Digital Editions

Play store claims Digital editions won't work on my device. I have Android 14.

As a loyal subscriber to Adobe Creative Cloud, I've been paying a hefty monthly fee for the service, expecting to receive support and service accordingly. However, when I encountered problems with Adobe Digital Editions and asked for help, I was shocked to find that customer service was not only unprofessional, but also seemed to have no interest in solving my problem. This kind of indifference towards paying customers made me feel extremely angry and disappointed.Whenever I try to communicate with customer service, I have to face a long wait of more than 10 minutes, which is not only a contempt for my time, but also a neglect of my value as a customer. This poor quality of service and lack of efficiency has caused my impression of Adobe, a brand I once trusted, to drop to the bottom. Their disregard for customer needs and quality of service makes me question whether Adobe truly values its customers.Adobe's customer service is not only poor, but also very unfair in dealing with problem

Je suis incapable de mettre mon document en taille réelle. Toute la partie vue PDF est grise et en page entière. Comment faire pour être en taille réelle et voir les numéros de pages ?

J'ai installé ADE après l'achat de mon macbook air M2 en novembre dernier et j'ai pu emprunter des livres numériques à ma médiathèque et les transférer sur ma liseuse. Un mois plus tard, ADE ne fonctionne plus.Malgré la consultation de différents sites et de nombreux essais d'installations d'ADE, à chaque fois, j'ai le message suivant : " ADE a quitté de manière imprévue"Apple et Adobe n'ont pu m'aider et m'ont dit que je n'étais pas la seule à rencontrer ce problème!Quelqu'un a t'il réussi à régler ce genre de problème?Merci d'avance pour votre aide  

Windows:    Fermez toutes les applications.    Choisissez Start > Run (Démarrer) Run (Exécuter).    Dans la zone de texte Ouvrir, tapez regedit, puis appuyez sur Entrée. L’Éditeur du Registre s’ouvre.    Dans le volet gauche de l’Éditeur du Registre, recherchez la clé de Registre suivante : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept    Sélectionnez la touche Adept.    Choisissez Fichier > exporter.    Dans la boîte de dialogue Exporter le fichier de registre, sélectionnez Branche sélectionnée sous Plage d’exportation. Entrez un nom et un emplacement pour la clé de Registre de sauvegarde, puis cliquez sur Enregistrer.    Cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris sur la touche Adept et choisissez Supprimer.    Dans la boîte de dialogue Confirmer la suppression de la clé, cliquez sur OK.    Fermez l’Éditeur du Registre.    O

Bonjour, Je travaille pour un réseau de médiathèques proposant un service de prêt de livres numériques.Les usagers téléchargent des fichiers .acsm pour emprunter leurs livres numériques.Avec les dernières versions, nous rencontrons de forts dysfonctionnements de l'ajout des fichiers .acsm dans Digital Editions. Soit import du mauvais titre, pas d'import, messages d'erreur dont erreur E_STREAM_ERROR.Les médiathèques, nous inclus, proposons une solution de contournement qui est de passer par la version 3.0 d'Adobe Digital Editions. Mais cela n'est pas satisfaisant.Quelqu'un aurait-il une meilleure solution à ce problème ?Est-ce envisagé dans les développements de Digital Editions d'améliorer ce fonctionnement qui impacte de nombreux utilisateurs .?

cOMO PUEDO CAMBIAR UN LIBRO DESCARGADO EN TIPO ASCM A EPUB? 

I use Adobe Digital editions as librarian to download books from Netgalley. We removed some cookie files from the computer and ADE stopped working. I downloaded ADE from the Adobe website (most recent version), but after installation the program won't open. I contacted our computer tech support. They said the file from Adobe might be corrupt or maybe I needed an earlier version. I called Adobe and they said to check with Adobe Support community.  Any suggestions?

I have the Adobe Digital Editions installed on two laptops. Today I have uninstalled it from one laptop and now I cannot see anything on the other laptop. There is no book in the My Digital Editions folder.

I bought an image book that needs to be "two-page visualized".I can't find that visualization option.Thank you for your help.

Suddenly some products, regularly purchased in ebook format, are no longer viewable. I would also point out that the problem has only arisen in respect of some books, not all.

I changed from Sony Reader to Pocketbook and installed ADE on my PC (Windows10) and authorised with an Adobe-ID.. Some of my acsm-books – that I could read on my Sony – were converted without any problems, but on a few conversion does not work. First, I got the following error message: E_ADEPT_HTTP_GET_NOT_SUPPORTED. Now, I tried again, and the message is: check activation. Activation? Which activation? Where check it? Now it came even worse – I can’t read the book neither on the Sony or Pocketbook. Any solution?Thanks a lot for your help. 

The login for Adobe Digital Editions does not work for me. It always shows me how that my password and Adobe ID are incorrect while the login on the website works fine. Not sure if this matters, but I'm using 2FA and Adobe Digital Editions never asked for anything regarding my 2FA. It just outright tells me I'm using a wrong Adobe ID and password. I tested Adobe Digital Editions for Windows 10 and iOS. Both do not work.

In my free adobe digital edition can you, please remove or delete user id [email removed]  and user id [email removed] . Up to date because of these 2 users in my adobe digital edition I cann't sownload my ebooks in my librairy (in adobe digital edition ). My user id is [email removed] . Thanks for your help. What do I do if the ACSM file retrieves the wrong book?

Hallo zusammen, ich habe 3 Büchern für die Adobe Digital Edition gedownloadet. Leider dieses mal ohne Adobe ID (ohne Regestrierung). Der Rechner ist jetzt kaputt und die Büchern sind nicht mehr verfügbar.   Jetzt habe ich einen anderen Rechner und die Adobe ID habe ich auch eingerichtet. Le dí autorización al e reader en el digital editions, pasé los libros a él, pero me sale error de lectura. ¿Alguien sabe cómo hacer para poder leerlos?

I read ebooks all the time, but I am new to Adobe Digital Editions.  Other e-reader programs i use have options so i can change the background color and text color.Is there a way to do this with ADE?I need this option because the bright white background on the computer screen gives me a headache after just a few minutes of reading. No the books I am currently wanting are not available in another format, so I must use ADE if I am to finish the series I have started.Thanks for the help in advance.

Hola a todos,  Os agradeceria si alguien puede ayudarme. Recientemente me han regalado un Tagus Gaia Eco +. Yo lo quería para poder leer libros de las Bibliotecas públicas. Segun tutoriales he instalado el Aadobe Digital Editions y he autorizado mi ordenador. He conectado el ereader Tagus y no me aparece en ningún lugar la opción de poderlo autorizar pues en ayuda de adobe esta opción ya no me sale activa y tampoco no aparece en la columna izquierda como dispositivo activo.  He tomado en prestamo un libro de eBiblio y me permite leerlo en el PC pero no en el ereader. En el Tagus me sale la portada  y me pide que configure mi ID de Adobe. Lo hago (entiendo que está correcto porque solo aparece la opción de desactivar) pero cuando le doy al libro me lo vuelve a pedir.  Que mas puedo hacer? Alguien se ha encontrado con el mismo problema? Un saludo. Gracias
