Digital Editions

I downloaded the Adobe Digital Editions App to my laptop at home so that I could access a book for school. I downloaded the book. I can access the book on my laptop. I want to know if when I'm at school, can I access the book by logging in online on a school computer? If so, how do I find the book?

Hello - I have an adobe ID that is linked to digital editions - I don't remember the password and I no longer have access to the email address that it is attached to.  How can we remove the authorisation from the computer - have tried deleting Adobe DE and reinstalling - multiple versions.  No luck.  Also tried to find the activation.dat file in my mac library - no where to be found.  Tried to reset my password, but it is going to my old email address and I don't have access to it any longer.  I have now set up a new Adobe ID with my current email address, but I can't link it to my ADE on my computer as I can't de-authorise my account that is currently signed in.  Happy to lose any content that is attached to this account as it was only library books which have since expired.  Please help, I have tried everything. 

Compré dos libros y se me autorizaron en la PC con un ID que había olvidado que lo tenía; en el ínterin saqué un nuevo ID y con este último pretendí autorizar los libros en una MAC y un iPhone pero me pide el primer ID y cuando lo coloco no se me reconoce.¿Qué debo hacer?

Hola,Quiero conectar me Ereader a Adobe Digital Edition y no lo puedo hacer. En la ocion de ayuda no puedo clicar en autorizar equipo. Por otro lado, en mi eReader cuando tengo que configurar el Adobe DRM cuando meto mi cuenta y mi contraseña me dice que esta mal y no lo esta porque en mi ordenador me meot con esa cuenta. Ho comprato un ebook dalla casa editrice liguori, sul pc dal quale ho fatto l'acquisto leggo tutto, ma non ho capito bene la procedura per poter leggere lo stesso libro sul mio secondo pc. Quali credenziali devo inserire su "autorizza computer"?

I have been using this for a couple of years with downloading books from the Toronto public library and all of a sudden I can't return books nor can I download new books - I keep getting a pop up telling me to authorize the computer - I tried, I ununstalled and reintalled the ADE app, but still no success - can anyone assist?

All of my highlights from 9 of my books suddenly disappeared      .  Is there a way to get them back? I tried updating the app but still nothing is showing back

I'm trying to use Digital Editions 4.5 on both my PC and my iPad. I've run into the complication that at various times I've used different e-mail addresses and passwords so I made many efforts to completely de-authorize  Adobe Digital Edition and start over with one email address and one password. But I can't get it to work properly. All I want is to be able to borrow books from a library and it doesn't seem as if it should be so hard. Can you please help me? Thanks

Last year I bought a book on pdf and when I try to open it now, it does not open. Can you please help me? I have deleted my account and opened a new one with the same id(mail), so I do not understand why I can not open the pdf.

I have bought a protected e-book from Bloomsbury Publishing. I have followed the procedure and the book was transferred in the Adobe Digital Edition but when I am trying to open the book I received a message <Unable to open the ''........'' - Error were encountered in this item>. I have installed and re-installed the ADE many times and I have erased the authorization and re-authorized the computer but the result it's the same.Please give me some solutions to this problem.

I am trying to authorize Adobe Digital Editions for my laptop, but it is taking too long. The pop up screen reads that it is authorizing and the green bar moves back and forth, but it stays like this for hours. How can I make the authorization happen?

I would love to be able to buy a version that would allow me to zoom in on text or images. Obviously, ADE is a minor product under Adobe's big umbrella, but if there is a way to pass this on to higher ups who have the ability to take action, I would appreciate it. Thanks

I would like to deauthorize the digital edition for all authroized computer, what should I do?

I downloaded the documents on my Macbook using my Adobe ID but cannot see ANY of the documents when I have "Authorized" my Adobe Id in the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 which I bought recently just to study when travelling. I have re-installed the app on the tablet many times without any luck. While downloading from the Play Store, there is a message which says that this App is not 'optimized" for this device. Can't Adobe fix this issue ASAP? Or we have to suck it up because it is free while they collect the licensing from the document publishers. !

Hi,I've recently changed my laptop and installed ADE on it. The old laptop has been reset to factory settings and there is no ADE on it anymore.On the new computer I've authorized ADE with an adobe ID. I expected to be able to see my previous purchases and be able to download them, but this isn't the case. My books section is completely empty.Do you know how this can be fixed? I think I've amassed over 150 books by now.Could you please help?Thank you!

Whenever i am scrolling through my e-book (acted study material) it takes a lot of time. same whenever i am highlighting some text, e-book freezes for some time before the highlight appears. i am using version 4.5.10.185749Kindly support.

Hello,Why isn't e-reader Kobo Clara HD on the Digital Editions Supported Devices list jet? I urge program management to promptly update the list. Or advise why I can't move borrowed books from ADE to my e-reader although it is properly authorised.Marko

I can't download a digital book from the library... it gives me this message in ADE: Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEYI've had this issue before and it was fixed by colating my three devices. now the problem is back.

I purchased an ebook with DRM (ACSM file)  - installed ADE (Digital Edition 4.5) and downloaded the book. I can open it in ADE normally, but when opening in Acrobat Reader DC I´m getting the message "There was an error opening this document. The security plug-in required by this command is unavailable." I want to open the pdf so I can print it - when I try to print directly from ADE, the formatting is all messed up. Any help is GREATLY appreciated

I have selected library sync on 2 Apple Mac devices shown below operating on version 4.5.10.185749 but the books are not syncing:I am looking for items to sync, like amazon Kindle. Is this possible with ADE?
