    Yes, it's about Digital Editions.

    I have the same problem. The above presented link is leading to a support page where one should choose the product and the plan.

    If you do so for Digital Editions the possibility to contact will be limited only to the forum where the same hint with the support page can be found and so on (loop).

    What do I have to choose on the page   Contact Adobe Customer Care to get to a chat person who can help???

    Contact Adobe at  Contact Adobe Customer Care​ via online Chat and ask them to reset your activation count.
