Mac und Adobe digital edition: habe auf mac OSX 10.9.5 Adobe version 3.0.8 ersetzt mit 4.5.9. Kann nun aber nicht arbeiten, weil die Menüleist nicht aktiv ist. Warum? Danke für Hilfe

Hi I entered an incorrect email address when purchasing the premiere pro,  Now I can't get into my email to activate my premiere pro account there any way I can shift the package to my account???

I recently purchased an ebook via Google Playstore and downloaded it in the .ascm format on my PC at home. I also installed the Adobe Digital Edition along with it. In a fit of hastiness, I authorized the book without specifying an adobe id/password. The product did warn me that doing so will lock the book to that one PC and that I wouldn't be able to view it anywhere else. Is there a way to reverse this? How can I re-authorize my book with a proper adobe id/password (that I just created) so that I will be able to download the .ascm on *any* PC and be able to open it via Adobe Digital Edition?

I had Elements 11 on my Windows laptop but have changed to a Mac book which doesn't have a CD drive. Is there a version I can download to my Mac as I own the original?

Cannot get my Sony Reader to show in ADE.  My computer has been authorised.  Any suggestions please as to what I do next.

The link on the Adobe page for ADE 3.0 does not work.  Does anyone know how to access ADE 3.0 for a Mac computer?

Hallo zusammen,ich benutze Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 um E-Books auf mein Pocketbook zu laden.Jetzt habe ich ein neues Pocketbook gekauft, weil das alte defekt war und habe ein Problem, die alten Bücher, die auf dem alten schon geladen sind, auf das neue zu laden.Ich habe die Info erhalten, dass man pro Adobe-ID insgesamt 6 Geräte laufen lassen kann, es sollte also eigentlich kein Problem sein.Meine Frage ist jetzt, kann ich irgendwo einsehen, welche Geräte über meine Adobe-ID angemeldet sind und die alten wieder rauslöschen, so dass alle Bücher auf dem neuen Gerät laufen?Oder kennt jemand eine andere Möglichkeit um alle bereits vorhandenen Bücher auf das neue Pocketbook zu bekommen?Vielen Dank für Tipps!Viele Grüße und ein schönes Wochenende,Su

According to Barnes & Noble the only version I can use is the 3.0  On Dec 26 for some reason I couldn't download books.  I had to reload the 3.0 and then it was working alright.  Yesterday the .acsn file type was not in my defaults so I had to work with MIcrosoft to get that fixed but I still couldn't download my ebooks from my public library to digital editions.  I kept getting errors saying a previous version was detected and would I like to repair it.  I say yes and nothing happens.  Still can't download.  Normally I would get a downloaded file show up when I try downloading but that isn't happening so I don't know what in the world is going on.  I have removed everything and reloaded and reauthorized but nothing seems to work.  I worked with the chat people but now they say to get in touch with the forum.  Please help.

I have a brand new reader, first time user, I have installed the latest edition of Adobe Digital Editions (ADE)and I am getting the following error message: CE-COPY-NOT ALLOWED - vous n'avez pas le droit de copier ce livre  when I tried to put the book I borrowed from a library on it?How to resolved this ?

Downloaded eBook does not open Surface Pro Windows 10. System goes into not responding, then I have to terminate the program.  However, the book does open in separate Desktop Windows 10 PC.   Anyone else having a similar problem or have a solution?Thanks

Hi,I'm really wondering, if anyone know, how do i get in contact with adobe, how do i chat with them or call them?And my question is the following,I want to print out a pdf file that i saved in the program Adobe Digital Editions, but im not able to..It says File,edit, reading, helpI open Under FILE, and it says print, exit, so on,,.When i want to press print the text is gray and not black, so you can not choose the option Print. I don't know why. Im sure it would work i just don't know why. If i can open the file in the program then why can't it print it out?I tried downloading other pdf programs but this is the only one that works to open my pdf file in. I downloaded this book on google play and they told me to download adobe digital editions, and now when I want to print it wont work.I have tested my printer and it works. I bought a new desktop (Windows 10) after my old one died. I installed ADE and authorized my new desktop. When I try to copy over 100 *.ascm files of books I'd bought from Kobo.com, and that were on my "backup drive", ADE gives error message:"Unable to downloadError getting license. License Server Communication Problem.E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED-BY-ANOTHER_USER"I then bought another book on Kobo.com; back in "My Books", I then clicked on "Download" and again on "Download" and was offered the option of "Read in ADE". When I clicked on that, the book *was* accepted into ADE's library.Is there any way of getting my over 100 titles that *were* in ADE (on old computer) back into ADE on new computer?Thanks.Dave[Personal information removed by moderator.]

I have purchased an ebook however it does not automatically download the file.  It tries to open it with Adobe Reader DC instead and shows an error that the file is corrupted/  We purchased this from from a reputable company however they cant assist much further. I have followed the correct steps by creating an Abobe ID, downloading Adobe Digital Editions and authorizing my PC.

ADE is the most intriging aplication I stumbled upon because one knows that is not a prank but it behaves like a prank  and at the end nothing comes out of it.but I didnt came here to share my opinions but searching guidance ,troubleshooting  and hope because ADE is unavoidable in this realm and nothing can be done without it.

When I purchased my Dell Latitude E5440 in 2014, I purchased Adobe Acrobat Standard XI. Up until about 2 months ago, I was able to edit pdf documents and now I cannot. I am using Windows Pro 8.1. Can you please let me know how I can go back to editing documents?

Elke keer als ik ADE wil openen komt de volgende tekst op mijn scherm:Adobe Digital 4.5.9 werkt niet meer. Er is een probleem opgetreden waardoor het programma niet goed meer werkt. Het programma wordt gesloten en u krijgt een melding als een probleem beschikbaar is.Ik word er een beetje moedeloos van, want nu kan ik mijn net aangeschafte ebooks niet meer op mijn computer zetten.Wie kan mij helpen???

I downloaded the app yesterday and highlighted text on a good number of pages. Today, all the my previous highlights are still there. I carried on working today on more pages and highlighted additional texts. the app seems to have crashed and I lost all today's highlights; is there a way of recovering those? With thanks

Chek Activation".Ho già provato più volte a seguire le istruzioni fornite online, compresa la disattivazione e la riattivazione delle relative chiavi di registro, ma senza alcun risultato utile. I have recently switched computers... from Windows to a MAC. On my old computer I had Adobe Digital Editions 3.0 and I have now downloaded ADE 4.5 on my MAC.  The problem is that even though I can see library books on my eReader,  I keep getting a message that my eReader is not authorized to open the book... even though in Settings I can clearly see that the eReader is authorized.  I have removed ADE 3.0 from my old computer - prior to removal, I deauthorized that computer.  I have reinstalled ADE 4.5 on my MAC and even installed ADE 3.0.  I have authorized and deauthorized and then re-authorized again, rebooted - returned the book and re-borrowed, re-loaded etc.  But nothing works.  I can open the book on my computer.  I've added the Libby app to my phone... so it's not a question of whether I properly borrowed the book.  but it will not allow me to open on Kobo.  Very frustrating.  Any suggestions would be welcome. 

I have an IPAD pro and have few PDF documents on IPAD that, I   downloaded using Safari, and made them be available for reading via Adobe Digital editions. These are DRM free documents. I connected my IPAD to my computer , and attempted to transfer these PDF documents to  my computer using iTunes via the file sharing feature. Unfortunately, in the file sharing window of Itunes, I am able to view only  epub documents that were exist on the IPAD but the PDF documents are NOT being shown.Can someone please suggest, a way to transfer these PDF documents to computer or am I stuck reading them only on IPAD.I appreciate the help.

I have gone through every process to get my nook to read a downloaded library book but I still keep getting the "Loan token not found" error message. Both my computer and Nook are authorized, and I've deleted the adobe file off of the nook and restarted but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
