Requiero apoyo ya que descargue dos libros, pero despues autorice el equipo en Adobe D. E. despues ya no pude abrirlos, desintale el software y elimine el registro de windows como lo indican, pero al volver querer abrir el archivo me dice que requiere autorización,  le doy mi usuario jcarlos_ver@hotmail.com y mi password ********, el mismo con el que entro a la pagina, pero me dice que :Que tengo que hacer para corregir el error, gracias.Juan C Gutierrez

Everything was working well until I had to reinstall Windows 10. Now, when I tell the library to download a book, ADE opens, but no books appear -  nor do they appear in the My Digital Editions folderI deleted ADE and re-installed it.  I tried it in Safe Mode, but that didn't help.Expert help requested

Hallo!Ich bekomme die Fehlermeldung, das Buch wäre mit DRM geschützt. Ich müsse den eReader mit der Adobe ID über ADE neu aktivieren. Leider komme ich hier aber nicht weiter. Über Hilfe würde ich mich freuen. Vielen Dank!

I clicked return book and it duly disappeared but the library still lists it as borrowed

I am trying to copy a downloaded book from Adobe Digital Editions to a Binatone ereader, but I get an error message saying i don't have permission to copy. Is Binatone compatable?

I subscribe to Adobe's PDF Pack program. I have combined files in the past without any troubles. However, since yesterday, I cannoy combine files due to a constant error, "Could not complete your request (400). An error occurred while trying to complete your request, and it could not be completed."Is this error due to a down server on the Adobe side of the program? If Adobe does not have any services that are down, then why am I getting these errors now?! I've been combining .pdf files for the past 4+ months without any troubles. Why am I now getting a "(400)" error code when trying to combine .pdf files?

When I want to to start Digital Editions most of the time it does not open. It tries to but kind of freezes at a certain point of the process. When conditions are perfect - and it is not possible to say what they are - it will sometimes successfully work.Can anyone please help me?

Since Win 10 update KB4476976, the up/down arrows no longer work properly in e-books to change pages in v4.5.10.If I go back to Library and open the manual, Getting Started with Adobe Digital Editions 4.5, then the down arrow works to turn just one page and quits.If I close ADE and then reopen it, in the ACE manual the arrow keys now all work fine.If I open an e-book the arrow keys don't work at all.   If I close ADE and reopen the e-book the arrow keys still don't work.

I renewed my subscription with a new credit card but since doing so it's not allowing my to access the Adobe Programs I need. How long does this typically take? Do I need to do anything?

I have forgotten the password for my Adobe ID account and the "registered" email address linked with the account is no longer valid. As per the instructions on the web page I have contacted Adobe Support who have directed my to this forum.The first issue raised by the "support person" was that I have not any premium (paid/planned) products. The second issue was that they cannot change my email address to a new address although he could add a phone number to the account. The third bit of advice was to direct me here to the experts where it doesn't appear that this problem has ever been solved.Given the information posted on the website under the discussion title and the need for someone from Adobe to actually assist me, I am very perplexed as to how I am supposed to resolve this issue. Hi all,I have purchased an ebook awhile ago and used my old PC to download and read it. I didn't authorize a particular account but the PC. I have the pdf file on the SSD of the old PC, but when I add it to the ADE library of the new PC, I get an error "Document is licensed for another user account". I can't load ACSM files into Digital Editions.  (see errors below).I repeated the following steps to resolve the issue three times.NOTE:  A 2nd computer is running Digital Editions without an issue.I performed the best clean uninstall of the existing Digital Editions software.Rebooted the windows 10 computer (Surface Book which was working previously.Downloaded from Adobe the latest version of Digital Editions.Installed Digital EditionsI was not asked to 'Activate" digital editionsWhen I try to load an ACSM file into  DE I get errors (see below)NOTE: Valid ACSM file that works with my 2nd computerError! Check ActivationWhen I try to erase the DI activation, I get the 'Activation Server error".NO thanks to Adobe ==> I hacked the registry to remove the existing info. I have been trying to open a book I purchased forever and it is not working. In addition, it is impossible to speak to anyone and get help from Adobe, nor is it possible to get help through chat. The product is Adobe digital editions 4.5. I bought a book it said I needed to download and install it to my Mac, I did. When I try to open the download I can't. I can see it in my apps on the Mac but can't click on digital editions to choose it to read the ebook so I can't read the ebook. This is extremely frustrating. I need assistance.

Recently I had a computer crash (MacBookAir) and had to replace it (MacBookPro) and did a restore from the Time Machine.  Since then I cannot borrow books from the public library; I get the following error message: E_ACT_NOT_READY. Any suggestion how to fix this?
