I bought 2 ebooks from HPE Press.I think I screwed up authorizations by using two different Adobe IDs.Initially I used this option "I want to authorize my computer without an ID".Then I used my personal email id and then my official email ID.Now I am not able to open the URLLink.acsm with any of the ID.Also I am not able to open without an ID.Got totally locked.Please help me in sorting this issue.

Hi, I downloaded my book for school.  I was able to read it yesterday.  Today when trying to open it, It says i have "an internal server error."  I delete the book. Then try to download again, I get "error: check activation"  How can I fix this?  I need to finish my HW in 1 hour.

HI, I have been using Digital editions 4 to download EPubs from my library. 2 books last week and everything worked fine. Today I checked out 2 more books from OverDrive. The ACSM downloaded, the epub downloaded, the EPub won't open. The Epub download size seems about right, simular to the 2 last week, and the week before, and the week before, and the week... But today:Errors were encountered in this item: Location/volume/My%20Documents/My%20Digital%20Editions/The%20Bourne%20Deception.epubthe 2nd epub has the same failure.I cleared my Chrome cache, deleted all of any ACSM files from previous downloads, deleted all the existing downloaded EPUBs (expired), re downloaded the ACSMs and subsequent epubs only to receive the same errors, I changed the locations of the ACSM files to download to a local drive and the epubs re downloaded and same error.I erased and then re authorized my computer, repeated, rinsed and ... same error.I un-installed ADE, cleaned my registry, rebooted, re-installed

I am running Win 10 pro and have the latest version installed. On download if an EPUB book from my library the program after a while is not responding - i get the title and cover of the book but the number of days is not there.I then checked out another book thinking that maybe the book was the problem. The next book seemed to download without a problem but the cover did not show on the borrowed book shelf - there was the name of the book and the number of days until it expires.Neither book will transfer to my Nook. Here is a screen shot of my last try. First book is now showing the expiration days and the other one still is not showing cover page. neither will transfer to my Nook.

When I downloaded ADE it picked an old email of mine as ID and some password. It never asked me for this info and now I can't change the authorization because i don't know the password and I can't access this old email. Help!!

For three years ADE worked well. Yesterday when I opened ADE my library had disappeared. I cannot figure out how to get the library back.  Can anyone help with this? Thank you

I have purchased the Pro DC.  Had if for a couple months now.  About 2 to 3 times a week it gives me an error message that I need to uninstall and reinstall.It is on a Dell Tower, Windows 10.What do I need to do to fix this so I quit wasting my time?For the money, I shouldn't have to keep doing this.

I bought an ADE protected book on Google.The book gives an .acsm d/l file which I have tried adding to ADE 3.0 & 4.5.Every attempt to open the book with ADE fails with E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TOO_SHORTmsg.I can see that ADE is 'correctly' activated to my id in the computer authorization dialog.I have waited over 1 month for google to provide a solution.  Finally they have just told me to come here  , I had already & seen comments saying use v.3 but I still can't get past this error.Any help appreciated.

ADE will not accept my e-mail address and password to authorise ADE, Ihave changed my password but still no result.

Ι recently bought a series of books in Greek which all have the same problem. One for example will do:The name is: Εικονογραφημένον Βοτανικόν - Φυτολογικόν Λεξικόν: Τόμος Α΄The link is: https://play.google.com/store/books/details/...Τhe problem is as I will describe you. I can open and read the book(s) online and use as well the very useful search tool through the book (and this is really useful because it is a dictionary and what is more useful in a dictionary than a search faculty). So far so good.But when I am downloading the books in my laptop and run it through ADE (adobe Digital Editions) the search is not available and this is very frustrating. (It does not appear it have any text, only image).I am using windows 7  (home edition x64) and ADE to run my downloaded books.Thanks in advance.Nikolaos

My computer recently crashed and I reset my password on my Adobe Digital Edition. Despite receiving confirmations from Adobe that my password has been reset, my version of Adobe Digital Edition refuses to accept my new password. This has happened despite me changing my password one more time (to make sure everything was ok). Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any advice to solve it would be much appreciated. Thanks! Within the last month I started experiencing issues with ADE 4.5.2. I would bookmark multiple pages but when reopening the ADE none of the bookmarks are saved. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the software twice with same results. I am using Windows 7 laptop. Anyone else having this issue and know how to fix it?

So I click <download> from the sample library & get the download.  The computer wants to open it in Adobe Reader.  I change it to "open with Adobe Digital Editions".  It doesn't open.  I go to 'downloads', double click on it and jump the hoops.  It looks like it is going into my library, but I cannot find it anywhere.  Where is it? and/or what do I need to do differently to get it????

I bought a book on Heinemann and it opened on Adobe digital edition on my home computer. I am not sure if I signed in or not. How do I open these books on the other laptops at work?? it I have not signed in on my home computer how do I transfer the book?

Hello,I cannot seem to open adobe digital editions anymore. I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it but sill I cannot open adobe digital editions.
