I can't read it on either computer.

Hi there, I recently purchased and e-pub e-book on Hofer Life. When trying to add and authenticate it on Adobe Digital Editions, only 'Pocket Book', but not Hofer Life showed up as an option to authenticate it with. Thus, I can't authenticate it. Why is the e-book provider not showing up? Thanks in advance. Best, Felix

Hello,I have purchased an ebook and installed Adobe Digital Edition 4.5 on my computer in order to be able to read it. I authorized my computer with my Adobe ID and downloaded the book, and it worksed very well.If I understand correctly, I can have access to my ebook from another computer using ADE and my Adobe ID. However, I have tried that and it doesn't work. On the other computer, I opened ADE, authorized the computer with my Adobe ID but the library remains empty.Could anyone tell me how I could solve this problem?Thank you!

As it says. Keep getting stuck on dowloads. I've tried deauthorisation and reauthorisation. Same problem. I've tried an earlier version. Same problem. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Same problem. Please can someone help?

On the screen appeared a window with advertising messages (about the installation of the program). There is the following clarification: the installation of programs began after the opening of some kind of advertising banner, but not the main palette of Adobe.Apparently, the user did not carefully read the message. As a result, a whole group of programs was installed on the computer. Norton Security programs were also installed (several programs).After installing these programs, Windows 10 itself began to cyclically reboot continuously at intervals of 6-7 minutes.The point is that Kaspersky Anti-Virus (Internet Security) is already installed on our computer. We did not need to install the second antivirus software.I uninstalled some of the Norton Security programs, but still had a failure to reboot.At the moment ther

Got this weild reqeust when I tried to use indesign 2019, said I was signed into too many computers. Howevere two of them were on my desktop computer in which I use Adobe both on my admin and non admin. I had to sign out on my laptop which I also want to have access to. 

I bought an eBook a couple of weeks ago and I was able to download it to the computer but when I wanted to download it also on the iPad it doesn't let me do it even though I have my Adobe account installed and also the Adobe Digital Editions .. this is the message that appears: Has anyone had this same problem? How could you solve it?

I purchased an ebook and opened it in ADE without authroising.  I have now uninstalled and re-installed the programme and can no longer access my ebook.  How can I resolve this issue?

This Keeps coming up when i try to transfer to my kobo.  it has happened before but i just ogt a new one and wanted to but my library books on in i have tryed with online support and they say they can't help does anyone have any ideas

I changed my email address and have no longer access to my old email address. I used the old email address to authorize the computer. I cannot de-authorize the old account because I have no longer access to that account. How can I link digital editions to my new email account without de-authorizing the old one?

Hi,I just put ADE 4.5 on a Win 10 Surface Book pro. With Keyboard attached the arrow down/next page function does not work just like folks were complaining about in 2008.  Digital Editions 1.5 arrow keysAre there any suggestions?MB
