Hi,When I bought an eBook I was prompted to register an Adobe ID, presumably to link it to the eBook in question for authorization purposes, but I clicked download immediately instead and the option to register an Adobe ID disappeared. Now I cannot in any way seem to be able to open the eBook I purchased. I have tried to authorize my computer without ID, with ID, and I have tried a couple of different versions of Adobe Digital Editions (4.5 and 3.0).I get an error message saying:Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USERHow do I proceed?Any help is greatly appreciated. In advance, thanks for your time.Regards,Vegard.
¿Como puedo realizar sugerencias para la aplicación de ADE si el correo que ponéis me da error porque dice que me tiene que añadir a un grupo de outlook?
I have the same problem as many other users. Entitle Ebook Subscription was shut down in 2015, and now I am no longer able to access the ebooks that I have purchased. I have the ebook files in my ADE library but am unable to open them due to the vendor ID no longer working. Many users have inquired about this judging by the discussions I have found. However, no one has answered. How can I switch from Entitle DRM to Adobe DRM?? Or is there some other way around this?? Please help me!!!
The reader works fine until it needs to load a picture. When this happens the reader nearly freezes and scrolls with about 2 Frames per sekund. I can not seem to find a solution to the problem.
My Kobo e-reader was functioning very well with Adobe and library books - then suddenly my content was locked! the message on my e-reader is that I need to authorize my e-reader with Adobe, but when I plug it in, Adobe does not offer me the option to set it up, it just appears in my library view. I can't figure out how to re-authorize. Can anyone help me? I'm feeling a little desperate here! Many thanks.
I tried to add a book but got the error message "Error! Check Activation". I then learned I had to de-authorize my computer and then re-authorize.Now, the problem is that the option "Help > Erase Authorization" does not seem to exist. My only options are these [https://cdn1.cdnme.se/4167047/9-3/namnlos_59a1a8419606ee265093b641.jpg] and they do not help with the needed de-authorization. So how do I de-authorize so that I can read this god forsaken book?

Hi!I've recently bought a technical book (EPUB) and downloaded through Adobe Digital Editions (most recent version) for windows 10. At first it worked very well, but a few hours later, everytime I tried to open the book, it stopped working (it says "not answering" in portuguese). How can I solve this?It was a very expensive book, I really need to study and I'm getting really frustrated. Need your help, please.
I have adobe digital edition installed on my current laptop. I have purchased a new laptop and now I am wondering how to move all my ebooks form the old computer to the new one without having to move them individually. Any help will be deeply appreciated.
How do I transfer ebooks from Aldiko and Adlibris Letto to ADE on my Samsung tablet?
I was having issues with the program so I uninstalled then reinstalled, but now whenever I try to add a book it gives me an error message 'Error! Check Activation.". But there's nowhere in the program or on my account that says anything about activation. What do I do?
While Digital editions is in my list of apps it's not in the list of default programs and cannot be selected to open epub files. Acrobat always jumps in and tells me it cannot open that type of file. How do I get Digital Editions into the default programs list so as to make it the default?.Also, I have Adobe Acrobat as my default for ,pdf files but I still have to select it to open a PDF file. Surely having it marked as the default, that should not be necessary or is there some way of opening a pdf without needing to got to "open with"?
I've started downloading books from my public library, which uses Adobe Digital Editions (I had to download it to my laptop) and once downloaded, from there I was able to transfer the book to my Nook. I managed to do this for two books, but now it won't transfer. The book is in the Adobe Digital Editions library and it looks 'normal' when I transfer it to my Nook folder/bookshelf (drag and drop), but now I get an error message that there's no permission to copy (I've tried it with three different books now). Plus, I keep getting a Nook popup window to choose a program. And, the book is showing in my Nook's library but when I try to open it, it tells me the program is not supported. I don't know what's gone wrong since it had worked fine this past week.
Hello, I have re-installed windows 7 professional and I have installed again ADE 4.5 (I had 3 before), to use with overdrive and my public (U.K) library. When I try to transfer books to my Kobo e-reader I have the following issues: No permission to copy this book and when I open file and paermission I recieve this: The document is licensed for a different user account. Thanks
Installer for 4.5.6 keeps closing before install completes on Windows 10.5. I've tried shutting down the firewall and anti-virus, I've tried different browsers, no success. Here's a screen shot of what comes up each time. Any help would be much appreciated.

Ive been trying for 2 days to sign up and install adobe digital reader so I can read ebooks on my mac 10.6.8. I get a message that there's no application to read the book I downloaded yesterday. I can;t tell whether the digital readers have been downloaded or not, or whether they work in the first place. Does the digital reader allow me to download books on my Mac? How can I tell it it works or not? I got no informtion from adobe at all they just want to keep viewing my (overcomplicated) password--over & over & over. Live chat refused to help although I waited in line almost 2 hrs.

Today is my first attempt at buying and reading an e-book. I have no prior experience with Digital Editions. It just keeps giving me issues. It freezes during the transfer of the book into the program. The whole green bar shows as full, but the only option is cancel which doesn't work either. The program gives you an error that it is waiting for the program to respond, and you either wait or force it closed. I waited 2 hours for the book to import before forcing the app closed. When I reopened the app it showed my book, but yet again if you try to read it or do anything for that matter, the program freezes and you have to force it closed. I double checked that I had the most recent version of Digital Editions from the Adobe website, I re-downloaded the program, uninstalled, reinstalled, and tried again and i'm still getting the same problem. I removed the book from the library (as I figured that maybe it got corrupted considering it was force closed) and attempted to open the book in t
I downloaded an epub library book and after attempting to install it using Adobe Digital Editions my e-reader is telling me "Your e-reader is not authorized to open this book. This book is protected by adobe digital rights management (DRM). Because you previously deauthorized (fyi both computer and ereader are authorized) your ereader you need to re-import the book using Adobe Digital Editions."Have tried this process now a few times and get this error message.
I cannot Authorise my computer on Digital Editions no matter what I do. I have tried opening a new Adobe account but this has just not worked.
I have a Sony Reader and am trying to get ADE to recognise my device. No device authorisation option appears when I launch ADE.
