Bonjour à tous !je rencontre un problème après l'achat d'un livre sur Dunod.com qui impose de télécharger le logiciel Adobe Digital Editions pour pouvoir le lire.Après lecture des premières page, le problème apparaît je vous montre ici en image avant que ça se passe :Et là après que ça se passe :La page disparaît et je ne peux plus la lire jusqu’à que je défile :Vers le haut, elle réapparaît. Vers le bas je ne peux que la lire la partie basse puisque j'arrive totalement sur la page suivante quand elle se ré-affiche.J'ai essayé de changer la résolution, de réduire la taille de la fenêtre, de changer les options de vue (Pleine largeur, page entière, taille réelle, etc...) toujours le même problème.Je me suis dit çà va si c'est juste, mais le problème se réitère à toutes les pages suivantes à partir de la 8ème. EN gros impossible de le lire.Merci d'avance pour vos réponses. et Bonne journée !

Hallo,nachdem ich mir zunächst die aktuellste Version von ADE heruntergeladen hatte und sich das ganze beim herunterladen eines Buches so aufgehängt hatte, dass ich das Programm nicht einmal mehr schließen konnte, habe ich mir eine ältere Version von ADE heruntergeladen.Jetzt kann ich das gleiche Buch nicht mehr herunterladen, da folgende Fehlermeldung erscheint:Kennt jemand das Problem und kann mir helfen?Gruß Sophia

Unable to authorize ADE app in Android 6.0. After I type in email and password, the authorization button has NO EFFECT, it will not even respond with error message, its as if the button has not being programmed. When import ACSM file, my phone do not associate ADE with it, but other 3rd party app can pick it up.

When I try to enter ADE it says:RET_RECORD_CORE_INVALID_CLIENT_CERTClient certificate used with Digital Editions is invalid. Any solution?Thank you

when double clicking on ACSM file (downloaded from die Bibnetz Schweiz Onleihe. Startseite ) ADE opens. but then nothing happens. de-installed and re-installed ADE several times > after that, downloading of ebooks works for a few times but then does not again. shelf is always empty.

Hello, So in Adobe Digital Editions I am trying to authorise my computer as it is saying that my item is authorised with a Vendor ID. The thing is, is that it is not allowing me to select another eBook vendor apart from Adobe ID and my ebook is not authorised with this account, its ebook vendor is booktopia.  So now i am locked out from reading my book because it is claiming that an Adobe account is attached to the book when it is not. I hope this makes some sense and please help me! Thank-you 

I can't open any .acsm books, only epub books.I've tried downloading the new Adobe Digital Editions (4.5.7) for Windows, uninstalled it, reinstalled it, restarted computer. Any PDF ebook (.ACSM) I download from my local county library or the from sample Adobe library and it says "Unable to open". The computer is authorized. I then tried uninstalling the 4.5.7 version and installing the 3.0 version and opening the books but Adobe Digital Editions says "Error. Check Activation"The computer is already authorized and I can't unauthorize it no mater what I try. Any help?

Ive tried not signing in and it still gives the same error and that Adobe has stopped working and must close.

Adobe Customer Support,I had a hard drive failure, and got the PC back this weekend.  I downloaded and installed ADE, but can't get it to do much.  It downloaded one library book, and then stopped loaded subsequent ebooks.  When I went to click on authorize the PC, I was not able to do so.  I think that through the years, I have exceeded the six devices authorized, between new PCs and IPADs.  I can provide my Adobe ID being used, via an email from Adobe.Thanks for your assistance in this matter.Andrew McDaniel

I am able to enter search terms in the search box on the top right side of the eBook viewing page.  However, when I click the forward arrow, nothing happens and I cannot find the word or phrase I am searching for. PLEASE HELP!

Não consigo ajuda para pedir o reset das licenças do adobe digital edition, as opções que me são mostradas, sempre volta para mesma opção num looping, preciso de uma solução mais pratica.

Buonasera.Ho scaricato ADE dapprima su un computer hp che utilizza windows 10, e non sono riuscita né ad aprire la guida introduttiva presente nella libreria ("errore sconosciuto") né ad inserire il mio account adobe, in quanto quando seguo il percorso aiuto > autorizza computer il comando semplicemente non risponde. Ho seguito la stessa procedura su un vecchio computer toshiba con windows 7 e succede la stessa cosa. Ho anche provato a risolvere i problemi di compatibilità tramite l'apposito comando nelle proprietà del programma, ma non è cambiato nulla. Come posso fare per risolvere questo problema?Ringrazio in anticipo per le risposte.

I’ve been trying to view my school textbook on my iPad and it wont open. So I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, and same thing. So I deleted the book, and tried to reinstall it, and I have to reactivate the app. Wouldn’t be a problem if it would work! I type in my username and password and the dial just spins for hours. So Ive tried retstarting my iPda, I’ve tried it with and without wi-fi.. Nothing seems to work. Then, I saw on a previous forum to change the date to earlier than today, I did that, and can now view the “get started” on adobe, but still cant activate the app to download the textbook I need.. I keep getting an error message that reads, “Digital Editions encountered an error while activating”. And thats it. I need this book for my school notes and to study!! Please help!

How can I report to Adobe a broken link on their website?

all my library books can not be accessed or read...nor can I download newly borrowed books from library...each book is marked with a cloud and when click for item info it reads "unknown permission error" "!"....my computer is authorized....worked yesterday, not today...what's going on...does anyone monitor this site?????

I have just loaded the so called update for ADE and I get an error on all my digital editions ... I am also unable to uninstall - what is going wrong at Adobe?

Reading other discussions, I believe I encountered a common error today.I downloaded for the first time ADE and I can do nothing. Impossibile to autorize the software (the authorization window simply doesn't appear) neither on the pc or on the mobile.Is an issue that Adobe is going to fix?Thanks

Hallo.Adobe Reader Edition lässt sich installieren, aber es ist fehlerhaft. Ich kann das Program nicht autorisieren und die Datei, die auf der ersten Seite angeklick werden kann zwecks Hilfe für den ANfang, geht gleich auf Error.DAnn wollte ich die Datei löschen - das geht aber nicht, da der Computer immer behauptet, die Datei sei noch offen, obwohl alles geschlossen ist (auch laut Jobliste). Ich habe den Computer mehrmals heruntergefahren und wieder getartet, es kommt aber immer wieder diesselben Fehlmeldungen. Hilfe

I have downloaded Adobe Digital Editions, but get this error message..."Digital Editions 4.5 Installer.pkg" can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer. Your security preferences allow installation of only apps from the Mac App Store and identified developers. "Digital Editions 4.5 Installer.pkg" is on the disk image "ADE 4.5 Installer.dmg".  Safari downloaded this disk image today at 9:27 p.m. from www.adobe.comI am lost.. trying to set up my Kobo so that I can get books from my library.  The instructions say to click Help at the top of the screen to Authorize Computer.  There is no "HELP"   I have admin rights... do I have to change preferences to allow other developers to install?Help...

I'm developing an ePub 3 textbook with fixed page layout in portrait mode (this is necessary because the many figures in the book have to be aligned with specific text). ADE displays the textbook perfectly on my MacBook Pro. When I open the textbook in ADE, initially it functions well and I'm able to advance through the pages continuously using either the arrow keys on my keyboard or the arrow icons on the ADE window. However, if I use a page link in the text, the link works, but the advance by keyboard arrows or icon arrows stops functioning. I can get it to allow me to advance one page by clicking on the displayed page, but it will not advance continuously as it did when the book initially opened. The only way I can fix the problem is to close and reopen the book. Then the advance works normally until I use a link again which results in the same problem. The textbook was developed using Jutoh on a Mac. Any ideas on how to correct this problem are welcome.
