Digital Editions

Hello, I've recently bought an ebook, but I'm unable to download it in Adobe Digital Editions on Android. I get the following error when I try to open the acsm file: E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT. Please help. Thank you in advance. Best regards

Avendo avuto problemi per download ebook da biblioteca online mi è stato consigliato di cancellare l'autorizzazione in Adobe digital Edition, cancellare l'ebook da libreria e documenti e poi riautorizzare.Però il problema è che nella videata per cancellare l'autorizzazione c'è di default la mia vecchia email (che ho cambiato recentemente e risulta correttamente nel mio account di adobe) e non mi accetta la pass del mio account adobe. Non si riesce inserire quella attuale, quindi non posso procedere a cancellare l'autorizzazione.Nel file allegato si vede la videata per la cancellazione con email inserita di default che però non è quella attuale che è del mio id adobe. Sembra che Adobe digital non abbia preso la modifica del mio account adobe.Grazie e spero  di riuscire a risolvere

The error is:  "Unable to download Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: W_ADEPT_CORE_WRONG_DEVICE" The issue is that the user can get the .acsm file to work properly on one device. They try to install the app on a different device sign in with the same Adobe ID, and they get that error.  Please help. Thanks.

I am unable to open my ebooks on my google chromebook or iphone. Ive tried deleting and redownloading, deauthorizing, downloading with a different browser, and nothing seems to work. I keep getting two different error messages: Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN and Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:E_ADEPT_DATABASEanyone know how to fix this??

Bonjour, Sur l'image jointe, on voit un document acsm ouvert, le compteur de page en bas est 70(82/480), cela correspond bien à la table des matières à gauche, mais le document reste bloqué en page 1. Pour lui faire afficher la page sélectionnée, il faut refermer et réouvrir l'application Adobe. Le PC : Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 2, Win 11 23H2Le logiciel : Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.12.112 NB Le fonctionnement avec le même document est correct avec un PC en Win10 vieux de 10 ans et une carte Nvidia d'entrée de gamme de la même époque.  

Hi, I have downloaded the latest version of adobe editions and each time I tried to launch it, it just loads but never launhces (Windows 11). It only happens with the latest version. Does anyone has the same problem?

I'm trying to authorize my laptop so I can download eBooks.  I lost the id number a year or so ago. So when I try and create an ID, I get the above message. Adobe suggested editing the registry, but their suggestion didn't work. I was given this link; https://helpx.adobe.com/digital-editions/using/authorizing-and-de-authorizing-adobe-digital-editions.html , but as I haven't got the sign-in details, I cannot follow this procedure. Removing/reinstalling Digital Editions also doesn't work. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

The display of the text will be blur for some pages. This error is encounter on the iPad Pro Digital Edition app. Will the team look into it and improve the software? 

I have ADE since many years and it always worked fine.A few days ago my laptop (windows) run out of battery while I had ADE open. And ever since then the programm doesn't work anymore. It just doesn't open anymore. It doesn't even show up in the task manager. Just no reaction. I tried to uninstall and install again but it just does not work again. And I can't find any help for that. Anybody any ideas?

After succesful transfer of acms file to download folder I tried to open it in Adobe digital Editions, but I get the error message:" Download failed; Errror at license". (translation)I checked my Adobe ID but everything looked fine.Please advise

Bonjour, J'utilise ADE depuis à peu près un an jusque-là pas de soucis, sauf que dernièrement mon appli ne s'ouvre plus du tout, rien ne se passe. Et quand éventuellement une fenêtre apparaît on me demande de m'identifier pour autoriser l'accès à mes livres. MAIS, même là je n'arrive pas à avoir accès au livre, on me signale un problème d'autorisation avec le compte fournisseur. Ce sont des livres que j'ai acheté via Numilog (fichiers ACSM) pour mon concours (dans 3 semaines!), j'ai contacté le site, ils m'ont donné des nouveaux liens pour télécharger les livres mais rien y fait. J'ai déjà désinstallé, re-installé ADE, suivi une procédure donnée ici, mais je ne peux toujours pas ouvrir l'appli. C'est plutôt très urgent vu l'échéance de mon concours ! 

Eacht time I try to lauch the newest version of ADE, the application fails to lunch. I have windows 11. Can somone help me with this problem

If I load a book into digital editons, I can read and take notes and highlights. Have been working on something important for two weeks, needed to do a mac restart. When I opened digital editons all books were gone. It was as if it was the first time I'd used the app. I've tested it out, and anytime I close the app, any notes, highlights, bookmarks or personal bookselves dissapear. As if the app does a reset when it closes. Meaning I need to re-upload the books each time, meaning I can not close the app, for the next two months. if I am to keep using it. Please help..

The Windows version is a buggy mess. It just crashes on me. The IOs version is sluggish and they havent compensated for the way the screen is designed. There's literally a black bar cover the first few lines of text. Reading through some of the history here Adobe has not made any effort to make this app work for anyone. Shame. It's not like alot of schools use this school for us to access the books they want us to read for the classes. This app is so terrible I have to take a break from my education tonight to figure out how to make it run better... guess what. you cant... and its obvious Adobe doesnt give a damn.

When I try to copy epub books (.acsm format) into my DE app I see an error message - Check activation.  It has been working fine before I had my laptop upgraded with the new SSD cloned from the old and the RAM upgraded from 4GB to 8GB.  I am guessing I might need to unintall & reinstall DE (V3.0.1.9134) but wanted to check if anyone has a solution before trying this. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

I downloaded today the Adobe Digital Editions in my new PC and purchased 2 ebooks.  The first time I opened the program I saw my existing libary and after a short while the 2 new books too.  However after closing the program and reopening it later on, I cannot see the previous books of my library, I see only the 2 books I purchased today. I de-authorized the PC, erased the program, reinstalled it and re-aurhorized the PC multiple times, but to no avail. On my ipad, where I have also the ADE installed, I can see my previous library books but not the 2 ones I bought today.   I would appreciated it if you have any suggestions for tackling this problem.
