Hi, i have downloaded a PDF / ebook on my Laptop PC in ADE but i can not see it when i open my ADE app on another device / Android tablet PC. I don´t see it in my purchases / librarylist at all. Both devices are authorized with my Adobe ID and enabled for automatic Downloads.thanks for advice

When I want to Download ebook, The program starts downloading and than freezes

Using ADE 4.5.5. Dowloaded book from ebooks.com.The default font size seems to be medium and won't change when I select other sizes.

Hi,When opening the book inside the library it goes to download then goes to the end and the following error appears - I have uninstalled and deleted the corresponding files from Appdata etc but it's made no difference.Thanks

Permite la descarga de un archivo con extensión ACSM el cual al momento de abrirlo me tira el error:Error de E/S en Solicitud de red.Verifique la conexión de red e inténtelo de nuevo........Detalle del evento:Error #2038--- fin ---Una sola vez pude abrirlo y guardarlo en PDF, pero ese PDF al momento de abrirlo con Adobe Reader una ventana me anuncia:"Este documento necesita funciones de administración de derechos digitales (DRM) compatibles con las ediciones digitales de Adobe. ¿Desea abrirlo con las ediciones digitales ahora? Aceptar - Cancelar". Al momento de Aceptar me abre el Adobe Digital Editions y no muestra nada.El libro lo compré y, como dije, una sola vez pude obtener el PDF, y es el que quiero abrir. Hi there!I have used ADE to transfer my library books for years.  This year, I started having problems.  I am perfectly familiar with the programs, so it is not that I am not facilitating the transfers correctly.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  Unauthorized and reauthorized.  I have done this the short way in ADE and the long way through regedit.  I have tried running in Administrator vs User.... I tried to take a crack at it today and took the first immediately available book I could find to give it a go.  Again.  To no avail.  I was hoping you could assist me.  This is the error I am facing (note: I've removed my email address from the second picture, I do have a valid account.):Help would be great!  Because this has frustrated me enough to need a second cup of coffee. lol

Abro ADE, voy a la opción Agregar a la biblioteca y seleccione el archivo .acsm, que es el que he descargado  después de pagar un libro en una tienda online. Aparece un cuadro de diálogo que dice "Descargando (título del libro)" pero aparentemente no hay descarga. Tras unos pocos segundos el cuadro de diálogo desaparece y el PC entero se bloquea, de forma que tengo que reiniciarlo. Mi PC está autorizado y he incluido el Adobe Digital Editions para que Firewall permita la descarga. Por qué me sucede esto?.Gracias

Hello, By mistake I downloaded ADE without giving my ID so it has become impossible for me to transfer the books I have bought to my Bookeen.I have made numerous attempts to erase the ADE program and uploading it again, I have tried changing my ID, to absolutely no avail. My computer seems to be recognised by ADE as unauthorised to transfer ebooks to another device.HELP ! This is driving me utterly mad. I have bought an ebook device specifically for going on holiday on Friday and am unable to use it. If this cannot be solved by Friday I will definitely give up using this and ever going back to ADE.Please tell me how to solve this. I can try to go on live chat only on Friday 17th July morning if you will give me the link to the chat (can't find it on ADE website).Help please!

I was always using Digital Editions, until one day I couldn't open the app anymore.It just doesn't want to start anymore. Nothing is happening. I tried deleting it and reinstalling, but that doesn't help.Can anybody help me? As it is the only reading app I have found which is great.

I have the text setting to "large".  The little white boxes still have tiny text.  You can see it's a fraction of the size of the green text.  Please help.

Hello, I'm a noob and may be missing something.  In my Digital Editions reader I want to change the highlighting color.  The settings icon I see in the library is for adding bookshelves; the settings icons inside the e-book are bookmark and TOC options.Maybe it's not even possible to change the color?  Seems like there ought to be a general settings button though.So far not pleased with this product.  Of course, it was free . . . you get what you pay for . . . I have 2 other apps for e reading but neither of them allow highlighting.TYIA!

Hi I just installed tthe Digital editions, and select authorization with my Adobe ID. When i try to open a file, it says: "E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED(BY_ANOTHER_USER".Any ideas on how to solve it?thanks Ines!

I was told to post here to get my Adobe Digital Editions activation limit reset. I was having trouble with my Kobo and wiped it/reinstalled ADE too many times while trying to solve my issue. I haven't been able to use ADE in weeks. Screenshot of error is included.I posted asking for help over a week ago but no one responded. I was on chat support for 1.5 hours and all they ended up doing was telling me to come back here. I'm very frustrated.

Hi I've moved from a Sony ereaders to a kobo. ive lost the DRM on the books I bought for my Sony and can't move them to my kobo. Ive downloaded digital editions, but can't transfer the books into D.E.  as I need to enter an adobe password and can't remember what it was and the email address I think might have been associated with it no longer exists.......I know it's a mess but don't want to lose those books....

Hello.I have encountered an issue with Adobe Digital Editions with a recent purchase and have now permanently lost access to an eBook I haven't even read yet.When trying to contact Adobe, I receive a closed chat as my only method of contact. Sending an e-mail to support@adobe.com receives an automated 'inbox not monitored' response.Is there actually a way to contact Adobe, or has this wealthy, multi-national company outsourced its entire support team to a community of volunteers?Thank you.

Hi! I've been using ADE to transfer Overdrive ebooks from the Toronto Public Library to my Kobo since I received it few weeks ago, but today when I tried to download an ebook from the library website it started the download, but when the progress bar reached the end it froze and the program stopped responding. I have tried closing the program and retrying the download several times and the same thing happens.When I re-open ADE after force closing it I do see the ebook I was trying to download, sometimes multiple times, so I have attempted to transfer it to my Kobo, however ADE stops responding as soon as I start the transfer. I have tried to transfer both by dragging and dropping and by right-clicking the title in my library.I tried uninstalling ADE using the default uninstaller and reinstalling it, and got the same result. I tried uninstalling ADE using Revo Uninstaller so that absolutely everything to do with the program was removed, then reinstalling it, and got the same result. I t
