Hallo, wir haben 2 Tablet (Lenovo Tab 3 und Samsung Galaxy Tab A).Bei beiden kommt beim Versuch, die App Adobe Digital Editions zu laden, die Meldung Die App ist möglicherweise nicht für den Gerät optimiert. Haben trotzdem beim Samsung die App installiert und wollten von der Seite https://www4.onleihe.de/onleiheregio/frontend/mediaList,0-280-0-101-0-0-0-0-0-0-0.htmlEin Buch Laden. Wir haben auch eine Adobe ID aktiviert  Dieses hat dann die Titelseite geladen aber ohne weiteren Text  .Wie können wir unsere Tablet mit dem Adobe Digital Editions nutzen?Ein Tablet ist ja normalerweise hierfür konzipiert!Können sie uns helfen?

Hello,I recently downloaded a book/guide to Adobe Digital Editions on my iPad Mini 4 and noticed that the pages don't fill the screen - there is a large white margin to the right (see attached photo). I reached out to the publisher as I thought this might of been an issue on their end. He said the same problem had been reported many times and that it was a problem within Adobe Digital Editions. He encouraged me to report this to Adobe, so here I am.Any way Adobe can get this fixed?Thanks.

Hello, I have a purchased book from "Google books". When I read online, everything is fine, but when I put the “PDF download”, I get the “acsm” file and open it in Adobe Digital Editions, I see errors in the text as if it happened with inaccurate recognition, but as far as I understand this drm PDF The file is already rasterized. So the question arose: Adobe Digital Editions already receives a broken rasterized PDF or receives it as a text PDF and itself rasterizes, while errors appear in the fonts.P.S. I contacted Google, they said that they checked my case and problem in Adobe Digital Editions, and offered to contact Adobe. Those. still seems to fail with fonts on the side of Adobe Digital Editions. I attach screenshots, the title shows the difference. How to solve this problem?

The situation is basically this: My fiance and I use a shared "family library" with Google Play Books, so that each of us can read an ebook no matter who purchased it (you use Google's app to read them). We have two separate accounts, but the books (and other media) we buy can be viewed by either account. I have Kobo e-reader. If I want to read a book on it, I just download that book from Google Play and authorize it for the reader using Adobe Digital Editions. Simple enough.Now my fiance likes my reader so much wants to get one of his own, and we have questions.-Will we be able to "share" our library of ADE formatted books? Could we link accounts somehow or should I just use my ADE account for his reader too? Is this even allowed?-Can each book be authorized for two e-readers at a time? If not can we just change a book so it's authorized for the other person?As far as I can tell, Adobe has nothing to say on this issue. Any advice is welcome.

When I try to authorize my PC I get the Information that my adobe ID or my passowrd is wrong. With the same ID, password Kombination I get access to this forum, adobe online and I could authorize lightroom in the past.I need help.Thanks a lot S. Schreiber

I am using adobe digital editions for school, and I guess I previously had this software because my computer is already authorized. However, it is authorized under the incorrect account, i.e. not my student account. I actually have no idea which account it could be synced up with, I've tried every email and password I have used over the last few years but it's always incorrect. My library book downloads to Adobe Digital Editions for read only.  My Kobo Device is authorized through Adobe Digital Editions but when I try to download the book to my Kobo  I get an error stating that book cannot be downloaded because device is not authorized.  What is the problem?

I BOUGHT a Pdf from libreriauniversitaria.it called: "Analisi contrastiva delle strategie di cortesia nella lingua italiana e spagnola: proibizioni, richieste e ordini".This pdf is associated with Adobe DRM protection which has to be opened with Adobe Digital Edition. So I downloaded Adobe Digital Edition and I was able to read this pdf.The point is that I unfortunately had to format (actually it is called "ripristino" in Italian) my computer. After this, I can't open anymore this pdf. So I changed my password, but it said me this: "the vendor account is not associated with the item I am trying to open"How can I solve this problem? Why some of the books I buy are available in the "all the elements" and not in the "bought books" library? (names of the libraries are as they appear in Italian)It happens only for some books. The shop where I buy the ebooks is always the same, installation procedure remains the same, some books are loaded in the correct library, some are not, and they are available and visible only in the "all the elements" library.Can I add the bought book to the correct "bought books" library? I can't use anymore the MLOL app (an ebook reader) because each time I try to authorize my Adobe id an error says that too many devices have been activated with the same id...But it's not true!!!Please, solve this problem!!

Hi there! I have just purchased some books and I am trying to get them downloaded. I first had an authorization problem that I managed to fix but now ADE just crashes and comes up with 'not responding', every time I try to do something with my new books. I have however got older books from the same bookstore and they work fine. Please help.

Bonjour!C'est impossible pour moi de transférer un livre emprunté sur mon Kobo à partir du logiciel Adobe Digital. Ils me disent que c'est impossible de le copier. Lorsque je tente de changer l'autorisation, c'est inscrit que l'autorisation ne peut être alloué à un autre ordinateur. Pourtant, je n'ai pas ce problème lorsque le livre est acheté. Alors, je peux très bien le copier sur mon Kobo. Merci de m'aider!!!

Hi I entered an incorrect email address when purchasing the premiere pro,  Now I can't get into my email to activate my premiere pro account there any way I can shift the package to my account???

I recently purchased an ebook via Google Playstore and downloaded it in the .ascm format on my PC at home. I also installed the Adobe Digital Edition along with it. In a fit of hastiness, I authorized the book without specifying an adobe id/password. The product did warn me that doing so will lock the book to that one PC and that I wouldn't be able to view it anywhere else. Is there a way to reverse this? How can I re-authorize my book with a proper adobe id/password (that I just created) so that I will be able to download the .ascm on *any* PC and be able to open it via Adobe Digital Edition?

I had Elements 11 on my Windows laptop but have changed to a Mac book which doesn't have a CD drive. Is there a version I can download to my Mac as I own the original?

Cannot get my Sony Reader to show in ADE.  My computer has been authorised.  Any suggestions please as to what I do next.
